And Tyler was cool with my dog Wilson hanging out with me while I was at my unit. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Great place for either your storage needs or vehicle rental or supplies! Don’t go anywhere else!!

I had a truck reserved for a few weeks (for a few day duration) and I was called 45 minutes before my pickup and told no truck would be available. I had 6 moving folks, multiple properties to move items between, etc. I came to the location and talked to someone on site, and they booked a truck at another location about 15 miles away. I went there and the truck was there, but the lady running it didn't have a key. She booked me to another location, another 15 minutes away, and I finally got my truck almost 3 hours later.

Also, it would be nice if the zip-ties reserving the unit were easier to break without needing cutting tools. Otherwise, for the price, the unit is excellent!

I called this location early in the morning and spoke to Tyler directly. He was extremely helpful in accommodating my request to switch my reservation to this location. He even sounded genuinely happy to have us at his location and commented on how much he was looking forward to receiving our one-way truck and auto transport rental. Instead of saying something like, “Well I don’t know what we can do for you so last minute,” I was greeted with a, “Of course we can help and are happy to do so.” Upon walking into the store area, Tyler (and the whole staff) were warm and welcoming to us—as well as with every other patron there. Tyler even offered us their last ground-floor unit in the size we needed! The whole experience was a positive spot in an otherwise stressful moving experience. I am pleased to know that the staff seem to genuinely care about the customer experience as it brings me comfort to have our belongings stored at this location.

I felt like I was secondary and not a priority to their day at this storage facility. The guy who helped me didn't know how to look up a reservation for either a truck or a storage unit. He kept on calling over the manager to help him look up the reservation. It was like he wasn't trained properly to do his job. I worked for Disney for 3 years and I knew how to perform my tasks so well, I became a trainer and I did my role perfectly. It seems like they needed to be babysat because they were very unprofessional.

Loved that I could pull my car or truck physically into the storage facility to be shielded from weather. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star experience was the cabin condition of every truck I’ve rented from this specific location. They all looked uncleaned and unvacuumed from the last Guest. Fingerprints, drink splatter, etc. Cleanliness of the vehicles is definitely an opportunity for this location.

james s | Overall ExperienceThey forced me to buy a cylinder lock and then charged me to cut my lock given my keys were lost. Had they not forced me to buy a cylinder lock, I could have cut the lock myself saving me lots of money. Also, I got billed a full month despite exiting the unit two days after a new month began. They should charge only for the time I use the locker not after I leave the unit and they rent it out collecting two payments for one locker. Forcing the customer to buy a cylinder lock for a ridiculous price ensures U-Haul also can make money on removing the locks in case of key misplacement. This is transparently greedy and unethical. One staff was also very unprofessional. Does not represent the company well. This company cares more about nickle and dimong their own customers than caring about their customer's needs.

Especially when unloading several trips to / from the vehicle. And even more especially when the security keypad has a swipe car option and an RF option, but those aren't offered to customers. Other than that, nice facility. Could use more flat carts and less matress carts also.

NOW when I returned the next day the Manager named Tyler Isbell was already at the reception; he was a manager; welcomed us 💯 Excellent manager 💯 Congratulations Tyler Isbell.

The lady on the phone said I would not be charged because my move in date was the same as my move out date. In reality, there was a 2 day difference because I paid to guarantee I had a space. I was then charged a full month even though there was only 2 days. I should not have been told I would not be charged.

There were 12 people at a time trying to move and going to the second floor with large loads, which left no carts to use as well. On a lighter note:: Cathy is the best customer agent I ever had with Uhaul. She’s been with this company a long time. She deserves 5 stars and a promo!!! Also, Best storage facility in Four Corners!! Again, thank you Tyler ( Store Mgr.) for your help. You guys rock!

You guys never have hidden fees, your prices are worth the units. I return as a customer because no one else treats customers like Uhaul does. Friendly, honest, and accessible. I will always recommend Uhaul over your competitors. Though I've tried to contact others, I've had very poor customer service from Public Storage, Neighborhood Storage, and my most favorite of the poor customer service was CubeSmart. You will forever have my vote on Uhaul.

We rented a 10x20 space and were given one 10x10. We took a long time trying to explain to the rep at the register that the space was wrong, while our movers waited outside with carts. She argued with us and tried to say we should get a 10x15 which she ket saying was larger(?) than the 20ft space??? Even when we walked her upstairs to see the space herself she said we were out of luck. LONG story short, this location doesn’t have actual 10x20 units, they give you two 10x10’. Rep finally came back after talking to the manager to admit we’d been correct and give us a second space and a free lock for the second one for the trouble. I was charged for the lock anyway. The facility itself is very clean and feels safe, lit well during what turned into a late night move after driving from out of state. I just wish we hadn’t had to go into overtime for our movers because of the facility error.

My card didnt work!!! My unit still had a lock on it and the alarm was on when I went to use it!! The idiot working at the front didnt explain this so when I went to go into the building the alarm went off!! The same idiot at the counter told me the hours were 5am - 10 pm...... apparently they are only until 8 pm.....so i just loaded up and drove all the way over only to have the alarm go off and I couldnt unload!!! Now i have to unload everything because its going to rain, re-load it in the morning, and drive back over again!! Stupid system!!! Stupid hours!!! Stupid employee!!!

Every single parking space is full of Uhaul vehicles to rent there is NO spaces for storage customers. There is now only one entrance to the building. No ease of access. Someone is always blocking the door. Contractors in customers way. Building a fence, adding lighting inside (which didnt work while I was there), and using the customer carts. No outside lighting after dark. I was there about four months and that is all I could take. Very inconvenient.
