Shavon BarnardThe vehicle was probably considered "clean" in some standards. The cargo area was definitely clean, no dust, dirt, etc on the floor or walls. The cabin had a few Cheetos on the floor, but there was no food or stuff like that stuck to any surface other than maybe the floormat. My concerns for a "No" response were the following. There was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir (if there was, the pump was broken because I couldn't get any washer fluid to spray onto the windshield). There was a noticeable rattling/free spinning noise coming from either the transmission, drive shaft or differential. The noise occurs when after putting the vehicle in gear. Finally, we could not get the USB ports to play music from our cell phones (both Apple and Samsung) after putting the radio in the "IN" setting.

Wow, very disappointing. That information should be made known at registration on website. I was moving that day, if I didn't have the extra amount, I would have been a very bad situation, simply because of the unknown added amount.

Tanya SmithThe last 3 times I rented an auto transport they were literally covered in oil. They are not being cleaned properly. It caused me to fall on my chest when moving across the front of the trailer to hook up safety chains. I put my hand down on the trailer and slipped in the oil land on my chest. Painful and not good. I took pictures and complained to the rental place. The. The next 2 times it was the same That includes this last rental. I pointed it out to the manager before leaving.
Luther MilesI did not like that I picked up the truck and it had a little more than a quarter tank. It did not run well and I had to fuel twice. I spent $90 in fuel and to add insult to it when I returned the truck with a little less than half a tank they charged me for everything and did not take into account that they got free gas from me. They could have knocked something off just based on the inconvenience of me having to fuel as soon as I got the truck. I do not mind paying what I owe I think it is bad business to have customers get gas when they pick up the vehicle. Meanwhile I paid and told them I wanted them to use a different card because I lost the one I used online of course they didn’t and now they are emailing me like hey you owe us. I won’t if your customer service was efficient.

Then told me they had no units. Showed them my reservation email, but the person never looked at it. I started to raise my voice the guy that wasn't really helping me asked the lady next to him. No one had name tags on. By this time I was livid, and said why make us do a reservation and you don't keep it. At this point no one apologized for anything. Customers started to pile in and at this point, about 15 minutes into this and then I raised my voice because none of your employees was really helping me. When they saw all the customers they suddenly found a unit on a lower floor that I could have, but before they were no units available.

However way she feels is how she will respond. The people that work there have poor communication and slow resolve. That facility has one job selling unit on Locker unit. This facility have taken locks off of my unit without my permission and try to charge me for new ones .. They have locked my unit on several occasions because they made a mistake and payments were complete. They would never unlock the unit in a convenient time frame from the facility error. I've always had to call customer service or home office for them to respond. I should not have to go to social media for a business to do the right thing no one should. The last and final incident they sold all of my items within 8 hours of me making Financial arrangements with the store owner and customer service and all of my items were gone. That's the worst feeling in the world to know that you trust a company to hold something. you trust a person at their word that they're going to follow through in the communication is broken down there's poor follow through. it's unacceptable I sent the email to the regional manager David Weston with no response to date . I moved out of the facility on February the 8th not February the 15th I was not giving such a grace. I was not given such a time to resolve any matters and then I'm receiving a bill saying I owe $400 Plus dollars which will never get paid because my items are missing I need $500 to restore my quality of life. This is unacceptable I would never recommend uhaul to a soul anyone talks about uHaul and their prices and their community in Georgia I will always always have a negative taste in my mouth on my Twitter Facebook tiktok Instagram I'm disappointed. This is not how you do business especially when you monopolize the entire Market of storage. Coming from Michigan I would never expect of such poor handling of its clients customers and responses. Your word is all that you have in your word is not good at all. untrustworthy I am not confident that you haul can handle any valid business without having to go five extra steps to get results why why is that acceptable why? Money cannot replace half of my items in the part that money can replace should not have been an issue. My unit should not have been sold my unit none of my items should not have been touched I have a text thread that shows the correspondence and the times that I talk to the store manager which assured me that we would have no incident. The things that were brought back stating that they were mine were not mine. I'm in a new state distraught with nothing and you guys go on with your regularizer lives oh it's not my problem it's unacceptable and I will keep putting in complaints until I get a resolved this will not go away.

Whoever you had working Sunday 1/23 were not knowledgeable of the info being promised online. They were all very unprofessional and condescending. If I wasn’t moving my moms things and needed the storage right then I would have left. I’m very very very disappointed and unsatisfied. There is a lot more that I could say but I’m exhausted

Every three or four months I received a late payment notices. The first time, I called the facility to correct it. Then I would go to the facility to impress upon them the need to correct the problems causing me to receive the notices. I continued to receive late payment notices after I was told it wouldn't happen again. The straw that broke the camel's back was a "Pre-Lien Notice". I moved out and will never do business at this facility again!

I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.

The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn’t help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.

I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months. One would think I would be treated a little better than what I was. I will never as long as I live ever use Uhaul again.

shmeeka cobb | First ImpressionsFirst off, I came in there to get a storage. I bought a lock "from them" Went to make my first payment and my payment was double. I begin to dispute the charges, no one could help me. I came back the next day with my husband and we were told they had to cut the lock because we did lock the storage door right, and it was open so they charged us to cut the lock. A complete lie because my husband and I checked the door before we left. The conclusion came to, we can take off the price for the lock but still have to charge an additional $50 for cutting the lock. Um, we bought the lock from them so they didn't do anything in our favor. And, no one did not put in notes that we cancelled our storage so I received an email stating I would be charged $15 late fee when we had already moved out of their storage two weeks prior to me getting the email. They are unprofessional. Don't rent from them!
