Robert BThe storage building are old and difficult to maneuver through. If you have large furniture, there are no elevators or lifts to assist only stairs. The facility was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, however the storage building are just old and outdated.

My concern is that my storage unit 101, has a flimsy hollow interior door and a latch lock that can be unscrewed while locked with the lock provided. A sturdy, exterior door, with a more sturdy lock will allow me to leave my items there beyond the 30 day free period.

Daniel SI was greeted on arrival and there was no delay in beginning the installation of the receiver for my hitch. The waiting accommodations were comfortable but some coffee would have been a nice perk. The receiver was installed in the expected time. I was disappointed that the wiring harness I had ordered was "not available" and a lesser quality one was substituted . I was not made aware of the substitution until I checked out.

PEARLINA M | Overall ExperienceI reserved a climate controlled unit through the app days in advance only to be told the day before that they did not have one available and I had to get a regular unit. Then the staff available needs work there was only 1 man in the entire place that was helping people but he was nice. Also they have two signs outside the units stating the storage access hours are until 10pm CST but in reality it’s only accessible during business hours so I waisted time trying to get into my units after hours which caused an inconvenience to myself and my helpers.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me figure out last minute adjustments to what I had originally ordered. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but everyone was so helpful in helping us move the heavier furniture into storage! When I was running out of room in the storage unit, it was easy and simple to get another one on the ground floor. I cannot give my thanks and appreciation enough! The staff absolutely went above and beyond what they were required to do.

Moved out August 21st and followed all steps online to complete move out process. Manager never confirmed move out on her end, yet a week later when the next months rent would have been due started sending letters for rent and overdue fees. Attempted to contact her multiple times to correct this and complete the move out on her end. She never returned emails or calls. Contracted corporate several times and each time they said they saw the notes on the account from the previous corporate call noting I had moved out and for the manager to complete her portion of the move out. It was not until 5 days after my most recent contact to corporate when they finally pushed the case through to upper management, causing her regional manager to be notified of what she had been failing to do, that she completed the move out and I received this email to review the facility. Tisha Couch is either an unfit manager, or just flat out lazy. Which seems to be a trend in this area among Uhaul facilities. Will never be doing business with Uhaul again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

lakisha y | First ImpressionsThey have changed mangers so much when you go inside you don’t know who’s the manger and who’s not on my due date I have people calling me on the same day my storage is due and I got a $15 late fee the same day and then the manger had used my credit card cause I paid my bill with her with my card she used my card the next month and paid my bill and said that I told her to sign me up for autopsy why would I tell a person I heartily even know to do that how do you just use a person card without their permission this area can not ever keep no manger at every time you go there it’s a bunch of people hanging out in the front of the office like they just came from a club they are so unprofessional and ghetto it used to not be like this right now no one has no respect for anyone I love my storage other than that I have been with uhaul since 2017 but the choice with management now is terrible

I understand it’s a historical building and the city will not allow it, but if customer satisfaction is a priority, why not consider adding it on the outside. I’m sure this would not take away from the building.
