I'm a repeat customer and I reserved one month early to hopefully assure a hit for the 8' pickup or 9' van to my very hardship no such gifting despite one of each in the front that morning. The sideview mirrors are in hard casing and are not able to be perfected for a short female driver in the 10' box truck,a little scary. Would have attendant help to secure next time. Lastly, the exposed fuel cap is daunting, and went to open for fuel up, the cap didn't stay connected to the strap. Felt all insecure.

Another U-Haul was parked in front of mine. Had to squeeze out of the spot. Also when I got to the house to pick up the items, I noticed my U-Haul had a lock on it. Very inconvient.

This is not my first time using U-Haul and this was the worst service ever. The gas level was not up to the level leaving us just 9 miles to get to our destination . We returned the truck the same day we used it around 5pm the worker said they were closing early because the computers were down I handed him the key to the truck assuming my job was done. Now today I noticed I was charged 20.00 for not checking the truck in online ..This is a rip off and bad customer service I would like my money refunded 20.00 which is not fair and poor customer service no communication what so ever . We returned the truck early thinking we were doing good . The service on hwy 90 is and was awesome I used them in January this year.

It was busy and one man was handling things, he was doing well don't get me wrong but maybe on weekends more help is needed like 1 floater and two doing the rentals. Overall it was nice had an issue with my truck o came back to facility they got me in and out everything worked fine I went over my time and tried to call but no answer several time again hence the maybe having more workers. I would def rent again so just keep up the good work. Paint the equipment from time to time it has wear and tear for sure but it doesn't have to always show🤣😂

Make sure you have accurate gas in tank amount. We had to get out and go in to let them know it was almost out when they said it had 1/2 a tank. Also, there was a pencil and a glove in back. The back of the truck was open when we got it.

The rental I had as soon as I drove off the lot it started saying I was on empty and the miles started going down every second. I returned it and got another truck however about an hour left in my 5 hour trip the engine light came on, luckily I got to my destination without incident. Also the original movers I selected did not return my call so I had to choose another company the day before moving.

Too expensive. I had knee pain and couldn't keep getting in & out of the truck. Guy told me the gas would cost me $45. Ok whatever I'm in pain I'll pay the 45. Look at my bank transactions and they charged me $75. They charged me $30 just for pumping the gas. If he had told me that, I would've forced my half cripple behind to get back in that truck and fueled up myself. He didn't tell me about the $30 fee so I felt I should've gotten it back but I didn't. Never again. Guy that helped me with the storage was amazing...great customer service. Other guy screwed me with the fuel.

Their was a girl and a guy ,when we walked in there was no hello,how you doing I believe first impressions . The guy needed help the girl just stayed seated and rolled her way to help him ,since we got there she was on her phone and when we left was still on phone .I've gone to location several times because it's convenient, but with customer service like the one I experienced was unacceptable.

I returned my keys to the front desk agent she told me I was good to go and I could leave, I asked her if I needed to sign anything she said no becuase I used a credit card to pay they would check me in and finalize the charge,.. well over the next 24 hours I get three phone calls asking me where the truck is or if I’ve returned it and I have additional charges on my card for keeping the truck an extra day when I already returned it! They said the agent at the desk never signed in my keys… so becuase she didn’t do her job I have two charges on my credit card. When they fixed it they tried to charge my card a third time for the correct amount but it declined since they already took two charges from me and I didn’t have enough money, so now I’m almost broke until I get paid, they said they will refund the two charges and I can pay the correct bal when the refund posts so yeah it’s fixed price wise but I’m still so unsatisfied with the entire experience my $$ Is being played with and that doesn’t sit right with me, at all.

When I arrived to the location where I pick up my pet food, I found out the U-Haul locations had placed a lock so I could not open the door. I called several times but no answer. I finally got someone on the phone and they were going to send roadside service to help. I paid an individual $20.00 to break the lock so that I could get the pet food loaded on the truck. This delayed me for over an hour. I told the General Manager and he told me he could not re-imburse me anything. He asked me if he could help me with anything else. I call this very POOR service.

I hope I never have to use your services again. From my experience in Indio on Monroe, to my arrival in San Antonio was an experience experience. No I'm not talking about the trip either. I'm talking about the horrible rat infested station in Indio on Monroe horrible dirty filthy with their dates hasn't been cleaning years they rent me a truck the gas was at a quarter tank and for some reason it was said that it was at half a tank it was not I even took a picture of it but nobody will believe me they think the picture could be taken at any time although the picture itself shows the time it took me a long time these guys there they're old and they didn't know how to charge me for my rental. The truck was filthy filthy. I have rented from U-Haul many times and they always topped there vehicles. And they clean them U-Haul was always clean now you can bet it's always dirty and trash inside there and other people's rentals information in there it's just horrible I hope I never have to use you guys again

My experience with the manager was always great but he could not be there during all times of operation. Several other members of the staff were surly and basically lazy. Our storage unit was discovered unlocked in June. Items such as an appliance dolly, 2 step ladder, etc were found missing upon move out. The large vanbody storage units are susceptible to break-ins due to their separate location. There is no fence or gate to protect tenants storage units.

You all go months almost years without contacting me, and I was on a payment plan with someone and I was going to pay like 100 to remove my things but I was told I have to pay the full balance. I don’t even know if my belongings are still there so if I lost all of my things and the agreement wasn’t honored I won’t do a thing for Uhaul or do business with y’all again.
