Change your attitude when speaking with customers. Be accountable when you change somebody’s lock because somebody broke in and you don’t even let them know. Clean the place up because my locker became infested with mice fix the roof because a lot of my things were water damaged as well. And apparently the only think they will tell you is to go F yourself.

I would suggest a worker inspect the vehicle before each individual pulls out. The reason is because after about an hour after having my truck and driving home, I was contacted to see if the battery pack was still attached under the hood of the truck. Thankfully everything was okay but something could have happened while I was operating the vehicle.

Both of my units have known issues with water intrusion. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they told me that they have a lot of problems with water in that set of units.
Seem like negligence on the owner of this location.
The roof itself leaks in multiple spots. It looks like they covered up the interior with some kind of insulation to hide the roof. This insulation then pooled full of water and then leaked onto my belongings. I was offered a few boxes from the used box pile as compensation. The video I took shows water pouring from the roof into the unit. I am lucky my mattress soaked up a lot of the water or it could have been much worse.

Place simple instructions for return inside vehicles so new renters will know what to expect. A link would’ve been helpful and a heads up about the pictures too. I took pics and locked van/returned key before I even knew it would be necessary to close out the rental. Site wouldn’t allow me to upload the pics I already had so I couldn’t submit the mileage pic that was on my phone. I also had an issue with the site skipping past the checkout info and just got a message saying thank you for returning, I had to keep going back to get to the page where I could submit the info..not complaining just mentioning. Now that I know what is expected I think it will be much easier next time and do appreciate the convenience, really a great idea. Thank you.

The trailer was not properly attached to my vehicle and as going over a bump the trailer popped off the hitch and could have caused and accident hurt us and someone else. Also it bent my hitch. Staff never refunded me my 30 deposit kept saying they sent it now saying it's going to take time after they told me to come get it in person. Overall experience wasn't great because I could've been killed or hurt as well as my two male passengers that were luckily with me to make sure I was ok and helped me reconnect the trailer properly and securely. Definitely will not be returning to this location

The staff we encountered were friendly but we didn't like how we weren't given the first month free offer upon arrival after a one way from MA. Especially since we had to use 2 U-Haul storage locations since they didn't have any large enough sizes available. Also, we picked a unit based on what was recommended on a call and it turned out to be nowhere near the size needed to properly store our items which left us with the need for 2 units. Due to extreme limited availability with U-Haul storage locations, our units were 40min apart, driving which reeked havoc on the mileage we just used on our most recent U-Haul truck rental yesterday. The staff we encounter at every U-Haul we've worked with have always been exceptional which is why we still always choose U-Haul but the amount of money we just spent with you guys on our recent moves from MA to NJ to DE was obscene and we just feel like it didn't need to be that much. Especially on a moving budget.

The place is clean but the storage spaces are extremely small. I ended up having to rent 2 garages. And they up charge by requiring you to buy their locks for $12 each. I would only recommend for storing very small items or boxes.

I worked with Brandon my entire experience with your facility. He went above and beyond. When ever I visited and he was free he always took the time to check with me to make sure everything was ok.
Unfortunately a friend of mine didn't get the same level of service. In this age of technology I would think Uhaul would have a backup system in the camera system since alot of storage units are long term. She lost Her entire life of personal item's and us deviated.. Going forward if I need units I will check how long cameras are viewable.

Been with them for a year, never have had any issues EVER! I lost my key card, no problem.. .replaced same day. Needed to change my debit card, no problem...made it easy. Spent $175 a month for the temp control as I had to store books and pics...so worth it. Always clean too. Thanks to the staff for always being helpful and very friendly.

Very clean, well maintained facility, even the bathrooms. Stuff was in storage for almost 2 years and didn't aquire any weird odors, no pest issues, mold, etc. I had a climate controlled unit which was a little pricey, but most are and Bridgeton is more reasonable than others

I had to get a U-haul 3 times in 3 months. I used this facility each time. Every single time the staff were amazing especially the general manager. I dealt with her the most.
