Lori KI feel like this location is too close to an established U-Haul location. Shore to Shore is I used used for yours. They are excellent and very professional in what they do. I have rated this location high also but I just don’t understand how we have two so close together.
Jerry PAverage rating for this rental because use of the "time-saving" app feature to pick-up and return the rental was in reality a time suck. WOuld not recommend using this feature and would simply go to the counter next time.

David NBoth men (Mark and Damien) were great and explained everything carefully. Both of them did everything they could to give us a good deal which was very much appreciated. We are senior citizens and haven't rented a U-Haul since we moved up here 18 years ago! The cargo van was easy to drive and a really cool vehicle!

Donald BWhen I showed up to pick up my truck, they mentioned giving it to me for "the day" instead of the 10 hours I had requested, since it didn't cost more. When I returned it, they mentioned not expecting it back before the following morning. It's a good strategy for making me feel like i had more time, which is good. Service workers were kind, personable, and relatable.
JAMES GIt’s so nice that we can pull our cars into the indoor bays to load and unload. There were always plenty of carts available. This was a great place to store our stuff.

Edward BI had reserved a larger vehicle but it was not available. It worked out ok. The lady tried to see if a pickup at another location would work but the distance made that option not a reasonable one. Also the truck had only a 1/4 tank of fuel which was interesting. It made bringing it back with a 1/4 tank challenging. I like taking it with a full tank and bringing it back with a full tank. Overall, things went well.

Pete RMay want to hire a few more people. Both times just one person there, and they were busy. Definitely friendly, just working really hard. Nice selection of moving essentials also. One of the nicest facilities I've rented from.
Greg OThe only thing I would recommend is to have a second pickup truck on the fleet because of its high demand in this area .
