The truck I had smelled like someone carried fuel in the back. Something was leaking under the truck in two places. Engine light was on. Took it back in the middle of my 3 day rental to get it maintenanced. The truck was medium quality, it got me to and from where I needed to be. However, the staff was very friendly at this location and the pricing is very reasonable.

Eli was so polite and very respectful and honest with me. I’m dealing with cancer and he made sure I was treated and take well care of. I had to have surgery and he helped me and made sure I was well taken care of. I was so thankful he was in my presence on that day. I have never been so grateful to have someone be so pleasant to me .

Staff was rude and acted like they did not want to help me. The prices online did not match at all what it was in person. If a price online says 29 dollar rent with 1.19 per mile how did I end up paying over 30-40 dollars in rental fees. The lock for the uhaul was also broken and I could not lock my furniture the whole time I was moving. The fact that I have to pay extra to use the Dooley and furniture padding is ridiculous. I already had to pay extra money for the rental fees then ontop of that if I need to use the equipment the truck comes with I will pay more money. I feel like I was scammed with the cherry on top being poor customer service

The new manager should not be working with the public! He has terrible people skills & like his way or no way no matter what. He’s also a loose cannon & mad all the time like his day was interrupted! If he doesn’t want to interact with customers & doesn’t want to treat customers nice urgent he needs to quit or fired. He’s a very scary person with a very mean attitude. He’s the reason why I got my stuff out & took it somewhere else. The rest of the staff should not have to work with him! He’s a real jerk!

When my things were going up for auction I expressed that all I wanted out of a full storage unit was a box of pictures because my mother and father have recently passed. I do understand there may be rules and consequences but the employees were so rude about it and showed no empathy. Even when I expressed that I could be supervised and the box was in the front of the storage they didn’t consider and gave me a cold no. Because my family pictures could not of any use to anyone I feel as though an exception could’ve been made. It was hurtful and a hard pill to swallow. When everything you own is ready to be given away I feel employees in this field should be trained to be empathetic. When my brother purchased the storage when it was up for auction they snatched it from him and said it wasn’t allowed.

The employee that works at that location seriously needs some customer service training. She is rude, never talked to me, but at me. When I asked her a simple question. she responded with WE WILL GET THERE!!!. Everything that she said while speaking at me was short, and curt. She never told us where to park the truck upon our return. So when we brought the truck back a few hours later she snapped at us and pointed at the return area and said, CAN YOU PARK THE TRUCK RIGHT HERE, THIS IS THE RETURN AREA. Mind you she never told us that. So my disabled husband walked all the way across the parking lot to the place that we picked up the truck, and returned it to the same spot, because she bever told us about the return area. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO UHAUL. I will rent two men and a truck before I some back Uhaul!!!

We were in the process of being removed from our home with nowhere to stay. These people at this location didn't care of our situation. They banned us from ever using their location again because we renewed our reservation online instead of returning in 24 hrs. The lady at the front desk is mean and rude and nasty. They locked us out our storage unit without notice, and wouldn't give access until the van was returned even though both were paid up to date.

My Storage needs were met but however on multiple occasions where I paid my bill because I was working out of town, came back to my storage unit where the lock have been still on my storage unit. Multiple times where late fees were charged to my account for late payments when if I was wanting to get into my storage I couldn’t because of the lock that should have been removed days prior!!

The ac didn’t work and it’s summer time. The window hand roller was missing on the passenger side. I didn’t notice it until I had left. Then when I brought it back the man is going to ask me what happened to it once I reported it. If I knew maybe they could fix it. I don’t like being accused of something I had no control over. I am not satisfied with my rental. I need another Uhaul this coming weekend and not even sure I want to use this location. Plus when I got there to check it out the guy at the front desk didn’t walk me through everything to show me the truck. He just gave me the keys and I had to look at everything.

They try to charge you a gas fee even though you put gas when you turn it in after just filling it past the line from when you initially rented it. Watch out!!!

The storage I had no problem. The gaining access to the unit is misrepresented in the online move-in. I was given an access code to enter. This location issues coded wireless keys. I believed to be best. Everyone having to use one keypad will Breakdown and inconvenience all.

Under the old management, I will say that the storage facility and the customer service were excellent. under the new management, too many times the gate didn't work, and the workers or management didn't care if you get stuck inside or out. I have to give the new management an ok. I believe they are trying, but maybe some customer care classes are in order. Uhaul, a big name to live up to. New management needs lots of help.

My belongings were stolen from my unit! I kept getting phone calls and emails about my unit having a new lock and key and that I could come get the new key and go through my storage. Only to arrive to get my belongings from the storage and the unit was cleared out!! Not only were my belongings gone I had two separate units they tell me I can not see my other unit because they have already placed another customer with that unit.. but there were no auctions held so they just let someone come in and take my belongings and then gave the unit to a new customer!! Talked to the GM who verified there were no auctions nothing had been sold but all my stuff is missing and they have no idea why!! Asked them to review the cameras and they gave poor excuse of not knowing when to look to see when my stuff was stolen!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION my belongings were only in there a year and now everything is gone and they have NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY OR WHO TOOK MY STUFF!!

The only issue I had with my unit was close to fence by hotel. The Van's and Boxes truck was inconvenience for the sizes unit being paid. But the staff had to relocate the vehicles so I unload and load thank you.

I kept having problems with the lock they gave me. Everytime i would get to the unit i had to go in the office and tell them i could not get the lock to unlock, one time when i went to the office, the man working said "its your lock ,your problem, i found that to be very unproffessional and not customer friendly. I requested a new lock and it worked fine , so it ended up being a faulty lock. This matter could have been handled differently.

The lady who I dealt with when I got the unit yesterday was very nice and acomidating. However when we went back that afternoon to take a load over, our lick the lady would not open, the key would not turn in the lock, I went to the office and told the man , and his comment was" it's your lick it's your problem" I can't believe I paid $174 for a unit and can't get in it, because the lock U-Haul gave us does not work. Someone needs to fix this problem and deal with this employee who was so rude to us.

I drove from Cincinnati, Ohio, at 9:47AM, to facility. I arrived at 7:28PM. THERE WAS A NEW UNIT DOOR, A NEW LOCK-AND, I GOT NOT ONE NOTIFICATION. It was 8:58PM before I got the new, RIGHT unit key.

The lock on my storage shed was the wrong lock and it took the staff almost 3 months to replace it. When they did, it was still the wrong lock.
