Ronda P | Online Move InThe gas gauge was broken and unreliable. The truck had issues gaining power leaving a complete stop. I had a flat tire hours after I picked up the equipment. It was just a total bad experience. I'll be sure to report this to Google and all other social media site that I frequent.

Tried to call store, but there was ZERO phone number for the location anywhere. When I got back, I had spent $100 in gas for a day. All they could say was “”Woopsie.”

They arrived empty, except for the furniture pads that were not needed, and left empty. 3 were used for 2 full rooms and another could fit on the driveway if needed. Staff worked with my schedule for delivery and pick up. Thank you.

David WMr. Derrick Coleman was Excellent. However My Poor Experience had Nothing to do with him, because he went above and beyond. He contacted his General Manager At Home to try and resolve an issue, and even stayed beyond his quitting time of 7pm to make sure that the matter was successfully resolved! I hope this guy Derrick Coleman gets a well-deserved raise and/or promotion in the near future. Backstory: I received a text offering one month free storage rental at only 3 three participating locations. (None of which were my scheduled drop-off location, which Absolutely MAKES NO SENSE) So, I choose the ‘closest’ one (which was 1/2 an hour away, as opposed to the 5 mn drive to scheduled drop-off location. I arrive there, with the intention of renting a small unit, I am assigned one, but when I prepare to pay, I am told that there is a 600.00 ‘balance’ for ‘Storage/Rental’ that will be taken if I swip my credit card. I explained that I already paid for the Truck and hitch at pick up and there should ABSOLUTELY be NO additional charges especially to the tune of 600.00! Agent/Manager asked if I had a Previous Rental. No! First time (lLAST) Customer. Was Someone using My info at the same time for a Storage Rental as I? (Highly Unlikely!) I called your Toll Free Number(Marietta). and explained the situation almost in tears at this point. She got on the phone with Derrick Coleman, reset something and offered up the explanation that someone with a name ‘Similar’ to mine actually owned those charges ( after asking me if I ever lived on some Texas Street!) I’m not from Texas, and Never Lived in Texas! I feel as though if you can’t keep your customers’ info straight, then don’t make a blatant extortion attempt on other customers! And don’t mislead potential customers with misleading advertising about free rentals at ‘participating stores’ This entire experience has truly been Extremely Disappointing to me and my family. If it wasn’t for Mr. Derrick Coleman, I would have Totally Lost Consciousness! I Will Not Be A Future Customer!!!!

Jeffrey WI have had so much trouble with these it is ridiculous. I ordered two boxes. They didn’t merge the two together so i was charged full price on both. The second one that was delivered was placed slanted on my driveway so i was not able to close and lock it correctly. Had to get a chain and use pliers to squeeze it to be able to fit through the hole. They said they would pick it up at 10am. Didn’t pick it up til 5! Then my boxes were shipped to two different places. Had to go unload one on one day and then dealt with more drama getting the second one taken to the correct spot. Now i got an email that i was just charged for storage of a box in Texas. I don’t have any boxes in Texas.

PHYLLIS D | Overall ExperienceI smelled an odor of alcohol on the rep throughout my encounter with him. As soon as we left the store and drove on the freeway, the trailer we rented, which was attached to my truck by the same rep, fell off the hitch and damaged our truck and luckily no one was hurt. When I observed what happened, the trailer was never locked on the ball. One of the chains came off the truck as well since it wasn't secured properly to the truck. The only reason the other chain remained attached to the truck was because I had locked it with a lock. Overall experience was below average and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

LUIS DThis location taught me a swell lesson for sure. Even a reputable company can’t be trusted. I was charged $160 to go down the street to a storage, which was absurd, compared to $120 I spent coming all the way from Louisiana. Hell of a difference there. I know now to check out and take pictures of everything, because I’d most certainly hate to be overcharged again for trumped up bullshit.
