The transaction went smooth!! Jamal T had everything ready to go! Wait time was probably under a minute. I’ve been to U-Haul locations and waiting a while and the gas tank was not full. I highly recommend this location! Excellent service! Jamal T you rock and thank you so much for making an unpleasant situation (moving) a positive experience!!

Everything was still good even with the receiver and on my truck. This is the first time having someone so professional. The staff inside were very welcoming and created with a smile they even understood me being delayed a few hours with pick up they were fantastic also

And Jamal and Misty are my 2 that I'm always looking forward to seeing when I come in there. They are the ones that can get it done quickly and they are so helpful and friendly. I like dealing with some of the new ones but haven't got a chance to know them as of yet but they all are so helpful and friendly I'm happy when I go in and see friendly faces. I just love it😊

Helenna LottNo resolution with all of my belongings being damaged by not only MOLD, BUT IT WAS RAT INFESTED. …(In case nobody knows, those rodents carry Leptospirosis..a zoonotic virus which means it’s transmittable to humans. I’ve worked in veterinary care for 20yrs in case anyone doubts my knowledge on the virus. )…and the staff there expected me to want that back. Everything was chewed up, urinated on and covered in rat droppings. My children’s memories, my memories, valuable, irreplaceable items I can never get back and was NEVER OFFERED TO BE HELPED WITH THIS. Jamal was nice but INCONSISTENT. I was told that a claim WOULD BE FILED by Jamal, which only makes sense as he’s the manager of this establishment and it was not. Everything was lost. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION. Fair warning.

Fur coats suites formal wear diplomas leather jackets everything smelt like rats and feces and pee ruined my stuff plus our health is at stake and it's was isolated . Gave me a infested storage from previous renten that had meat in it. . . I'm scared for our lives. . Destroyed everything . Can't even bring it in my house right now needs cleaning and disinfected. But Jamal Thompson is the best. I love him . Always had my best interest in heart . He's awesome.

Sabrina MillerUponnarrival my unit was full of wrapped insulation. My ride was n a hurry; and it wqs before the store opened so i had him take me back to my old unit. I then called the store at opening and informed him them of my dilemma. They reassured me that they would to clean out the unit within qn hour. The rest of the day it rained. Later thqt evening the store was then closed and i needed to move my stuff in. I sent my movers with the 1st load. I never received a capl back from anyone regarding the situation. When my workers arrived the unit was still full. To me that means the office didnt cqre about the items inside. There was no lock as it was assigned to me. So ky movers moved the items outside and moved my items in. When my workers arrived for the next poad. The team member very rudely approached my workers and informed them theyd have to pay for damages. Again they didnt reassign me nor did they move the items themself for me to move in. I spoke to upper management and was told i would not be responsible for the damaged items. That was the neglect of their own teammates. I was then allowed to stay and given a free month. Ive been here 4 days still moving in and often working on the equipment in ny unit and the office staff has red locked me twice. WHILE I WAS INSIDE THE UNIT. I have a german shepherd that stays with me. To prevent him from bothering ofher customers and or barking at everyone who walks by, i keep my door down most of the way. Ige been bullied and threatened the entire time here. Ive left to go to the sgore and found them to have red locked my sof inside the unit. This is absolutely uncalled for. And now theyre making up stories to try and make me look bad. Very unprofessional. I want a refund immediately in cash so i can get a unit elsewhere instead of waiting for the refund to hit my account. And i would like a complimentary uhaul to move my items to another unit asap.

Marvin CollinsThe manager seem to have some attitude, or not in great mood or both. The rest of the staff didn’t know answer to any questions I had since I made the reservations with the uhaul phone number…The stupid uhaul system randomly just canceled my storage room that I had set up well in advance to a holiday move because I had delays returning in the truck. Nobody called me or asked if I need to extend, it just canceled my storage room and sent an email stating “ we are sorry we missed your business” with no phone or way to contact. When I called the main uhaul number, they explained to me that there’s no big rooms left (I had a 26’ truck and had reserved a 10x15 room) so then they said they only have a 5x10!!!! Well nobody could explain why they didn’t call me to offer to extended. My personal truck broke down 2x and I had food poisoning from Thanksgiving day so we had about a 3 day delay arriving. Uhaul customer service is still terrible. I ended up forfeiting my “free 30 day storage” and paid for a real 10x15 elsewhere…and the manager at the drop off location said that corporate had reserved 1 storage unit for 3 people at same time…..all I can say is false advertising for their “free month of storage” Their truck was $800 cheaper but it rode terrible rough, even though it wasn’t even fully loaded and then they only allow you 4 days to use the truck, so we had about $300 in extra charges for the other days. The base price is cheaper but the add on charges are pricey for below-par equipment and definitely poor customer service! The truck was a newer truck at least with low miles.

He said it could be in the trunk, he did not know for sure, didn't show me. I had to find the plug myself, I finally found it.

Although it showed one unit available while I tried to reserve online, there was a backend issue that prevented me from doing so. However when I got there there were no available units. The staff however was able to clean one out, in the size I needed in a timely manner and saved me the time and stress of having to find a different storage location. They were awesome.

Not sure if the infamous freeze of 2021 have anything to do with it but, I had to throw away my son's mattress and box spring. I will also have to get my cedar chest refinished, I had an ottoman and a futon along with other fabric items, not sure what happened. Thats why you pay extra for insurance, claim filed. Other than that issue, I would recommend this store/storage for you moving/storage needs.

I was broken into twice in the course of a year.Many thousands of dollars in machines and tools are gone . The first time they cut the lock , they took 2 portable shelves on wheels that had tools, along with (4) evaporation machines valued at $900 each. They also took an electric jack hammer and a carpet stretcher and many other tools.. The second time they broke in they went through all the boxes and took anything of value and put on a Uhaul padlock on the door when they were done that my keys would not open to cover their tracks. The only thing worse than me being broken into was that the staff told me I wasn't the only one... I cant help but wonder how I got targeted when I never saw anyone in my comings and goings.. My unit was never open for anyone to see..I cant begin to tell you how it hurts for a lifetime of tools gone..I would appreciate a reply...... David Barrett 832 443 6077
