Senad N | First ImpressionsDo not go here. They really charged me the gas fee because i was at half tank, not 5/8ths of a tank. You really expected me to pullup to a gas station to put *$5* in?? Really? Then they charge me a late fee for forgetting to take my lock off even though i came back within 15 minutes to take it off. The Uhaul lock was BROKEN that’s why i even had mine there to begin with. $110 extra for $5-10 of gas and waiting 15 minutes past drop off for my lock to come off. This place will find any reason to charge you. DO NOT GO

dennys aI drove for 78 miles then filled up the tank with gas right before dropping it then i got a bill for driving over 100 miles and a 30$ refill fee for dropping the van with 2 lines of gas only. i went to them in person to prove that they didn't even take a look at the van before issuing the invoice. then spoke to a manager that said she will fix it tomorrow... i have a feeling that i will be visiting them soon to see they've done nothing!

alerx cThe truck loaned to me smelled of marijuana. I informed the staff who offered to change the truck. Additionally, the gas was lower than the maintained amount. I was not informed of the rate to extend and was explained as if it was cost effective to extend. I have never had these issues in the past which is why I use this location for all my moving needs but due this happening I’ll reconsider.
Bridgette WThis location is by far not the closest to our house, but we have rented from them several times. We have always found them to be friendly, helpful and professional. Pick up and drop off are smooth and quick.

I even had a situation of important paperwork left in the rental vehicle and the staff helped located them. I was so relieved and excited to go get them. When there are so many u-haul businesses between Paterson and Hamburg,Nj for 26'and than drive to north Bergen to pickup the 6x12 . This could ha been better . We were moving and I reserved them a month in advance.

I was charged for their mistakes and I want all my money to be refunded back to my account. I wish I could sit on one on one with the rightful owner of that particular branch ( 426-440 Grand Street ) and narrate my ill filthy treatment I went through. My experience there was devastating.
