JOHN SORRELSI believe that uhaul should not charge a fee per day for dolly use or cover use. I believe that u should charge one flat rate during the duration of the time the truck is used. 7$ a day can get quite expensive. And even being financially stable that still gets expensive. I would put that equipment in there n only if green tab is broken then u give one flat rate.. not charge by the day

If that wasn't as bad enough I had no one from your office to reach out and ask for explanation. I am spent a lot of money with this company for me to be treated this way that's unacceptable. I am tempted to bring the media into this and form a Boycott I guess this location.

Also, I was given an extra 30 miles from a phone representative before I picked up the vehicle but that added mileage did not appear on the final contract - I suspect this is not Cayce's fault. But the extra $30 charged when vehicle was returned was unexpected and inappropriate.

Scott Johnson | Overall ExperienceI wish it were more accessible with my disabilities and it would be helpful if there was 24 hour access when moving into storage to allow for more time for someone who has disabilities and mobility issues resulting in being unable to move very quickly and having very little help. It also doesn't help when it is on such short notice due to leaving a domestic violence situation, along with difficulties getting information needed and actually being able to get the reservation made in a timely manner when I needed it. I have already discussed this with several people along the way, although I realize that very rarely do people truly hear and understand the struggles and limitations of those with disabilities or going through a domestic violence situation, most less both.

ERIC DILLIGARDI have mixed feelings about this place. It wouldn't have been bad if the person would have paid attention and stopped her personal call. She was nice don't get me wrong but you don't wait on a customer with your earbud taking a personal call
Julie Follettthe Office staff had her headphones in and was on a call the entire time we were filing out the required paperwork. the cabin of the truck had food crumbs on the seats and coins all over the floor. the office person was very nice and great at small talk while we filled out paperwork.

John BenderEveryone was really nice, the service was quick, I had a major safety concern that I didn’t even know about, though. The chains were loosely threaded into the holes next to the hitch and I asked to make sure that everything was good and they said yes. I drove 9.5 hours the next day, 4 of which through the snow, and thankfully my car is more equipped for it than others, but the receiving U-Haul office lost their cool and said that I could have been in a “horrific” accident if anything abnormal had happened. I’m thankful that I made it safely, he might have been exaggerating, but just as a heads up to customers and employees alike, maybe do a quick refresher video on how to safely attach the chains so business and customers both stay in the green! Thank you again!

The trailer did great, The only issue was that the left chain was missing the rubber slide lock for the hook and it unhooked itself a few times.

Charles LewisLocation of truck was moved and I was not notified that it moved. Was sent text and email checkin that had a new location but nowhere did it identify the location was a change. These all occurred after I had left home and was traveling. Was very disappointed and a phone call notifying me should have occurred. Lost 45 minutes of time that was needed.
Ben CunninghamLocation was great, Uhaul, on the other hand… The original pickup location scheduled by Uhaul was closed when I got there costing me a couple of hours and several dollars in fuel. Then, the drop off location didn’t report my drop off to Uhaul. Worst experience in my more than 25 years as a Uhaul customer.

Jim LitzingerRented a 10 x10 unit online. But when I arrived I found the space was two 5 x 10s with two small roll up doors. Could not use the unit as the doors were each too small. Had to make other plans. A refund was issued to my credit card. Staff was great to return my call with offer to provide a 10 x 10, but I had already located a space elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful...The Managers (( Mike & Al)) were super kind and worked with me during my time of need to make sure I wouldn't loose my things ... ((Tiffany)) went above and beyond to make sure I received all of the documentation to close out my unit. I had been with U-Haul for about 9 months and would recommend this location to others. If I had to truly critique, I would say it would be nice to offer move in specials like $1, $5, first months rent to new comers. The over all condition of the LARGE facility is nice but some areas could use better lighting to see inside the unit when you are in the warehouse at night. FINALLY please offer 24hr access for those of us who may be night owls and need to do searching or moving after normal business hours.. I again thank you for taking care of my things and not being total SHARKS like some storage facilities can be and only want to auction off your things!!! THANK YOU!!!! *Tracey D*

There were a few occasions where the area where the inside units are were messy, but that is because some people don’t clean up after themselves. All the staff members that I have come across are really nice and the store manager is a rockstar! If I ever need my things stored again, I will definitely use Uhaul!

william logan | Online Move InI did not have a good experience from the get-go. It begin with the phone call to follow-up on an email i recieved for a free storage unit for one month. I was left on hold for over 35 minutes until I hung up and went ahead and called the 1 800 number for UHaul and recieve the customer experience i have been known to expect. The attendant was extremely rude,. As I pulled into the parking lot, the store rep came out of the store. Throwing his arms frailing around doing cartwheels to tell me that I have returned my rental in the wrong area. He continued to be persistent about my existence on the property. I was only pulling out of the way to go inside for information on a storage unit. I went inside the store showroom and waited there for over 15 minutes before he arrived back inside along six other new customers. The attendant assisted all the other customers before assisting me. That is when the snowball grew. I really do not think the store representative is in the best interest for the overall experience and expansion for U-haul.

Staff and service at check-in was superior - cheerful and as efficient as possible given a U-Haul computer system that appears to need improvement - my impression on the computer system was based on service to several customers not just myself. Later however, my online experience with my account was fine with no problems. Clean and easily accessible units with covered entry is wonderful option. Since the building is being renovated, we assume it will eventually be cleaner and without obstacles.

The hours were told to me but I always had to wait for an escort to get my belongings in three separate occasions. At one point I was told that I couldn't access my unit due to not having an escort. When I had been able to access my belongings I felt as though I was being hovered over and rushed.

Now I’m sitting outside “my unit” I believe the number he put in my paperwork is incorrect. I put my own lock on my unit while here previously. I planned on getting up early before work and finishing the unload before work. Now I’m sitting out here at 4 In the morning and my key won’t work on the unit number that is on my paperwork. It doesn’t seem like it is the Same unit I was given yesterday while checking in. Now I am going to have to pay for more miles on their truck and another 12 hours on it because I won’t be able to unload it until I get off work, after having hardly any sleep. I am furious right now.

CHARLIE JACOBS | Overall ExperienceWhen i first got to the facility, i went in to confirm my storage and once everything was confirmed, it was like the cashier didn’t know what he was doing at first and then they didn’t have my storage cleaned in time, it had ants in it and they laid down pest control in the area but it wasn’t the type of ant killer that would kill the ants right away so i wouldn’t still had ants in my stuff if i didn’t decide to go else where. Not customer friendly at all. However the manager did offer me another storage unit at another place.
