Do not tell drivers to park on the auto trailer all the way to the front until the wheels hit the metal! By doing this you caused my bumper to be pulled off upon exiting. I called Uhaul customer service and they said you shouldn't have told me to park too far in the front!

The drop off was ok, staff was mediocre. The problem I have is this was the location that I was supposed to pick up the U-haul and the truck that I had ordered weeks in advanced was not available. The staff offered more time and more miles yet that is not a discount or a benefit to what my needs were. I do not believe the additional miles were even deducted on my final invoice.

The car dolly that was initially hooked up had a defective tail light, but this issue was resolved quickly. It was replaced immediately with another dolly. I would like to compliment the young lady who helped me and explained things in detail . She was was very courteous and professional.

The 24/7 mobile check in was crap. It wouldn't upload the pictures so we had to pay the extra $20 fee. Other than that the rental was great and the staff was nice.

The guy working that shift on this day 1/19/2020 at 12 Noon needs personality adjustment. . He was very rude . Very short. Assuming I knew what to do ( I don’t rent U-Haul weekly to know what to do next on the credit card reader. You should never ever assume customers l ow what to do.

The truck was 8 inches away from trucks on both sides, and a vehicle right behind it in the maintenance bay. You knew we were coming. Why would you leave it parked like that? How would we have gotten it out if your staff wasn't there??? Piss poor planning on your part. You try to tell us that truck had a half tank....try two lines before it! Wouldn't go here again

The pickup location had me drop at a location that was closed, at 4 pm on a Saturday. I downloaded your app to check the unit in, and it would not recognize the contract#. I got an invoice this morning, so I guess all is kosher.

I was very pleased with THIS location but extremely disappointed in UHaul overall. I was supposed to get a mobile-pick up, 15' truck at 7:30 am at a different location. It took customer service (over the phone AND IM chat) 45 MINUTES to just get me to the right person to tell me a new location to go to. We were on a time crunch which is why I scheduled the pick for 7:30 but your customer service can't seem to get it together (or even give a damn since the person I spoke with could've cared less about my situation). I wanted to give UHaul ONE STAR, but you are making me rate this particular location and they were nothing but helpful. Maybe your customer service phone people need to take some time to learn from the people at Eckhert location in San Antonio!

Contract was not entered correctly resulting in UHAUL not knowing when and where equipment was turned in. This became a multistate problem. Also my credit card was charged multiple times. All I was told was to call the regional manager.

I was told the gas tank was full when I rented the vehicle, when I got in myself there was only a 3/4s of the way full, I filled it back up to the point it was at when I rented it when I returned it and was charged by uhaul for y’all having to fill the tank up when it wasn’t full when I rented it. I feel cheated and I’m not ever going to go back to a place that cheats people like that. Very disappointed. As soon as I saw the gas gauge not full I said something and was assured that it would be okay. When I brought it back that person was not there and I was charged extra. I only drove 21 miles in the cargo van and I put 2 1/2 gallons in to replace what I drove but I was not going to fill it up since I didn’t not receive it full even though the paper work said I did and I pointed out that was false. When I brought the keys back there was a new person there who just took the keys and told me to have a good day. They didn’t inspect the vehicle they just told me I was good to go. Upon getting charged later that day I was charged for things I was told I wouldn’t have to worry about since I didn’t receive a van with a full tank of gas. That promise was not kept and I’m severely disappointed with the Buisness. No one inspected the van with me when I was done. I was just told to go and then secret charges were charged to my account that I was told not to worry about because of the company’s negligence to appropriately manage the vehicles and to charge me extra for someone else’s negligence.

Informed the person that checked the uhaul back in that the furniture dolly and pads were not used he said he would take the charge off but didn't. If he wasn't sure he could have said that. I blame myself for not rechecking with another worker. I will not be returning or recommending anyone that I know.

Did you read the miles and let us know before you left? Nope, was I told to do that? Nope. I just wrongly assumed a company would be honest. My boyfriends brother works for uhaul and he laughed at us saying, “yup, that’s the crooked crap they pull”. Never again. Also, the lady working there was slow. They guy who helped us didn’t even realize the card you use to pay needed to be under the same name as the drivers license (yeah, I figured that out by looking at their card information input screen, which did NOT have an input for a name, um, are you dumb? MUST BE A REASON FOR THAT, BECAUSE UH.... HAS TO BE THE SAME NAME AS THE ONE ON THE LICENSE. Pathetic). Crap company, crap experience.

Only concern was tire pressure alert symbol stayed on from time van picked up until returned even though tires were appropriately aired. Made for an uneasy trip with frequent stops to check tires.

The cargo area of this unit had a section of the floor removed. The fella that handed me the keys was not intrested in helping me identify the previous damage and told me not to worry about notifing him about the damage. The app and website is not functioning to allow me to do the online photos for previous damage and when I dropped the vehicle off I could not do online check in. Martin is the facilty manager and he has been the most helpful U-Haul employee I have ever delt with. I frequently rent trucks from U-Haul and the website and rental process is the slowest process ever.

Offer at least 100 miles free, included in the base rental price. This will help people in the rural areas near San Antonio better afford to move using U-haul. As a single woman with no truck I had little options for my moving needs. I’ve always used U-haul because I’ve always had good experiences with your company. Help make renting trucks and vans more affordable.
