I’m wondering if I got the correct wiring kit, I know two days ago the installer Derrick said that he had the hitch, but not the wiring kit. Derrick said he would search around from another location for the correct wiring kit. I see on the invoice that the wiring kit is for a Hyundai Santa Fe Kia. I have a Hyundai Tucson, did I get the correct wiring kit? Also, I was charged for part WSP4- $10- RV WIRING (7 WAY, 6 WAY…. Was this needed, if I already had part CMF56420 for wiring? And finally, am I supposed to be charged for the Lifetime Hitch Warranty, I thought that was included. Let me know, thanks!

WILLIAM CI AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. I RESERVED A TRUCK FROM CRYSTAL BUT WAS SENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION. WE RETURNED THE TRUCK TO CRYSTAL WHERE OUR RESERVATION WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AND WAS CHARGED $238.00 WHAT A JOKE, ON ME i GUESS. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHIONG THE MANAGER COULD DO TO HELP ME. SO NOW I GOT ON THYE PHONE CALLED PENSKE TRUCKS. BETTER RATES AND NEWER TRUCKS. $300 A WEEK AND .24 CENTS A MILE.

He was friendly and knowledgable. I would suggest later in 2025 to reach out to the Girl Scouts of America and work out some type of corporate partnership during cookie season. I would have been sunk without utilizing your services this year.

terry sCab smelled of cigarettes smoke. The truck bed was dirty and had shards of broken glass. I told the workers and they could’ve cared less. It was obvious the workplace was not incentivized to go above and beyond. The truck was in good condition and we were glad to get one on just two days notice.
Jay DBoth the person at the desk, and the person that put my trailer hitch in were very pleasant and accommodating. The technician actually saved me money by suggesting less expensive yet better trailer hitch for me. I was there on the morning of February 5.

Lafayette BCheck your equipment before you rent it out to customers; especially during winter season. Snow covers tires; customers can’t see how bad worn out the tires are! This can be life and death situations on the freeway

Susan TI was not told and did not see a disclaimer of over mileage charge. This was my first time and I drove I think 2-4 miles over and was told I’m getting a $33 charge. Had I know I could have gotten a refund back if I overestimated I would have. Very disappointed that .79 a mile is now $33 for such a minimal charge

Joshua HThe location was well maintained, and appearance was fine. My reason for the 4 was that there were basically two chairs which was called their waiting room. This may not be of a major concern for them, but other U Hauls had a separate room with a TV you could wait in while your vehicle was being worked on. All else was excellent. Tina LThe Customer Service Rep was not friendly. He wasn't mean, just didn't have much to say. The truck was not full of gas, the engine like was on the whole time and it sounded like a baby's rattle. I would not recommend anyone to this location; however, I would recommend U-Haul to my friends. I did receive the best service from "GET IT DONE MOVING."
