Luis salazarThe day that I want to do the rental, the lady that was there all she did was give a hard time and she was not helpful at all. She gave some rude answers. And had a lot of sarcasm. I literally had to figure out how to rent the vehicle online because she wasn’t helpful at all.
JESUS ROMANThe gas reported on the form was a quarter tank higher than what the van actually had. The mileage calculated was higher than was actually covered. Resulting in a higher cost.

I was on the middle of moving and my reservation was canceled because I arrived 45 minutes late to pick up the truck. But after they couldn’t get me another truck so I had to get a van instead which made me do multiple trips….

saurabh bhauraoThis was about the worst experience I could have. I called to reserve a truck, and informed the person that it was a one-way rental. I was told it would be $19.95 plus $0.99/mile (which should have totaled about $50). I accepted those terms over the phone. I show up the next day to pick up the truck only to be told that no, that was the "in-town" price, and that it was going to cost $114 which only included 30 miles, and that any extra miles would be charged at $1.19 per mile. Since I was in a jam and needed the truck, I accepted anyway. Then, on the way to the destination, I realized I might not arrive in time to drop off the truck. So I called and they told me just park the truck in the lot and drop the key in the drop box. I did. Afterward, I find out (without having been told when I called) that there was a $20 after hours processing charge. For what? Taking the key out of the drop box? What is different between that and showing up during the day? What additional work was required that justifies a $20 charge when the truck was returned long before the 24-hour rental period had expired? I will NEVER personally do business with U-Haul again. I will work hard to find another company to use, and I will let others know of my experience as well.

Sergio SilvaI had no trouble with the storage unit. My problem was with the cargo van I rented from U Haul for my son. The first day he had it, it wouldn't start. He missed his first day of work. Then it broke down 3 more times after that, leaving him stranded. I hope to receive compensation for all our troubles. Road side assistance and " traffic" and customer service were called many times. Terrible experience overall, zero regard for the customer from the customer service phone number and store employees. Never using U-Haul again.
Joshua Acosta1) My reservation (online) was for 4 hours. The return time allowed by the online reservation system was after closing time. The personnel at the location stated because the return time was after their closing time, I would need to return the next day and be charged for a full days rental. 2) The driver's side rear marker light and the passenger side tail-light and brake light did not work.
MICHAEL GIBBONSExcellent, polite, helpfull staff, when I rented a 9 ft van was also able to extend the rental. I didn't even know this location existed and its within a mile of my house. As soon as a 10 x 10 space opens up, I plan on renting one at this location.

Fernando SantosMy reserved equipment was not there. I had to pay more than I wanted to to get alternate equipment. I was kept waiting for over an hour. I was not offered any compensation for my time spent or my equipment not being available after my reservation was confirmed. Very poor service.

Alexander MontanoThe real bad thing about this storage place is that you can’t never get in the building with your code. We have talked to the front office and they would say that’s how that facility is. We changed the code and reset it a few times and nothing …so we had to go through the door in the back ans walk to the main door and open it from inside so it’s really not even secure because that door in the back was always open and you didn't need a code. I was getting frustrating.

When i returned the trailer a staff member was sitting in a UHAUL truck with the AC running and watched me look around for someone to find out where to leave the trailer. I ended up unhooking the trailer and leaving it in the same place i found it when rented, then the UHAUL staff member came out from the UHAUL truck he was in and told me to go to the front desk top complete. check out. At the front desk the person there asked me if they helped me unhook the trailer and i told him what happened and all he ignored my comments about the staff being unhelpful. Will not go to this location again.

She also illegally modifies their access without notice locking them in the property without a chance to get out. She makes their access SHORTER than the 5am to 10pm company hours, without motive, at any time. If you value your money and time, avoid this company altogether.

I need to infirm you that she changed my storage unit, without any authorization to my daughter name, she denied me a promotional service I received from one of the office girl, I went to the office to ask her the reason of all this. She screamed at me that U-Haul is loading money do to these promotions, 3 weeks after I received such promotion from the office, but not only that the woman told me to take my stuff somewhere else, that I will do her a favor I can go one and one. But my question is, I don’t understand how a Company like U-Haul can have a person working at his facility with this actitud and with no customer service skill impolite vulgar and completely abrasive

Esta mujer cambió el deposito “storage” a nombre de mi hijo y mi persona, a nombre de mi hija Fedra Florez sin ningún autorización previa, aparta de denegar me un depósito que la empleado Amanda me ofreció bajo una promoción, cuando alquilas un camión de mudanza, el primer mes de almacenaje es gratis. Esta mujer me faltó el respeto cuando yo le pregunté sobre estos 2 cosas, pidiendo me que mejor yo lleve mis cosas de ahí, que yo le hacía un favor en retirarme. Mi compañía ha rentado por años camiones de esta localidad, siempre habernos encontrado con gente profesional como el Sr Willy y las jóvenes que trabajan en esta oficina.
