The staff were very funny and kinda of helped as much as they could. My storage unit was not well at all it so happened that 2week while my belongings were in there it happened tostormed like crazy . All of my boxes and clothing got soaked. The manger helped me with a tarp so I could cover my flat screen. And also offered me a bigger unit to move my stuff. But I couldn’t move it all myself unfortunately. But they definitely need to run some sealer on those units. Other than that, loved the staff they were very nice.

Veya SI reserved a van and 2 dollies weeks ago but when I arrived there were no rental dollies. I was given the option to buy the two dollies I intended to rent or do without. I felt scammed into spending an extra $80 as I could not have moved without them. In the future you should either include a disclaimer indicating dolly reservations are not guaranteed or actually verify inventory at the time of reservation and make sure to have the equipment available at pick up.

Miguel HIt was raining, There was a leak on the top right of the haul and it soiled a mattress. The mattress was wet with out leaving the uhaul.

billy MThe location was fine, not any different than other U-Haul locations, but the mobile check in process was not good. It would not move to the final screen, so I had to go in and finally was able to get the text to push to my phone. The equipment is well past its prime. The passenger side rear tire on the outside desperately needs to be replaced. It sounds like the door or windows are constant open when you’re driving down the road. And the truck shakes wildly going down the freeway. Was it worth the value? It did what we needed it to do, but I would have paid $10-$20 more for something I didn’t feel was going to shake apart going down the road.

Jimmy SVery very upset that the truck I rented was empty (empty warning light was on). Fortunately I noticed it after we loaded the truck, but before getting on the highway. Had I not, I would have run out of gas. Put some gas in your trucks before you rent them out, or at least let the customer know.
Raymond Athe “service” was so bad. i filled out all the info on line the night before with my credit card and added the driver who would be picking it up. nowhere in that process did it say anything g clearly about the pickup process and me having to be there etc. when my foreman got there with the reservation info I had been sent showing payment etc the man there was extremely rude and impatient. John put him on the line with me and the man lectured me very rudely. i tried to explain that I thought I had followed the directions correctly and what did he need from me. he said nothing just inderstand in the future this is how you need to do it. john told him to give him back his phone and said dont worry Hana I’ll take care of this. I believe he was told to go home. very very bad. in addition, I was charged $190 for 4.5 hrs and 165 miles.

Omar AVery little information given on what to expect with the self check out. Staff not helpful other than offering me somewhere to sit down. Vehicle dirty and smelled bad. Didn't have an appliance dolly and was just basically told it's not guaranteed. They told me that's "standard practices" like I should know that. I wasn't able to complete my move since I didn't have the dolly and had to hire a moving company anyways, so basically this rental was a waste of time.

James EWe had a really bad day and needed a U-haul rental. Went to a closer location and waited for almost a half hour to find out they didn't have equipment available. Was able to call this location, which I have done business with before, and they immediately told me equipment was available, made the reservation, and said they would be ready when we arrived. We then drove almost 40 miles to this location because the equipment was there and would need to be returned to the same place which would be closer to our final destination. Upon arrival, they were very busy. One of the employees, Jerome, went above his duties I feel. He was multi-tasking between two different terminals, helping two different lines of people, and acknowledging those coming in and out by greeting and letting them know he would be with them ASAP all while making small talk just making the time go by and not feel frustrated by the wait with everyone in the small area. Because we were ill-prepared for our rental due to the circumstances of being there, again Jerome took the time to make sure we got everything needed to make sure it was a safe and secure rental. I recommend this location and appreciate them very much. They have decent equipment and never had a problem getting what I need even on short notice as in this case. Appreciate employees like Jerome who did more than just what was expected of him.

Nick FMy trip was delayed by 4hrs because 2hrs into my trip the trailer tire blew out due to being bald. It took the roadside crew 3 1/2hrs to show up. They didn’t speak any English so it was difficult to ask them to check the remaining trailer tire. I wasn’t even offered any sort of discount due to the inconvenience. Nor have I received my $60 deposit back. No. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE.
BRANDON PThis is prob my 4th or 5th time using this location, including a hitch install. Jeremy and the team there are always so excellent. They have made things work for me that I didn't plan for and he is always a smiling face and a no problem kinda attitude. always just looks happy to be there and puts my mind at ease when I see the team here. Moving anything is always stressful, but it makes it a lot easier when you have a reliable transportation option. Thanks to the team here at Berry. Only feedback I could give is for corp don't he app.... Just be sure that your inventory listed online is what is at the actual store..
Danyelle SFire Manuel M. I-35 location He horribly handled my transaction he trash talked your employees saying those people sit behind a desk and dont know shit or what we have at this location. Because employee that helped me on the phone told me there was a certain truck reserved for me but when I got there they didn't have it. He was pretty rude made fun of my last name. Said my 79 truck was old as shit I felt offended because I was born in 79 and he was looking at my license when he said it. But where it got worse he said you people think you can just come in the store and point your finger at a certain truck and trailer and expect them to make happen 1st off I called and reserved a certain truck and trailer so I sure did expect it what's the point of reserve at that location if they don't have it. Also when I pulled up to return the truck trailer I settled for just to get done away from him He tells me park the trailer back where was take it off the trailer myself and pull truck back to drop off then ignored me when trying to give him the keys so I told him I was gonna leave keys on desk. But most importantly I do not work for U haul I should not have to re park and drop trailer or some have dude bark orders at me. Even more importantly to U HAUL its not safe to have a customer that probably has very little experience parking or unhooking trailers easy way to get a law suit. Last but not least I have always came to U haul for my rentals after that experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

derrick mThe employees were very unmotivated to help. They sat in their chairs and basically made me do everything for the trailer rental. Upon returning the trailer they once again made me do everything, in comparison to the Alta mere location that unhooked the trailer, put it in its parking spot and checked me in all while I was sitting in my truck. This location “forgot” to check my trailer in on the day I returned and scanned it in the next day effectively charging me double. I’m still working with corporate to get the refund for the second day despite dropping the trailer off on the same day of pickup and use.

ROBERT HI think pre checking the equipment before customer comes to pick up would have helped me,since the trailer lights did not work on first trailer. The tech thought my truck wiring was wrong. I told him it worked the last time I rented here, he pulled the tape back on the trailer wiring to find out the wires were broke into. Bad trailer wiring not my truck wiring.

Insurance company was fine but the flooding was very preventable if I could’ve been told that there was a leak (staff was very aware there was leaking) and I lost over $2000 worth of items due to the flooding. Was told I would have to move my stuff out. Nobody offered to help me get a different unit or waive rent so I was charged for 2 months of rent while my unit was gathering mold with no instructions. Terrible.

But the indoor facilities and store were very clean and presentable. I wish access was possible after the business day but that seems common at a lot of facilities.

gustavo f | First ImpressionsI have had a storage unit at this facility for over 9 years I have tried to get my door fix for over 1 year the Mrg has been laying to me for 1 year was very rude and he even told cropetale office he had informed me of what I need to do which he didn’t do I made a appointment to get my door fix and the person that was supposed to be there never show up so after I had waited for 3 hours I decided it was time I move to a storage company that value me and my business and I will NEVER recommend this company for storage in the future and one last thing and the 9 years I was Never late on my rental payment
