The calling of another person is unnecessary. Everyone I know is two hours back from here and a 6am call to verify I’m not going to steal your shit is stupid. Only seems to happen at uhaul locations and not the mom and pop stores so I’m done ordering from you. Also your website is garbage. If you need it for less than a day you have to pick some crazy amount of time to get the site to load a time the store is actually open. Make a stupid policy for your IT department to call another competent IT person to build you a functioning website.

I tried to use the stairs to avoid the elevator to go open my unit after signing in. The doors were locked and I got stuck in the stairwell and the only way I was able to get out was through an emergency exit that sounded an alarm when I got out. I was frustrated already with the staff and I did not even open my unit before I canceled my reservation. The guy at the counter needs to learn to be more professional. I requested a 10x10 and instead gave me 2 5x5 units and did not really give me an option. If the staff would have been more professional and informative I may have kept my unit

Extremely impressed with the facility. very clean and spacious. I was not expecting the super high ceilings in the units and I love it. My reservation was last minute and everything was really fast and easy for move-in.There are also like 20 carts that are free to use. highly recommend!

The tow dolly they gave us had just been brought in and had a big X on the fender due to damage. The tail light wouldn't work until the guy messed with it. We pulled our car over 600 miles. Fortunately we never got stopped due to tail light going out again. We then found out that the tow dolly should not have been rented out. The big X means get it fixed!!!

I had an appointment for a hitch install. The staff met me immediately and began setting up my car. The manager/owner let me know that it would take about two hours and he finished up ahead of his estimate. Then he took time to discuss the purchase of a hitch carrier that I may need later. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great! Good Customer service, quick and to the point but also willing to explain if we needed more information. I rented a uhaul box truck and returned it at the correct time of 6:30pm. I was called this morning by the uhaul team saying I didn't return the truck, I explained I did and they apologized and said they miss placed the keys. No big deal but then I checked my bank account and they charged me over $60 of additional fees because they thought I didn't return the truck. Now I have to wait multiple for it to be refunded even thought It was their fault not mine.

A Safety chain link on the tow Dolly was broke when I picked it up. I took a picture of it to prove it was like that prior to my use. The tow Dolly worked wonderful for the job. I hate the return process at unoccupied location. I don’t use apps. Went back 2 hours after I returned it and finally found someone to check my equipment rental in. A lot of people in the world don’t use apps. They are more frustrating than useful

be more clear on what you’re charging for and how much. make getting your truck easier. i spent almost 10hours trying to figure out how to pick it up. got told multiple different things by different people every time i called to get support. got charged for stuff i didn’t use. spent an hour on the phone being transferred back and forth between departments. will not be renting from u-haul in the future.

Well all over the app and your website it says if you find that what you are towing will damage your vehicle bring back the equipment for a full refund.i brought it back Unable to use it. Not only no refund but still haven't got my deposit back. Would rather just get a refund.

I had a an extremely terrible experience. First, my reservation was transferred to a different location without my knowledge to a place that was closed and did not have my Tow dolly and couldn't pay with cash. 2nd They made me come back to the original location and made me go to a 3rd location for mybtow dolly. I was not happy to say the least and behind on schedule for a 17hr drive. I reserved everything for 7am and couldn't get the uhaul until after 8am and the tow dolly after 11am.

You don’t need to improve a single thing U-Haul really helped us out in a bind. I had no idea that they had traveling pods. We had gotten scammed by a traveling company and the pod we ordered never showed up. U-Haul delivered the pod on the same day and build us out, I cannot say enough about the people and the staff from U-Haul. You guys are Rockstars.

I use this location because of vehicle selection, customer service and ability to park my car there during the day while I rent their truck. They also have large selection of packing and moving materials available.

The operation at the destination site (Hyannis, MA) is a mess. On two separate occasions when I coordinated to access my U-Box, it was not ready when I arrived at the instructed time. My home is 45 minutes from the U-Haul site. After substantial effort on my part I was able to arrange a $50 credit for one occasion, and they - to their credit - brought out the U-Box while I waited the other time. In the office I frequently heard the employees discussing the various customer issues that had to be dealt with. The central MA call center and the individual site (Hyannis) do not appear to be coordinated with each other very well.

Staff really went above and beyond to help me out every time I was there, even when I fell WAY behind on my payments. Definitely HIGHLY recommend! My only complaint, which has NOTHING to do with the staff/employees, as I know they don't personally decide what temps to set the thermostat at ( it's pedetermined at UHaul Corporate HQ or some nonsense) , is that, my storage unit was "climate-controlled", but it was in a hallway facing the exterior wall of all glass, and unless it was cloudy outside, which is pretty rare in Colorado Springs ( 320 days of sunshine a year), it was ROASTING in that hallway and even worse in the enclosed unit...it was AT LEAST 80 degrees in the hallway every time I was there in the day and easily 86-90 in the unit....UHaul corporate says the a.c. kicks on at 76, but the thermostat isnt in the blazing sunny hallway, its in a much cooler shady area near the elevator...no doubt Corporate does this on purpose, to save money, but its aggravating...some of my more delicate collectibles and semi-antiques had some minor heat damage...and this is in COLORADO...Im sure its MUCH worse down South...food for thought

This is a great location, just off the freeway and easy to get in and out of. It was super spacious with the office/store to one side and the storage units to the other. The bays to back in trucks and the moving carts provided were incredibly helpful and makes the entire experience much more expedient. The staff is wonderful! Thank you for being awesome and making this part of my move & journey as smooth as possible.

Enjoyed the car port especially with all the rain we’ve had this year. Not to mention the carts made moving not so hard! Prior to moving in I was moving out of 3 level public storage with only two carts available with an elevator that worked when it wanted. That should some up how I feel about U-Haul. Only thing I suggest is to lower y’all’s prices they’re a bit high.

Was given 10x10 for one month free with one way truck rental. Upon arriving, I was told that there was no 10x10 available and was given two 5x10 units. When we located our units, there clearly was a 10x10 available right next to it. We didn't Think we were going to have enough room and had to Rent a third unit only to find out that everything would have fit. Extremely frustrating and disappointing after driving 16 from texas.

the only problem i had was i signed up for a 5x5 online and went in the next day to get my truck and i asked the lady if i could get a 5x10 instead she said yes and put me down for 104 $ a month but the storage i got was still a 5x5 funny ..havent had time to back and tell them. i made it work for now

I have had some bad experiences at Uhaul, but Ronnie seems to have this all figured out and attends to customer needs. I appreciated an email from him and a phone number. I called, and he answered the phone. I have had experiences with other U-Haul sites that never answer their phone and let them roll over to the national line. Ronnie and Madison were super helpful upon move in.
