Adrian MorenoI was kind of annoyed that I needed a credit card (like, the kind that you go into debt with rather than the kind that’s tied to an actual bank account) in order to rent certain vehicles. I don’t use credit cards. I will never carry credit cards. Why isn’t that spelled out when reserving a vehicle? I could’ve saved a bunch of time picking a vehicle I don’t need to go into debt to rent.

CHARLES YOSTExcellent experience as my storage place, even if it was only for a month. Plenty of equipment ready to use all times I had to go and store or take out stuff, the staff was always helpful, accommodating and polite. Special mention to Miguel who helped me the day I went searching for a room for my stuff and also during check out and always had a professional and friendly service.
Andres Melo | Overall ExperienceTry to ensure that the rental vehicle has at least half or more gas in the tank. My scheduled trip had to be delayed because I needed to stop by to fill up the gas tank. Additionally, I noticed that the pictures that were uploaded by the previous renter didn't include accurate pictures of the drivers side. I had to dispute the picture on record and submit a new one showing the damage that was there before I drove off the parking lot.

Charlie EvansDelivery was a nightmare, I requested morning delivery and the night before they gave me a window of 12:45 - 2:45 pm. I asked if it could be changed to morning since I hired movers through their online recommendations that were coming at noon. They were rude and unwilling to help, I called the movers and rescheduled for 2:45 to be safe. 3:00 came and I called to check and they told me there was no way to check but she should be there momentarily. Called again at 3:30 and was told about 10 minutes and the person that time was more willing to look up and contact the driver to see situation. Movers waited until the container finally arrived and was unloaded and placed by 4:00 pm. The delivery person was apologetic and helpful compared to the Brighton Park customer service. The updates along the way were great to see and it arrived in FL ahead of time. The final delivery in FL was the opposite, everything was on time and scheduling was very friendly and the delivery of the container was a breeze. They were on time, the delivery women were very friendly and helpful with suggesting the best way to have it face for the easiest unloading. They let me tape them to send to my grandkids and were very excited to be doing what they're doing. It was the complete opposite of the UHaul in IL that was late, not friendly at all or helpful and even knowing I had condo restrictions to work with and and be out by 4:00 pm and had the movers waiting and waiting and wasn't concerned I might have to pay more for the delay. All in all everything arrived safely, only one dish with a chip which was caused more from the way the movers packed the container. We had quite a few boxes that had fallen down and were upside down by the door when it was opened. Suggestion - don't back everything any boxes higher upfront. Pack all boxes evenly all the way to the door (as I had suggested to the movers) and then put a few blankets at the door to avoid anything falling out when you open the doors. Overall it was still a cheaper means to move our stuff (mostly boxes) and only a few pieces of furniture from IL to FL. If the container had been fuller everything would have worked out perfectly.

Consider advertising at nearby colleges and indicate students/parents can rent a unit over the summer, rent a vehicle to transport dorm contents and can easily uber /train to uhaul.

Nothing but good things to talk about the girls, respectful, straight forward, friendly. The hallways are always being kept clean it smells nice when the cleaning lady is mopping and after. There's always alert workers on site so it feels safe and not abandonned.

El problema fue con Alfonso García el manager cuándo descubri que un cliente tenía llave para poder abrír una de las puertas grandes yo pedí hablar con el manager quien es el ! Y le pregunte cómo esa persona tenía acceso a esa puerta solo el ? Cuanto tenía que pagar más o que debía de hacer ? Su respuesta fue que esa persona tenía un contrato exclusivo y es la única persona que tiene una llave para poder abrir esa puerta por la madrugada... Que yo no podía hacer nada para evitarlo hablara con quien hablará... Solo esa persona tenía acceso a esa llave y nadie más no me parece justo xq todos pagamos lo mismo para otra persona tenga ese beneficio por esa razón decidí dejar el storage ... DE VERDAD ESPERO LEAN ESTE COMENTARIO Y HAGAN ALGO AL RESPECTO NO ES JUSTO .

A security guard.close the black gate in front of this storage unit 5 or sometimes 10 minutes ealrier than the time storage unit access supposed to be closed. So, several times I was unable to access.my unit because of this issue. This past Saturday I moved all belongings out my storage unit and cleaned it out. When I enter the door it smelled like andeadnrodent or something. I informed one of your employee about the smell and about my unit being cleaned out and she told me leave door up, which I did. Yet, I still received a bill reminder and I had to call them and asked about my unit being check. Also I did not feel safe health wise because everyone was not wearing a mask. Why not try to inforce that issue at least post a ÷%÷:× sign up!!

I think they should have all renters open their unit once a month to get sprayed for bugs. Also my unit had a mouse trap inside it I should’ve took that as a red flag .

For example; the rotten problem has improved dramatucally, the storage area doesn't have a foul order or dead nice inside the vins. I rented two vins and because of change in management and staff, I decided to stay a customer for 4 years. However, the first two years as a renter were horrible but because I had an injury at work I couldnt lift anything heavy, that's why I stayed at that location for two more years. Then, I notice a great improvement and I've been very satisfy with the service overall.

Henry Biermann | First ImpressionsI went there to rent a 10x30 on phone that was reserved a 10x30...instead I receive 2 10x15..unit wasnt long enough...and was held hostage there, not allowed to leave forced to rent a second truck when there were still 61/2 hours available on 1st truck, wasted 10 hours of time on use of minivan being stuck at facility unloading and reloading for 10 hours...being charged $500 a day to finishing packing a building whereas not getting any work there as was at 47th street location from around noon til 10pm. Reserved storage locker and will waiting for counter girl to prepare contract...she answered other call and made me stand there 25 minutes ...then finally finish rental...then took on tour of units left me standing in warehouse in my orthopedic book post amputation surgery to hobble around lost while they did something else. I am appalled at unprofessionalism, neglect and abuse by employees. Also reserved a truck at 2801 s. Pulaski and sat there for 3 hours trying to get different rental...which had a $50 Reservation guarantee be which I haven't received Your repeated lies and abuse are unreal. I am very upset to spend over $1000 in rentals and not get what I paid for.
