Do not tie a dolly in the truck that you charge for if it is untied. We turned down having a dolly. We own one -- and accepting a dolly is both part of the reservation and the check in. The dolly that was tied in the truck took up space that we paid to use, and made it more difficult to load something. We could not get that space back without an extra charge. That is not right and needs to stop.

This is the 2nd time I've rented Uhaul boxes, including storage and transport. My first experience was nearly flawless. This next one was not nearly as seamless... Poor communication out of the final destination store (Springdale, AR) and the boxes themselves were horrible! Falling apart, hard to open and close, lots of wood splinters (which ended up in our fingers), and at least one the locking mechanism was defective. Although my belongings did arrive safely, the experience with the boxes themselves was not a selling point

Driving 22 miles required 6 gallons of fuel ($27), with a terribly wield experience, and no regard for what the customer says. Nobody bothered to remind us that if we didn’t add fuel, we would be charged a $30 service fee. When we asked about it, they simply pointed to the contract. Even though we asked about fuel charges before renting, they failed to mention the service fee. A very unsatisfactory experience.

The trailer was supposed to be at a location near me in liberty hill but the customer who had the one I was supposed to get had not brought it back to the shop. LUCKILY they located one at the research Blvd location but it was a half hour from me and time consuming. The trailer looked fine when I got it but I drove it home and when I opened the door the little black strip (like an 1” padding “ along the wall of it was dangling down.on the ground. But I was able to screw it back into the wall with my screw driver so not a huge deal but I was worried I would get charged for it when the wholes were stripped out and why it wasn’t staying. But over all it was an easy pick up and return.

I was charged for fuel that I had put into the vehicle. I question the mileage amount that I was charged for as well. I will never use this location again. I will advise everyone I know not to use this location. I have always had positive experiences with UHaul, however, after this experience I am concerned about the quality of services.

Our positive feedback would be that this location has a very knowledgeable and polite manager and their team setting up the trucks worked efficiently with the desk team. The one issue I came across is that we rented 1 dozen blankets but it looks like we only received 10. We are especially thankful for this locations efforts as our original pick up location ended up not having the truck we reserved as the customer who had it was not able to return it in time for our pick up and the manager here was able to have the truck set aside for us to pick up right away.

All the notifications came hours later so were unhelpful. Uhaul would call me everyday even though I had already confirmed everything multiple times. Systems clearly need improvement for a better consumer experience that doesn't involve hasseling them for weeks on end.

Upon return of the truck, I had taken a picture of the odometer and fuel tank. When I pulled up to return, a sign stated to remain in truck. After 10-15 minutes I then went into the store. Was asked if I added fuel and then said that was all I needed to do for the return. The amount of miles driven was less than I anticipated yet no refund on the difference was made.

Had arranged for the box to be delivered to second address early because it arrived early in TX but was harassed by calls days later about delivery because your computer system kept duplicate entries. Was not impressed that you couldn't keep track of what had already been delivered and picked up. Also need better communication, box was delivered before message that the uhaul delivery was on its way both times.

The customer service agent at the desk, was not well trained, or well experienced, ... I basically had to repeat everything that I had done online previously to reserve the unit and Reserve a trailer, I basically had to duplicate everything when I arrived at the facility because the agent said nothing was showing up in the computer so either the person online didn't do anything or the person in the office didn't know how to use the computer system or the data system, or what to do, costing me about an extra hour overall, which was a inconvenience to myself and the people I had with me that we're going to help.

The truck one of the worst ones I have rented. The brakes seemed sluggish, the sun visors were falling apart, and it smelled like cheap air freshener. The staff was very busy and doing their best to keep up with the Friday afternoon demand, so I will say they were very impressed with how they juggles all of the customers. They definitely could have used one more person there to help out. I will likely not be using them again, as there are a few other Uhauls close to me that might be better.

Get English speaking employees. Have employees be attentive to customers rather than having loud music playing on their phones or carrying on personal conversations on their headsets while tending to customers. I experienced both. Have your manager listen to and respect the customer. If an employee calls a customer Cabron in front of the manager the manager should reprimand the employee as some of us do understand Spanish. Worst experience I've ever had at uhaul.

Greedy, money hungry, unprofessional, ignorant staff. Please take a picture of literally everything. These people make up anything to get an extra dollar out of you and threaten to send the bill to collections if you don’t pay the fraudulent fees on your statement. Not sure how the manager is qualified to be in that position couldn’t even get the system up running to look at my invoice and based off of “what she remembers” and not actual facts. The truck was in horrible condition. Check engine, light flash on and off while I was driving. Anytime I started up the car it sounded like it was about to break down. Locks were old and rusty door to the truck was not sturdy at all, and I had to have someone drive behind me the whole time to make sure the door didn’t open. A/C was blowing hot air. Definitely do not recommend coming to this U-Haul. I picked this one because it was super close to my current apartment. I now know that that was a mistake and I will have to drive a little further for quality. I will never rent a U-Haul again horrible experience. I will make sure all of my friends never rent from this U-Haul again. Establishment looks ran down old and ghetto. I hope this location closes soon and everyone loses their job. I will be calling corporate and reporting this location.

The front desk lady was extremely rude to me and the customer before me. She does not know how to talk to paying customers with respect and obviously doesn’t care about any customers. I called ahead of time saying I was running late and a guy pushed my appointment to 4. When I was picking the car up she said I had to return it at 9:30 even though I requested 6 hours. I mentioned it should have been 10 she gave me attitude and said “I don’t know who you spoke to but your reservation is under my name and I write all the notes and make the adjustments” when she went over all the fees and she said if I don’t return it right in time “there will be consequences” then she got on the phone and starting calling someone in Spanish right in front of us. The workers here should not be in customer service if they can’t even speak to people in a respectful and pleasant manner. I know a lot of companies like to back their employees because there are some bad customers but not even customer is a Karen or should be treated bad. This allows employees to behave badly and treat people like crap. Also, they gave us a truck where the alignment was completely off and the wheel was sideways. Funny how they charge all these fees but can’t even do the proper maintenance to the vehicle.

For the most part it was an easy to rent from U-Haul. My only grip is is the milage cost, I had to go 200 miles. I wish there was an option for discounted mile brackets. The other grip is limited to location of the store, very minor mostly out of control of the store. What I mean by this is there was not a whole lot of room to drop off the van if there is more then 3 or 4 people returning trucks at the same time. with out blocking the way of other traffic.

put a blurb on your website that tells people that the office uses the same website as the customers are viewing so if the customer doesnt reserve and put his data in the office people will have to plug the same data into the same site. bottom line is your experience would be much better if you filled out all the paperwork before you showed up cause there will be a line and you will have to wait for everyone to get entered into the computer system. I can honestly say that for 25 dollars I had an awesome experience and it was pretty much painless even though I didnt reserve. I walked through the pages and saw the trailer was available and figured it would be fine to just go get it. It increased my wait time by 30 minutes. But I got my motorcycle off facebook and it was 50 miles away and now its in my garage. sweet!

Terrible experience due to so many attempts to overcharge me in any and every way. One price was advertised, another amount was reserved, and then so many other charges were placed to my credit card. It was like$19.95 per day, plus miles, then $111, at a receipt, then $74 at my credit card, then $20 more, then another receipt with $111, then again $260 at the end when I left, claiming there was a dent on the vehicle, after already accepting a van and stating that everything was fine and I was good to go. Shame on the staff at this location, and on U Haul in general for allowing them to scam and fraud us working people. Terrible experience.

When the movers were finished unloading and I noticed I was missing 2 KEY components for my bed frame they said the only ones on the containers were the ones unpacked.. which was FALSE because everything was loaded from my previous space. Very disappointed as this was the second time I utilized this system.

I'm a victim of spare tire theft. I had no idea about this kind of theft so I kept no alert on it. The initial inspection of car pick-up doesn't mention about this. I was not sure if the spare tire existed when I picked up the car. The UHaul staff inspected the car during the final returning and talked about the missing spare tire. In other words, somebody stole the spare tire during my moving. Suggestion to customers Be aware of spare tire theft. Take video of the whole car outline and the spare tire. During your moving, pay attention to the spare tire from being stolen. Suggestion to UHaul team Add inspection item of spare tire. Most customers usually don't pay attention to it.

Drove uhaul 9 miles and put $3 in gas in which is over a gallon of gas and I get charged over $60 in gas fees. Absurd and uncalled for. We made sure needle was where it was at when picked up. I have to wait 72 hours for a dispute. I will never use uhaul again. Lost my trust.

David was amazing! While he was trying to help us, he also helped other customers. Never did we feel ignored or unimportant. David did not stop until our situation was handled to satisfaction. He even had the humility to call up for help when needed in our case. The tech on the phone was also very polite and helpful. They seemed like a good team. Excellent customer service and knowledge! This encounter seals the deal - we will definitely use UHaul again and tell our friends about the great experience.

Not only was I not credited the $25 service fee for having to sweep out the truck picked up in Houston, the manager charged me $25 for the dirt on the floor mats left by the previous renter. I was told I would have to call customer service and file a complaint to dispute the service charge. I called, the $25 fee was credited and I was given a whopping $10 VIP promo to use towards my next rental. Uhaul doesn’t seem to realize that actions speak louder than words which I will take into consideration when I next need a truck rental.

I was told that the truck had a full tank of the gas. But after I finished 16 miles trip, I had to add 4.5 gallions gas to fill up the tank. I really don't think I used 4.5 gallions gas for a 16 mile round trip to a Costco store A possible reason is that the gas tank was not really full when I picked up the rental truck.

I had storage unit at this facility for 6 years. That's a lot of money spent there. If I did not trust this location thoroughly I would have pulled out all of my belongings and moved them elsewhere. Associates were generally quite friendly and trustworthy. The only thing I might cite is that they were always busy and understaffed. I would rent there again should I have the need.

We tried throwing away a piece of furniture (not knowing furniture wasn’t allowed- I’ve always seen furniture in the side of dumpsters so I had no idea you had to pay extra) and I kid you not, 3 “Karen’s” came out to tell us that. Mind you, we immediately started putting the furniture back in the truck when the first person told us then 2 other people started saying THE EXACT SAME THING like we couldn’t understand the first time. THEN after strapping everything back down, we head to the front office to see if I needed to do anything additional to the online move out process. At the front office a 4th Karen was standing outside watching us like we were gonna try to dump it again. 🙄 I went to talk to her and asked if I needed to do anything else other than the online move out and she proceeded to tell me I can’t dump furniture back there and said everything the other 3 Karen’s were saying. I told her I was not there to talk about dumping anything. I’m here to ask about the move out process. We listened the first time the lady told us. No questions asked or complaints were said. We apologized and said we didn’t know and went on our way. Everyone needs to get their panties out of a wad there. Now when I first got my storage, the people were SO SO helpful. I wish I could remember their names. And the site was very clean. My 3 stars can vouch for the first employees that set me up and the cleanliness of the site.

Frances who’s is gm don’t know how to manage people, she don’t teach members how to deal with consumers, she don’t do her duty, she don’t check safety on vechiles, I got broken vehicle, and for people who gave said it’s ok. I had a storage unit i reserved almost a month and advanced for a relocation move from North Texas to Austin. When i got to the facility, they did not have my reserved unit available. I do feel a courtesy call would have been appropriate because then I could have proactively made other plans for my belongings. When we got to the facility the first employee who helped us was not very informative or helpful, we could tell she just wanted to get everyone out of the store as it was nearing closing time. She left me multiple times to assist other customers while she was in the middle of assisting me first. We ended up getting a storage unit (after my reserved unit was "not available") that was way too small and had to come back the next day to get a different one. Again. After that initial experience I wasnt very confident in the service we would be getting from this particular location, however I was definitely proved wrong by the general manager, Frances. She patiently listened to me as I explained the situation, and despite being extremely busy, she actively called multiple locations to inquire about the correct size unit I needed as well as to find the best pricing. Ultimately there were no available units that were the size I needed, so I had to go with a much larger sized unit that was going to impact my monthly budget as it is about $60 more than what I had planned on. Frances was able to refund me a little money to help me with the next three monthly payments I will have to make for the larger unit, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Despite all the hiccups that I had trying to nail down a storage unit for this big relocation move, Frances helped me get it done. I appreciate everything she did for me, and her work ethic to provide quality customer service. Despite how insanely busy they seemed, she kept calm and collected and treated customers with respect and kindness. Thank you Frances, you definitely deserve a raise!

I made a reservation for a storage unit almost a month in advance, and when I got to the storage unit location my unit was unavailable. The first staff member that assisted me wasnt very helpful or informative, and I ended up getting a unit that was way too small. However, the next day the general manager was incredibly helpful. She helped me fine a bigger sized unit. Unfortunately it was a bit more expensive than what I originally made the reservation for, but I appreciate all the effort she made in helping me secure a unit big enough for my belongings after a long relocation move. She even called around to multiple storage unit locations to try to help me find the size unit I needed with the best price. She was apologetic and patient, which I am most appreciative for. Despite all the hiccups I had with the reservation, and the first lady who helped before who wasnt very helpful, she more than made up for it with how helpful she was.

I don’t like rat poison and I don’t want it in my unit but they put it in there and told me I have to keep it and now I have to go back and take it away. It’s inhumane to animals to die if poison and I love and I try to make sure they all die in a way that’s humane if they have to die and I also do not eat animals. I can spray my unit with bitter apple spray to deter the animals which hopefully will keep them out without killing them. I’m allergic to rat poison probably because I’m allergic to lots of things. I don’t want to get sick. My unit is in an indoor climate controlled locked building and I don’t think rats are in there. They said they’re outside in outdoor units. So I do not need the poison. So I took off one star for that. The rest of the people that helped me were nice and the process was smooth. I liked Tamara. :) She’s really friendly. :) But I’m worried about a little bit of rough housing her husband did to her and I don’t know if he likes to hit her for real or if she has to deal with domestic violence at home if he hits her at work as a joke in front of customers (not hard, but playful, but she was still not prepared to be hit by him because she didn’t expect it and it traumatized me when I saw it because I am actually a survivor of domestic violence.) She seemed ok but I can’t really tell if she is okay or not. So I took off one star for that potentially abusive situation because I like Tamara and I feel she deserves a safe work environment where no one will just randomly hit her whenever he feels like it. That’s a hostile work environment. Which is illegal and harassment of her. Plus it’s bad for abuse survivors like me. It should be safe for her and me. I guess there’s things I can do to help her if it escalates in the future so I’m not a bystander to violence so I’ll be watching and offering my help. The domestic violence hotline I use to process my trauma that she or anyone else who works there can call is called CARDV and is 541-754-0110. It’s open 24-7 and us open for 20 minute calls to abuse survivors. She said something about her hitting him and the kids at their home so he feels justified hitting her at work. That’s what she said his excuse is that he tells people at work why it’s ok to hit her. I don’t know if she actually does violence at home or if that’s a lie her husband is telling to get people at work to go along with him hitting her at work but if so she and the kids need help. I was beaten a lot as a kid at home by a woman who was nearly able to murder me and female abuse is just as bad or worse than male abuse. So yeah I’m upset by the situation with the domestic violence at her work and home and I need to help her and the kids not be abused by the husband who I saw hit her at work. You can assist her by forcing the husband to stop hitting her at work and then give her the domestic violence hotline to get help and if she’s able to tell you about any violence or trauma the 7 kids are enduring you ought to try to call child protective services to see if they can give the family more assistance like parenting classes so their kids do not grow up with PTSD and seizures like I have from the trauma of the abuse. I now have to live with it for the rest of my life because no one came through to help me when I was a child. CARDV is not mandated reporters so they cannot take children away from anyone. They are a nonprofit organization that helps abused people process their trauma or escape abusive situations. CPS basically never does anything about anyone when you do call because they said that there is a certain level of violence that is acceptable but I think no level of violent activity towards children is acceptable because it causes unnecessary pain and suffering for the lifelong journey of that person who got hit. But just in case they do want to offer non violent parenting class and if they want to take them it would be good to call them and get Tamera’s family involved with a helpful social worker. I sincerely doubt they’d try to take away the children or do anything like that because they just don’t care enough to do that. A good start to non violent parenting is to compare the Power and Control Wheel (emotional abuse leading to physical abuse) with the Equality Wheel (treating adults as equals with respect) and then adapt the equality wheel to children. Still treat them with respect and don’t physically or emotionally abuse them but you can be the leader and guide them through the things they need to do. By following the books like 1. Character Counts, 2. Leader in Me, 3. Strengths Based Parenting. Leader in Me is the kid version of 7 Habits for Highly Successful People. Basically it’s teaching kids skills in leadership and skills like patience and kindness every day. Then once there is a conflict instead of hitting them and shouting at them you can first listen, then ask them to remember the lessons in kindness or patience and ask them to practice kindness right now.

I had a unit reserved by phone for $49.95 and when I got to the office they charged $69.95. I am grateful because of the van rental they gave me one month free. So the $69.95 was waived for the first month. Which is great. And I was expecting to invest $49.95 for a rental. The key pads even if secure are challenging to use. Having to exit the vehicle to swipe at the gate and two swipes at the door each time. One keypad was a little dusty and I had to swipe multiple times to gain access each time I entered. The moving in process was time consuming while maneuvering around others accessing their storage. Just some comments of the moving process. This is my first indoor rental and that’s how it is. No complaints, I got what I required and my belongings are secure. I’m grateful uhaul offers storage.

Even with this Austin location being short staffed they still balanced a lot of us customers that came through with our different needs very well and without any negative attitudes! Tamara was awesome and someone else who’s name I did not get but was a guy “who’s birthday was the next day” we’re great! And then even a separate worker who saw me walking around in between taking care of things asked if I had been helped and I was luckily so it was nice to have someone else completely different want to make sure I was taken care of! Overall really good experience :)

Your staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful. Great employees. The storage units are below average and location of the entry gate to the storage with all the activity up front, vehicles being rented, trucks being returned, etc. makes it very difficult for entry and exiting to your storage unit. With so much activity up front makes it very difficult to get to your storage unit. Obviously, this is very good for your business but a pain for the customers trying to get to their units. Secondly your constant rate increase gave me no choice but to move someplace else. Our unit was infested with rats, all of my items, boxes, plastic containers were covered in rat feces and rat urine. They chewed thru some of my boxes and the smell was awful. I also have a climate control unit 10 x 20 gorgeous, meticulous and extremely clean and I only pay $130.00 per month. I have had it for 2 years now without a rate increase. Your facility definitely needs to be cleaned up and treated for rats especially with the constant increase in your rental rates. You should invest money into the storage units with all these rate increase.

Need to tell people that the entrance is right at the end of the exit ramp. I had to find a side street that dumped me into the back of the rental center. BUT, the crew on duty at the center were OUTSTANDING!!! The equipment manager helping me was GREAT. Also, the office personnel we very helpful checking in. GREAT EXPERINCE for a move. Have rented from U-Hau before but this is the BEST move.

I tried for 3 days straight to get in touch with someone at this facility and still have yet to talk to anyone, several messages have been left but nothing. Website states that this location offers "24 hr extended access" which is why I chose this. Come to find out the extended access has to be approved by the facility.. you can not get approval if you are unable to get in contact with the facility. The amount of frustration, stress, time, energy, and cost, that I had to endure due to the aforementioned, was profuse. I spent over 7 hours (yes, I counted) over the course of 3 days either on hold, speaking to customer service or being transferred. 7 hours of my life I will never get back. 7 hours for nothing, because like I mentioned, I have still yet to speak with anyone from the facility. On top of that, I had to shell out several hundred dollars that I absolutely could not afford to do, to make other arrangements at the very last second. With the cost of everything, i would have actually saved money (and brain cells) had I have just hired movers. I consider myself to be a very understanding person, I know businesses get busy, things happen, but that does not excuse the horrible experience that I had to go through. I wish I was kidding when I say that this literally almost triggered me into having a mental breakdown. Moving is already stressful enough. I have used uhaul every time I’ve moved which is quite a bit, thousands of dollars I’ve spent over the years, but this experience has left me so disappointed that I will not ever use U-Haul again. I wholeheartedly hope to God, for the sake of other customers, that you guys get it together.

There was one older woman with blonde hair ( I forgot her name ) she went above and beyond to help me. Now the rest of the employees, when they see customers they scatter like roaches at a raid party. One guy told me, “I’m new, you will find them in there somewhere.” Lastly that storage door need to be fixed………….Never!

High turnover rate for all employees, went through 3 managers, multiple times I had to file insurance claims due to the rats. Even after moving to a smaller unit I was told the rat problem was being taken care of. When I went to move my stuff out because you decided to raise my rent again I found rat feces all over my stuff. Would never recommend uhaul to my worst enemy.

Rat infested units. I paid you guys 160 dollars a month for two units to store my belongings just to have it peed on and have rats defecate all over my belongings. I had to throw away 50 percent of my things because of the urine and poop, it was in totes, boxes, trash bags and on some irreplaceable items such as my dinning room table that was left behind from my late father. A couch that belonged to my father had to be thrown away and some clothing and bedding and much much more. Absolutely disgusting and absolutely devastating. It is unsanitary to allow people to store their belongings there and it’s very unprofessional to take their money while allowing such a infestation.

Everything was fine except the moment that you guys keep spamming me with your messages and email about leaving a review. This is so f**king annoying. Restaurants often offer a coupon or a 10$ discount for a review, u-haul doesn't offer anything. Please stop spamming people with reviews. Waited an hour to get my storage unit, though already booked, the system wouldn’t access. 3 people working there tried helping (workers were kind), but none could figure out how to give me access to the storage unit I had previously booked, while my movers sat outside waiting for me (and I paid them by the hour). Then when I got to the 10 mins before closing, unit it was not climate controlled, floors dirty, super hot and rat traps inside the unit. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING! Because of the time at night had no other choice but to use it or have to pay movers again the next day and find a different storage facility. Went back to the front desk where employees were to get the climate controlled unit I had booked, they said none were available larger than 5’ and there was no elevator access or ground level access. My things are currently sitting in over 100 degree weather, I paid $100 of movers time waiting to get access to the unit and I am absolutely LIVID my things are sitting in this heat. Getting things out as soon as possible and NEVER using Uhaul again or recommending. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience, I was locked out from my storage after my move in, around 8pm I came to unload my truck and no one over the phone in customer service was able to help me. The lady that worked on 3/6/22 did not offer me the correct unit for a 1 bedroom. Had to go in the office several times to switch units because she had no clue about the size unit needed. She gave me small units. Went to different employee and ask for a unit that I could fit a large couch , queen bed. 2 TVs , boxes and so on in order for them to have an clear understanding of a unit that is big enough for a 1 bedroom. Then I paid for a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. Had to move all my things without a dolly from upstairs. Worst experience I've ever had at Uhaul.

I really enjoyed my experience with this Uhaul location. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately. Even though the employees were with guests, they acknowledged my presence immediately. I was greeted by Junior. He was attentive to my needs & answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything so that I understood what I was responsible to do. I felt like a valued customer throughout my experience. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend or family member. The facility is well taken care of. Even the restrooms were clean. Thank you for clean restrooms!

Staff are very nice! Storage unit is old, levers rusty. Rat trap within unit. When moving in a commercial truck was parking in front of many unites, washing out the truck back. H/M was the company. They moved the truck after a short wait but left puddles of water in front of our unit. So, we ended up tracking mud and extra dirt into the unit, needlessly. they should wash their truck elsewhere.

I was told that it was a five day rental and was quite surprised to see I was charged for two additional days. I returned the trailer on Monday morning and had I know that I would be charged $88 for two days I would have made other arrangements to unload on Monday. I also rented a storage unit and when I went to unload the unit had been vandalized so had to wait for a U-Haul person to repair the three walls that had holes in them. So waiting for that cost me extra. Smh.

In going through the boxes that I have moved out, I am noticing water damage on a high percentage of them. Not sure if it was from last years winter freeze or what. I did notice a broken board near the ceiling. Looks like I am going to lose at least 50% of the things that I had stored. Management is great and the facility is easily accessible. Facility is in a good location and is well lit at night. I am a bit disappointed though that there are no dumpsters at the facility.

I don't understand why there is a limit as to when I can go to the secured location. When I initially rented i couldn't get there with my first load to store while the facility was open (the office), but came back before the secure area closed the unit they assigned me had a lock on it. The next morning the worker was awesome and helped assign a new unit. I work late so, the timing for the secured units was difficult to work with. It would be nice if it were 24 hours, there are cameras to assist so I don't know why this cannot be an option.

I moved from another facility sight unseen because of the website pics and the prices. I was able to order the storage unit online. NO WHERE on the site did it say I would have to wait 30+ minutes to have the unit made ready upon arrival. NO WHERE when making the reservation for the unit did it show a photo pf the actual unit. I was HIGHLY disappointed. The staff is miserable, unfriendly, and has zero idea on how to staff properly or communicate with customers. From the initial signing of the paperwork and getting the card access thingy to the final call to confirm I had a zero balance and was moved out, this location is subpar. I've been inside the office 6 times total and every time there was a line of customers, no one greeting people, and staff unhappy. Once an employee (with a neon green and blue wig on) was cussing in the store to another employee. Its the closest Uhaul for rentals for our company so we will keep coming back for that... Unless we find another moving truck place but the storage lasted less than a month and we moved it out. It was not good.

I had a break-in into my unit less than a month moving in. There were some glaring security flaws such as a bent gate and less-than-secure access door. And there are other ways an intruder can still come in if the Staff could walk around the perimeter.

Just rented two units and more than likely won’t be staying very long due to the access hours. Web site boast 24 hr access but when you get there you find out your restricted to the times you have access to your units.

I went to my unit 24 hours after signing the paperwork and there was a little green lock on my unit. Mean while I have a truck full off stuff to put in my unit, it’s getting dark and I have to deal with a lock on my unit the first day I signed the contract. Not cool, not convenient. I put my belongings in storage because I had no room in my temporary residence. When I went to pick up my belongings on the day I was moving to my permanent residence, many of my boxes had gotten wet and there was evidence of rodent droppings as well as insects inside boxes that had gotten wet. I had to come back three times to go through and salvage what I could, transfer to other boxes, spray for insects to ensure I did not transfer to my new home. I ended up throwing out four large trash bags of my things that were in questionable condition. To ensure I was not bringing insects into my new home, I had to place the boxes I did keep and transfer to new boxes, in my garage and use an insect fogger 3 different times until there was no sign of insects. I was a loyal customer but would never use this location to store anything ever again.

Excellent, my experience with Uhaul was amazing from start to finish. I rented a truck online in Austin TX and picked it up in Boca Raton FL, this was all during the Covid-19 Hoax and let me tell you...they were amazing. When I went in to pick up the truck they let me upgrade the size of truck-trailer for free and they gave me and extra 4 days for FREE!!! on top of that they also gave me 30 days storage at their Uhaul Self Storage facility in North Austin. They were extremely nice to me, they even upgraded my trailer to a bigger one, gave me a couple extra days to get back to Texas and even gave me one month free storage. Amazing Customer Service. The best part of the experience was the trailer itself, it hitched on the back of my truck and was smooth sailing the whole trip from Florida thru major storms along the way. I was even able to take the trailer up to 80, 85 and even 95 MPH. Solid.

Staff were mostly helpful and I’d recommend the UBox service to a friend only because I didn’t have to transport my furniture myself. Getting my box out of storage was an unnecessary ordeal.

No one in there smiles I wish I would have taken pictures:northeast side of the building- It looked like a refugee camp Parking and traffic flow are horrible and there where large roaches in unit.
