The staff have always been phenomenal! I sincerely appreciate the commitment U-Haul has to keeping prices low and competitive. It is also awesome that in the two years I needed a space, U-Haul only increased the rent once and it was still affordable - kudos for not "sticking it to folks" at a time when obviously, they don't need any additional challenges. The only complaint is that sometimes, there is an onslaught of customers and due to the nature of the business, the wait time can get a little long. THANK YOU!

I visited this location to remove a trailer so we could go unload the truck. Sam was very friendly and helpful removing the trailer from the truck. I recommend dealing with Sam! I waited in line for over an hour to finalize the check in process. It was a Saturday afternoon, there were 2 people ahead of me. There were 2 employees working behind the counter and one is telling everyone at 3:00pm that he gets off at 4:00 and the other employee better be ready when he leaves. About 4:00p, the same employee asks how he can help me. I told him I need to check in the trailer I returned, Sam initiated the return but I needed to finish the process. The employee pushed his chair away from his desk saying "I'm done, I'm not gonna do this, this is crazy man...and continued carrying on through the store, entered the restroom and everyone could still hear him "going off". He came out of the restroom a few minutes later and walked over towards the people in line and myself. I asked him, are you upset with me? Was all of that for me? He proceeds to say no, it's because Sam started the process and didn't finish it. Whatever the issue was, there is a line of people waiting and all I wanted to do is check in the trailer.

I love the way the man that rented my the equipment handles the business, but the return was not good. The man told me to drop the motorcycle trailer and he will Check it in, I called in the next day an it wasn’t check in and that’s bad business. If I didn’t check on the return it would have changed me the full amount and that location supposed to call me back and never did when I called about why my equipment wasn’t check in when I brought it back, I will never rent or send someone there again

The different managers that I dealt with at this particular facility was just great and helpful even the afternoon crew. The office itself was nice and clean. I failed into a financial issue and was unable retrieve my items. I was more than happy to find out that a program was put in place for people like me. so I was able to get everything out without any charge. My only issue was that once entering the unit I found a dead rat and several droppings on my bags and boxes . My items was torn from the rats. That was not a pleasant sight to see. I spoke to the person that was in charge at the time and they assure me that it they was working on the issue. Once that is taking care of. it will be a great place to store your precious items.

Tiara was great. She made the experience wonderful but her coworker, I believe his name is Damien, was the complete opposite being an asshole with an attitude. That guy needs to learn how to speak to his customers. He was being rude to all of the customers.

Well when I spoke with them I told them that by the time they closed I wasn’t going to make it so I asked could my mother come up there and get my storage information for me she told me yes then when I sent her up there they told her no So I then got on the phone with the representative and explain to her the situation and she let my mother get my storage information and everything was clear.

The manager just wants to talk over you and argue instead of take accountability and fix their mistakes. I reserved a week in advance a trailer and a small unit so there would be no problems moving out of state. They finally got me on my way with the trailer after an hour and a half, and then when I’m fully loaded ready to unload in the unit, it’s not even vacant it’s already taken but a customer. They move me to another unit and tell me they won’t charge me extra because it’s their mistake and will note it in the system. Cool. I unload my stuff and leave 20 hours away for work, and my card is charged on autopay for more than double what I’m supposed to be charged. I make a call and they basically give me the run around and say they will make a note and handle it with the manager and contact me back. Never did. I call back and try to explain to the manager the situation and they just want to argue and talk over you, not professional at all. Instead of handling their mistake they just file for “abandonment” to close my account. Don’t use this location. Manager gives off unhappy, mad at the world baby mama energy. If you want peace of mind and want to avoid problems, find storage somewhere else

When I wanted to check out of the storage I need it one day extra and U-Haul told me I had to pay for a whole month I think that was very unacceptable and extreme just for one extra day so for that I would one anyone that I recommend you how to to check out the day before your next month is due because that is extremely ridiculous to pay more than $200 for one day When U-Haul will rent that unit the next day you move out

I received an email regarding a late fee for my monthly storage I was advised that I would be billed monthly automatically when I initially rented the unit. when I went into the store I had to pay an additional $15 late fee. I was not offered a one-time waiver for the late fee when the mistake was not on me. I was very disappointed. I may call customer service tomorrow to speak of this.

Infested with roaches, rats & there were holes in my unit which lead to ALL of my possessions being covered with mold!( I had no idea of the infestation until after move out!) I rented my unit for over 6 months, which I had no need to frequently visit, under the impression that my possessions would be safe. Would NEVER recommend this location!

The location was unpaved, which was gross! Since it was raining when my things were loaded, everything got splashed with mud! It was understaffed and the staff that was available did not know how to unhitch my car; my friend had to unhitch my car. If there is any other option for you, save yourself a headache and take the other option!
