The pickup process was easy enough. All were friendly and helpful. I give a 5-star rating with the only issue being the parking. I had to get my truck out of the lineup and the parking was so close I could barely make it into the truck.

I had to scan that on another truck and type all the information. All the while, the security monitoring system kept telling us we were trespassing and that they were going to call the police. We were just trying to find the correct QR code to check it back in. It was horrible. We were not impressed. We were angry and frustrated. We were there for U-Haul business and that was how we were treated.

Took almost 3 hours to try and scan my license because no one knew you could take a picture and send it to have it manually approved. So I sat in the parking lot for 3 hours in the middle of the night. Then when I finally got the truck there was no dolly in it as I ordered, so the move got postponed, then they overcharged me and overdrafted my bank account after assuring me two times on the phone this would not happen. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business, I will never use you all again.

To make me even more impressed I learned my dog has been habitually going potty with out me picking up. Pretty amazing considering my dog had only been in the office before. I wonder if my dog went potty inside the office and some unfortunate person stepped in it. I imagine that a pretty crappy thing.

We wished we had started at this storage place 4 years ago with our first daughter at GCU!! Highly recommend. Getting our UHaul truck and having our storage unit the same place is beyond convenient for us!! Only complaint I would have would be in regards to our move out last Thursday. Storage hours are posted as 5:00am - 10:00pm. We arrived to the storage facility a little after 7:30 on Thursday 8/31, to unload our unit into the truck. While we could get in/out of the regular door with our access code, the wide sliding doors would not open. I called and then was prompted to leave a text at the after hours number for Natalie, with no response. We just assumed if storage access was until 10:00pm that the sliding doors would be unlocked. Looking forward to a couple more experiences with this U-Haul!!! Would highly recommend this facility!! Thank YOU!!

Recently there was some misunderstanding, I sent 2 emails, which were ignored. I cannot call or accept calls at any time, it is already documented and yet UH called me twice anyway obviously refusing to use text or email. But when UH wants positive review, suddenly it can use texting. The misunderstanding solved, but no one ever can get into their heads that I can no longer talk on the phone due to medical reasons. The facility needs more quality cameras and 24 hrs access.

I could not because I moved to Vegas. They said ok we will cut your lock and see if there is any damage and call you while we are doing it so you can see. I say ok. 1 week passes no call. Called them again they say we are waiting for someone to cutthe lock. 2 weeks pass no call. I go to get my things out of storage and my unti was one of the one damaged. Then on top of that i made a reservation for a truck a month before i go to get my things from storage and 7pm the night before i go to get my things Bryce calls saying they dnt have a truck for me. I had to go to another location to get my truck. Instead of doing what the website says "reservation guaranteed. If not $50 off" he gives me $19 off for their screw up. Smh. Ive had nothing but problems with this location and broken promises. Definitely would not recommend them at all!!

karin craig | First ImpressionsAs has now happened 3 times with different UHaul storage locations, I made a reservation online only to show up and it is not available. This is a very common problem with UHaul as they are allowed to overbook their units and can rent them out to someone else even though you have a reservation. It is absolutely maddening when you drive a full truck to a new location, arrive and not have anywhere to put your stuff. UHaul desperately needs to update their software to prevent this from happening. Nobody really seems to care though, they just say that it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. We were lucky enough to get a different unit in this case, but it is not climate-controlled as we had reserved. Being as we will be storing electronics over a very hot Phoenix summer, we are not happy about this at all. But as they will tell you, there is nothing they can do.

When I signed the lease I was charged for one. Then when I opened my unit the was a lock inside which since I had one i figured if i returned the unopened one left in my unit like the reservation online promised i would be credited but was not. Plus when contacting the staff I have yet to hear back regaurding the matter. Not the biggest of headaches just feel like a slap to the face or in other words my wallet.

Was a hassle and time consuming (I was already tired from work)for me to get into the building. I wasn't offered a climate controlled unit. it is hot, so tomorrow I'm going to see how hard it will be to switch to climate controlled. It only cost $5 more.
