gary cMy RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

Homar MNo one walked out with me to the vehicle to inspect it. I return with more then asked for in gas. I return before the time at 9am due back at 1145am. I was over charged twice. I still have not got a final receipt but I been charged 75$ and the the agreement of 53$ Vehicle smelled like smoke windshield had cracks from previous.

TRACI BCalled and booked a 7am appointment a week in advance with mobile check in. Arrived at 6:50am and attempted to check in. Got a message saying that there was no inventory. Called support because the parking lot was full and was told that they didn't actually have any trucks avaliable for mobile check in and I'd have to come back 2.5hrs later. This caused me to lose access to half of the time I had my moving crew scheduled for (also hired through uHaul, but uHaul wouldn't help me reschedule movers) and I ended up not being able to complete my move. Will be finding a different place to rent from in the future.

Joanne CDon’t ever use Uhaul will make moving an even more stressful event. Nickel and dime you for everything. Will not have vehicle available and change the location several times. Drove to pick up and was promised vehicle would be available with app even if store is closed. Arrived and still of course they didn’t connect to app. Had to wait for store to open and they had our reservation completely wrong. Never actually communicated with local store always spoke with call center. Finally was able to let store know what happened and they could care less. Then charged me for an extra day because we had to wait 30 min for someone to check out return! So they are able to have check in time after when you are supposed to return to NICKEL and dime you. Save your money and time use Penske or Ryder.
Eddie RThere was only one person helping customers. I understand that each person has a job description but employees should be cross trained to help out. Donovan was doing the utmost to ensure all customers needs were taken care of. The truck cab was a bit unclean.

Gregorio NI am a 76 year old woman I rented a truck . I returned the truck on time . Everything was fine with the return. Recently I was charged over 500.00 dollars for a supposed cleaning fee. I can not afford this I think it extremely unreasonable. This charge will affect my ability to afford to pay bills buy food and pay rent . My rent is 500.00 and now I have an overdraft fee pluse your bill that leaves me 400. To make it. Would you do that to your Mom. Please reconsider this charge. Please

Sergio AWere told the final receipt would be emailed never was. Didn't get my deposit back and was billed more. The truck was returned with full tank of gas. The staff never answers their phone.

lea kI had a very unfortunate series of events that delayed my returning the truck ontime. I misplaced my contact and they were unable to reach me. When I was finally able to return I explained the situation and was treated very congenial. I apologize for the inconvenience. But the supervisor and the gentleman who checked me in were very understanding.

JUAN JNote - going into this location we had already had a poor experience from Uhaul. We rented a truck online only to get through the entire process and were told to pickup the key inside a closed business. We then had to go to the Bravo Park location. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful, but I was told that I could return the truck at a location near my house and was told to call Uhaul and let them know. When I called to "let them know", I was then told I could not drop off at any location near my house and should return it to the Airport Garage location. I explained that I would then be over mileage in the truck and she said she would add 30 miles to cover it. I agreed and we returned the truck by 5pm on Saturday. Today (Monday), I received the same phone call from two different individuals asking if I had returned the truck. I explained we dropped it off at the Airport Garage location and they said they would check us in. Now, I just received an additional bill stating that we were over in mileage and we dropped off at the wrong location. I am beyond frustrated.

JOHN RI will never choose U-hal again, U-hal charges extra money without any reason, even they provide the payment receipt, the custom service says they don't charge for that.
yao zBreaks are bad on truck, and it starting signaling. Could have caused an accident, almost did. I returned Truck early for that reason.

Juan VWhen I went to drive off it was mentioned to check condition of the trailer. In checking condition, they had pulled the wrong unit. They side it would be few minutes correct the paperwork. While I was waiting different workers came by and I flagged one down and he said oh yes, the paperwork was corrected. Two questions why didn't i they inspect the trailer before they give it to me and why would I have to flag someone down and wait additional 15 minutes form then to correct their error.

Jessica M | Overall ExperienceThe storage itself was fine but the communication was not great. I only visited the rental maybe 5 times in the year I had it. Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.
