Ebony BTotally disappointed, over charged, lied to in my face. The tech outside was very good and very helpful, but customer service agent was terrible. She made me wait for 3 hours while she helped other customers and talked to her GM. Not to mention I texted the GM and got a response the next night in which he apologized for responding so late, and said he would call me the next day, and I still have not heard from him since.... Terrible customer service from the head down...Very, very disappointing.

Ralph HI had a major gas leak that could have been deadly and this lead to a delay with moving and I'm yet to hear from the manager, 1 week later.
Guylaine DPut the accurate amount of gas when checking the vehicles, especially when the trucks are given to the customer passed empty and they put gas in the vehicle and still get told they returned it on empty and they took pictures to prove it was returned with gas that wasn't originally in it.

I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. They were not trying to resolve the issue. I have this unit, take it or leave it.
