Staff at this location are always rude. This was the third time I’ve rented something at this location and hopefully the last. It’s obvious right when you walk in the door. They are basically like wtf do you want?

The staff is nice and polite. I absolutely love this new an improved idea of this U-haul. Weather proof and temperature controlled. Alarms and cameras. Easy access hallways and courtesy carts. Super clean, has nice size restrooms and water fountains.

There was only one attendant on duty. That’s bad business in my book. The only reason I didn’t walk out is because he went above and beyond to serve the customers as timely and professionally as he could. He’s a great team member but this company is taking advantage of that. Smh

Cost way too much. Manager is very rude and unhelpful. Had to call in on her several times. Hours are extremely inconvenient for someone that works. I do not plan on ever using Uhaul for storage again

I use the storage facility for 12 months with great support from the staff. I'm not sure how many times I lost or misplaced my code key but they would always provide me with a new one.

Well we did make it to our location. However the reserving and quotes process needs improvement. Customer service from calling the 1800 number couldn't save nor did they include taxes in the about. That info was must needed in estimating a huge move. Also the employee at the actual location did not reserve our uhaul properly. We were emailed incorrect info to when we pick up the uhaul. We got an email that said 4pm not 2pm...big problem! Then it's a while 100 dollars more than expected. Seriously! That is important info...super stressful. Then, the rep kept repeating herself, without pause. Super stressful, assumptions were drawn. Please improve customer service and all info up front. Thanks, Quinitta Windes

The only downfall was the manager on duty the day we picked up the equipment. She was Not very customer friendly. The other customers in the store we’re also speaking about her nasty demeanor. The other employees were very, very friendly, but the managers attitude We’re affected her co workers negatively.

I am still waiting for a manager to contact me regarding the horrific experience I was put through due to Uhaul changing up my reservation. I submitted a complaint yesterday but have not been contacted. My phone and email are on file in my contract. These events have NOTHING to do with this location. I am just taking the opportunity to let someone else know I am waiting for a response and action from your company.

Mitchell, your worker, scolded me for leaving the trailer near the garage. Told me he almost ran over it. I returned the trailer after hours and didn't know exactly where I should leave it. He also sold me the wrong type of trailer. I was not familiar with your equipment and apparently he wasn't either.

The store manager Melissa was excellent with solving problems caused by the call center. They on the other hand should be taken out of the equation due to giving false information on several occasions causing conflict with rental pick ups and deposit returns.

Have the manager stop lying to customers about what there options are on equipment returns. This has put a very bad taste in my mouth for UHAUL. I will not rent equipment for locations who have Managers that have no idea what customer service means.

The facility was amazing! I had never seen such a nice U-haul location. The lady that waited on us was not friendly at all. She didn't speak unless we spoke to her. And she did not understand the way the gas mileage green bars sticker on the dash. She told us that the less green bars you see the better the gas milage and that is not what the sticker says at all.

I was not given a chance to inspect the trailer prior to leaving the business. I found dirt/gravel on the floor when I started loading it.

Was not made clear that the total charges including the holding charge for a total amount would be debiting my account and in a way that makes absolutely no sense at all! I rented a cargo van on Saturday morning and returned it that day for about $196. Four days after payment for van rental taken out of my account; four days after finishing business with uhaul. Three business days after competing business with uhaul company a $184 hold was placed on my account for a total of approximately $380 debited from my account of which $183 will not even be returned to my account for another 4-5 business days from now. So that means I didn’t even have the hold debited until 4 days after business complete and I won’t get my hold refunded until 9 days after competition of business with uhaul company!!!!!! Policy needs to be changed!!!
