Raymond GAnswer the phone at the store level not everybody can use the app based on disability and or lack of basic phone or computer skills I was on hold for 30 minutes after I discussed my situation with someone who is not a store level could not help me and reconnected me to the store finally after 40 minutes I gave up hung up after I received a call from U-Haul trying to switch from my line to a U-Haul location calling me on another line and was unable to connect and they hung up finally I received a message then my account had been closed with a total charge to my credit card it was an awful experience except the amount that they charged me was a few dollars less than what was expected

Michael AI have been a very loyal customer for over 12 Years of which the first 9 were great. The facility is just fine with some Black windows spiders. Welcome to the desert. Lucy came as a new manager and that's when I started having trouble getting ahold of her, on hold for huge waits to find out she put me on hold then went to fill people's propane. My Grandfather clause somehow ended and then payment was required 20 months in advance. In January this year they wanted me to pay for next year even though I was paid up to October of 2024. From that day on I decided not to further help there company as they would not listen to what I thought would be an easy fix. Sorry it ended this way after so much loyalty, I guess the customer doesn't really matter to them.

David S | Overall ExperienceI reserved everything online, uploaded my picture and ID because I needed to pick up the truck before UHaul opened. Arrived at 8 am, got on the app to get my access codes for the keys to the truck. It required me to upload all my info, pictures, CC info and such again and reception wasn't great. Fortunately, the employee was there early cleaning and was able to assist me. When we returned with the truck to unload the items into our storage unit, the gate was up. I didn't realize that I would still need to enter my code for an open gate so access was denied to get into the building. I had to walk back and enter my code. Another customer was the one that told me why it wasn't working. It's also very inconvenient to have to keep punching in the door code to the building when youre carrying furniture. When it was time to return the truck, we had to wait a while because only one employee was working. He was having to handle propane refills, truck checkin and return, storage unit questions-everything. To top it off, the receipt left in my storage unit had prices listed on it and the price for the 10x5 unit we rented was listed as $84.95 but online I had to pay $94.95.

Jerzy Z:reservation was fine. :pick-up with Lucy was good. :when i returned the truck, the guy ask me "howdit go evrtin ok?" i responded, "You want the list?" he continued walking out to the truck. i proceeded to tell him the list. 1: truck was badly out of alignment, (wandered a lot) 2: i thought the truck had a transmission problem because it was not shifting gears like it should. After a few minutes i saw a light on the dash (tow/incline?) and then saw the label telling me to push the overdrive button. then it started shifting properly. but every time you restart the truck, it goes back to tow mode! i don't think it is supposed to do that. 3: then when filling the tank, the gas pump nozzle kept shutting off about every 4 or 5 seconds. i tried sticking the nozzle further in, and pulling it back-so it was barely in. nether one helped. 4: and i will bet that your guy never wrote down any of the issues! 5: after sitting the truck for about 5 minutes, he said "ok yow totel gona be $208.40" " You good ta go" I said ok thank you. and left. 6: I never got a final receipt or e-mail. 7: my bank account was charged the $208.40 and then a pending charge of $9.16

We’ve been a customer for over 10 years and uhaul offered nothing after we discovered someone may have been living in our RV. I would never recommend uhaul for storage.

The only issue i had was the wait, every time i would call i was put on hold, for 20 minutes and more (i do not exaggerate. no fish "stories from me) it was, sad to say it was every time. Also when i would physically go in, the employees were sitting and when there was movement, it was just a mosey along pace. The personnel may have all day to be there but a customer is usually on a time schedule and wants to get er done. i don't know of anyone who really "enjoys" moving and are in a hurry to finish and when there are employees doing basically doing nothing it's kind of an attitude breaker! Overall this has been an accomplished experience for me, o.k. but not so great. Thank You for asking.

We have stored an RV here (off/on) since 2015 and never worry about security for our rig after leaving it for months on end. Nancy is very prompt at answering questions, emails or voicemails. The facility is easy access off I-10 and just a 40 minute shuttle ride from SkyHarbor/Phoenix airport.

Also, the electric for 2 hours is not sufficient time for trickle charging our RV batteries. For the amount of rent that we pay each month we should be able to have the electric on for at least 4 hours per day in order to keep our batteries charged. These are the reasons we have left this facility.
