isreal cruzFor hitch installs, check with a trailer or tester to make sure connections are correct. I brought my own tester and the brake lights were not connected right. But Donovan fixed it fast, tested with a trailer and all is right now.
Thomas BigbeeThe hand dolly is in the truck the whole time, and the only way you can remove it is to pay for it. It made loading the truck harder, and ultimately made me take more trips. I feel lied to because I didn't have the full advertised space of the truck.

samuel bixlerWe worked with a customer service representative to pick up our van; however, we indicated to him that we might be dropping it off after hours and what was the process. We were told to park the vehicle in front of the building where the yellow markers were, lock it and drop the keys in the box. We did what we were instructed, but were charged a $20 fee for vehicle processing. Unacceptable.

I did not catch either of their names, but the morning lady especially was busy with several customers but was still polite and gave us full attention. When answering the phone for another customer, I took note of her wonderful, professional phone skills. We returned the truck a few hours early and the check out was quick and easy, and the second lady was very nice and made it a quick run-through while it was freezing cold outside. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks. It was also great pricing.

mike weimerShow the correct pickup location. Address for pickup was wrong. You change way too much for mileage. I can rent a truck for a much more reasonable price. You change way too much for using a pickup truck. Charging 50 bucks is too much for 2 hours of use. I won’t be using you again. Not worth the money and hassle.

Soraida OrtizWhen I rented the unit I told the guy I wanted to pay 2 months rent and he told me it was $160 and that's what I gave him he did not charge me taxing and then he turned around and charged me for a lock that I did not need and then the next month I got charged late fee and he claims that he sent the $122 back to my account and the bank says it wasn't there they said if it came in on a card that was not any longer activated it went back to him and he claims that I lied that it didn't come back to him either so personally I think he pocketed the money that's just an opinion

ken roarkThe only suggestion I have is to have more ads for people to know what you offer other than just a truck rental place. For example, your boxes are cheaper than buying boxes in other places, but I did not know this. By the time I picked up the truck, I had bought more expensive boxes. Thank you. Advertise all the good things you offer.

The young woman who assisted me was very nice, she answered all my questions and showed me a few features to help make the move-in process faster. The next day we came back with the truck and movers it was raining and there was a line for everything. It felt like everyone showed up at all at once. The same young lady from the day before was in but she was alone this time. She communicated clearly to everyone and kept track of who was next so we didn't have to stand in line. No one seemed upset or bothered either. Had a great chat with another customer who came in to return some items. Overall, I recommend this location for it's cleanliness alone! Great customer service is a big PLUS!

I was told therw was no paperwork when i asked for it , that i must fill out appilcation online thus negating 1st mobth free offer and i had to pay for it. Would like that putback on my card. Also someone who tents here came by and took a picture of my syorage unut contents the only time my door was left unlockef . I did thisto use the rest room. Thete is no way tjis personcpuld have known the door was opened unless someone called her mobile phone snd told her. This is tge same way i have been robbed at a storage facility in the past.

It fit perfectly and it was clean and well maintained. It was easy to close our contract on the unit. I just called the location and the staff helped close it that day. They also provided a lock for the unit for free. 5 out of 5. Will definitely use this service in the future.

It’s like a corn feild maze in there consider color coding by locker like reflective paint and reflectors leading to emergency exits. Forget about the orange paint scream in these isle. We the customers will know let’s say cannery yellow locker isle will lead me out! Consider this across the empire.
