The staff is super easy to work with. Answered all my questions and concerns. Would definitely go back to this location for another truck

SCOTT KCustomers when they rent a U-Haul they should be respectful and return it back clean when you are done use it. So even though it's the business job but we should be respectful to return it clean so you can get better customer service when you rent from U-Haul and that's how I looking at it.

loreen rSystem was down and we were unable to pick up our equipment as planned. That delay cost us an extra day on the road and two extra hotel rooms. There was no accommodation on the reservation for missing a day of driving nor was there an appology. I understand technical difficulties but empathy goes along way.

Leo CI have rented trucks from this facility multiple times (6 - 8) over the past few years. I also refer anyone else needing to rent a truck. Always a pleasant experience.
Barry WWhen I tried to return my rental, it wouldn't pull up that I had even rented anything so then I was charged a 20 return fee for something I could have done myself it had even been an option. Wouldn't pull up in the app or online.
Liam KIt would have been really nice if the person on the phone making my request gave me the correct information. I know that it is possible but he told me that I was not able to enter a drop off location closer to my house and I had to bring the truck 30 miles all the way back to where I picked it up from when I was done. I feel like he did that to get extra money and miles out of me and my order and I'm not OK with that.

william gVery disappointed that after picking up the uhaul and getting home it had a lock on the back of it. I ended up having to call another location closer to me to check if they can remove it and had to take the uhaul to that location. It was very inconvenient because I wasted unnecessary gas, and had to pay extra money to my movers for there time.
JENNIFER GMy original pick up was scheduled on dobson and university at kwick stop gas station, the staff their was no help and the lock didn't open. I was carrying a lot of money and needed to get out of there. uhaul should not be affiliated with this place. I called uhaul and after waiting on hold 15 minutes the rep was so nice and heard my concern and provided a solution to my problem. Btw She mentioned I'm not the first to complain about this p/u spot. I had to reserve an uber to take me to the tempe location where the gentleman helped me. The truck was perfect and my drop off in superior was perfect as well. I definitely would use uhaul again but never p/u at a gas station.

Hamzeh AThe employee who was on call was to lazy to do his job snd check me in, He did not even give me my check in receipt for my records and when I asked for my receipt he just said I will email it as soon as I check over the truck. Over 5 hours later, I never received my check i. receipt. Only after I called tge 800 # I finally got my che check in receipt. I think that his supervisor just fire him or at least write him up. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
