Sorry to see your assistant manager leave. You all require too many weekends, not enough staff, and too much work from your employees to keep adequate staff. Hiring costs money, and having employees leave will certainly, too!. You'll learn one day.

My only complaint was that we were supposed to have moving blankets in the truck and there weren’t any. We managed and nothing got broke. Just wanted to point that out.

Cargo hold was dirty. Otherwise, van was OK. Return process (after hours) is terrible- the large scale equivalent of self checkout at a store. Forced app download and take a bunch of pics and answer a ton of questions and do all the work or pay a fee? Not client focused. At all.

Hi, while they were very friendly everyone smelled heavily of smoke and when we left my car smells like smoke too. I’m very frustrated because not only am I sensitive to the smell but I have little Kids riding in this car. Please do better at treating other peoples vehicles with respect.

The only improvement I could suggest would be an on-site resolution to a final bill for items such as wrong mileage usage estimate vs. actual mileage driven. But other than that, this location scored 100% with me on my last two moves. Clean truck that was mechanically perfect, personable and knowledgeable personnel, smooth reservation process, etc., and easy checkout and return.

My passcode did not work, every time i used it, it said "hello loretta".... im not a loretta, so i set my unit alarm off every single time i needed into my unit, it happened the first day i signed for my unit and the girl said it would update, but it did not. So heads up for the next person :)

he truck ran perfectly fine. The driver’s seats was crushed down on the door side, felt like I was sliding into the door the whole trip. The sun visor was broken and kept sagging down into my head repeatedly.

Well the ladies that were there when we went to pick it up were late and rude that was Dakota and Stephanie. The truck was not warmed up and the door was frozen shut. When we returned the truck Michelle was very nice and informative since I am newer to the area I appreciate that. I think the ladies in the morning need to be retrained for customer service.

This uhaul storage facility provided me with the best quality service I've ever experienced at a storage facility. Everything is state of art and clean. There are 3 floors and elevators and really clean restrooms. They even have a 3 truck garage you can use to stay out of bad weather. I would highly recommend them to others looking for the best facility out there.

Staff was friendly but not helpful. I rented 3311 for about 2 months. In the very beginning the alarm went off after properly logging in. I went to the staff and told them and they walked with me through the whole process of logging in and opening unit and alarm still went off. They said they would put a work order in to rectify the situation. The alarm continued to go off EVERY time I opened my unit. It was embarrassing and awkward to deal with which is why my rate is below average. Other than that situation I thought the facilities were up to par.

The installation tech did a fantastic job! Install was clean and looks like the hitch came on my vehicle directly from the factory. He was really nice and took the time to ensure I had the proper components for my towing needs. First rate professional custom-service oriented staff. Highly recommended. A+

I had done my move in online and I had some issues with the door so I went up to the front desk for help with no issues from the young lady to assist me. We went to the unit I was given online and it wasn't cleared out from the previous tenant but she quickly found me a new room and got my paperwork and lock for me. Started off on a rough note, but ended very positively. The facility is very clean and accessible and the employees are very friendly and fast.

The sliding doors to get into the building were either stuck wide open, would open if you approached them, or required me to swipe my card. It would be nice if the building was more secure and always required you to swipe your card.

Michelle at the Milford UHaul and storage is an absolute angel. She was so kind and helpful when helping us drop of our truck from a 3rd party uhaul that told us we could drop it off anywhere then turn around and tried to charge us an additional 300 for their mistake. Regardless she made the situation better and helped us take care of it. The entire staff here is awesome but Michelle is incredible

The alarm kept going off while we were there but it seemed to be an outside issue. Had problems with the automatic garage door in one of the loading bays and while we were trying to get our van out of the bay when the auto door wouldn’t work, had a female officer from Milford PD show up and question us and took down my name and birthdate. But she was nice and it wasn’t a problem. Made the facility actually feel more secure.

A light inside the storage unit would be helpful. We closed our storage early and was not reimbursed for the overpayment. We paid for an entire month and only used 3 days. We thought we would be prorated and reimbursed for the overpayment, but was told, no. Not happy about that, considering all the business I have done with U-Haul, especially in the last two years.

This facility goes beyond great. Staff is very helpful and everything is organized. I love that you can pull up to loading/unloading docks which makes it easy. And the bays to pull into in case of rain. Carts are nice to help with moving to your unit. I would definitely recommend Uhaul Storage.

Only thing I would recommend is making the storage accessible 24/7 because I had to rush to get my stuff loaded in the unit before 10pm only thing I did not like is having to rush towards the end but otherwise love the whole experience with U-Haul and staff

We visited several storage units as we moved from FL to OH. The were awful and you could never speak with anyone-no one is on site or returns phone calls even if they were 5 star yelp reviews. The on-site at the U-haul in Milford service was excellent and the facility is extremely well cared for and clean. Moving is stressful and they answered all of my questions and could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility. It is more than 5 stars.

I had a misunderstanding here. I admitted I was in the wrong but the manager refused to any discussion. Stephanie was rude from the start. I suspect she would have raised her voice and continued to ‘shut it down’ had I not just agreed to pay a full month rent for 48 hours use. There was a reasonable argument to what occurred. Her employee did lead me to believe it was a monthly rental by calendar month not a rental from 28th to 28th of every month. Ask clearly before you rent from this location. It will cost you in the end and is different from most rentals of storage, home, car, and more. I suspect, just guessing, that it is intentionally designed this way to result in more income for the Corporate U-haul storage rental companies. Back to this manager she is firm and focused on her internal processes over having listening or managerial skill with customers. Based on my arrival and my facts presented to her she could have either offered a fair compromise or at least communicated with me in a professional manner that I would have to re-read my contract. Most managers listen and apologize for a misunderstanding even when the customer is dead wrong. She shut it down so rudely with me just asking her IF there was a possible resolution. Her quote…”Nope, 30 days IS 30 days!” She made it confrontational from the start. You’ve been warned if you have a situation that needs resolving at this location. Technically a manager is there for matters JUST LIKE this one. Highly recommend you take photos of any rental equipment BEFORE you leave because this person has but one focus. and that is to be right and run her show, at your expense. I DID reach out to the Corporate U-haul offices to be heard but they have yet to reply back to me. Signed, Disappointed in their Customer Service

Absolutely worse rental place for anyone. Stephanie, the manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met, does not care about her staff or customers at all. Storage is overlooked and not maintained well as they are more worried about rentals and just standing around / smoking in the facility. Upper management is rude and doesn’t care about anything but money. Do not rent here.

I have done business with about 8 different storage facilities in various parts of the country throughout my life, and about a dozen different U-haul rental dealers, and this one is by far the best in both categories. It's amazingly clean and well-maintained, well-lit, easy to get stuff in and out of, with an easy-access loading deck outside, has plenty of pushcarts available for customer use, and has excellent security systems. Even has a very clean restroom for customer use. The building itself was really well-designed for its purpose, which is good, because it's hard to overcome a poor design with pretty much anything you do in life. This location is exceptionally well-managed and everyone I met who worked there was friendly and genuinely helpful. And they didn't play any games with unexpected fees or requirements. This isn't just a great storage facility, it's an example of how to run a customer-service business, generally. I don't know if this is a U-haul corporate facility or an independent dealer / franchisee, but regardless, U-haul Corporate should use this location as a model to show other dealers and managers how to build out and run a great business.

Brought two carts of items with me. Wheeled the first one inside and left it inside the door. Went back outside for the second and in the meantime, it turned 10pm and the doors locked me out. I was unable to retrieve my things sitting on the cart just inside the door and I was unable to unlock the door. I had to rent a hotel room overnight because I felt very uncomfortable leaving my things there sitting out in the open. And then I had to be back at the facility before it opened at 5am so that nobody stole my stuff. Called U-Haul number and they said the only person who could help was the manager and she didn’t answer her calls or text and her mailbox was full. Not a great experience.

They lady who waited on me was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Long dark hair, slim, she looked native American maybe? So wonderful! The manager was sitting next to her when I thanked the lady for being so helpful, the manager never looked up or acknowledged me or her associate. That's sad. I hope with this review the lady gets acknowledged for great service!

Milford pkwy on chamber drive was excellently managed by attendant on duty ,Sunday July 10th. Joshua , I believe ,he first apologized for my brief wait , checked me in kindly and professionally . Explained instructions clearly , directed me and my husband to the storage unit and even followed up with information and help with my retuned uhaul van from a diffrent location. Excellent customer service! Thank you to your uhaul representative,Joshua , with our needs that day ,and future service.

I will never use U-Haul for anything again the store manager made it to where I would lose my things and never let me in to my unit.. toke the truck off the property I had it on when it was the property that was on the paperwork. Yes I had it for a week longer then I said because I was in jail and then the hospital with cancer payed a$840.00 and still would not let me iny things and I was told that I had to prove that was all I owed when that what 2as on the bill I showed her so I ended up loseing all my things. Milford Ohio U-Haul don't not ever use them

A storage was gotten in my name without my knowledge. How can that be done? A contract that I’m required to pay and I didn’t get it. I will get one but on my time and my money. I will sign for mine nobody has the right to do that behind my back.

From the moment I’ve signed up for this facility, the staff has been nothing short of amazing!! They get soooooo busy but they are very attentive to each one’s needs!
