Joseph NThe team at this location was outstanding. The trailer had a light issue and they went above and beyond to get it working for me. I then ran into an issue and didn’t need the trailer after I left. They worked with me to ensure I could return the trailer and only pay for a one day rate. Also during the pick up and drop off, the guys connected and disconnected the trailer and took the time to train me on proper processes. I highly recommend this location.

Burney MI was quoted one price on the app another when I got to the store and my card was over charged and I was told that I would receive a receipt with the breakdown of my charges never received it and I still have received my payment back to my card I will never use this place again and I’m still waiting on my receipt and funds that are owed to me

lovensky eI came in looking for a truck on short notice. The one I needed was on its way back so I waited the 10-15 minutes for it and this staff had the truck cleaned and ready to go within about 5 minutes of it pulling back into the lot. Friendly staff and great service! 5 stars!

Robert BTruck was clean but old and worn and smelled of smoke. Steering wheel had lost its outer coating and was sticky and an unsanitary trap for grime and germs. Door trim was loose. Past time to cycle this vehicle out of the active fleet. But kudos to the polite and professional staff at this location. They distinguished themselves among service workers generally. Very impressed.

They worked on ensuring that the trailer lights were working properly, even getting under the car to check the connection. We did find the issues and they were fixed.
