They’re very helpful and the storage facilities are well maintained. Only once was it a little difficult to find someone that worked there for help but with good reason as they were working on the facility.

I am receiving past-due notices and notice of lien after cancelling 2 units on the 28th of Dec. A confirmation email was sent on the 28th that the staff will process the move-out. All email responses have been ignored.

The lot office was moved to a new location and they made it very easy. I don’t remember the name but the GM was very nice and explained all my options. This facility was always clean and very well maintained.

My complaint is regarding no communication from Uhaul after I removed my stuff from my storage unit and called to say I wanted to terminate my rental. I also wanted to let them know that I left my card key in the key drop box by the office. We moved out Friday March 24 and I wanted to be assured that I would not be charged after that date since my due date is March 27 or 28. I have received no notification that any of this has been received and that my rental is terminated. I also wanted to let them know that the roll up door to the unit is damaged. There is a bent bottom corner that allowed rats in and the door on that side is out of the track and hard to pull up and down. That damage was there from before I rented the unit. All I want is some communication from Uhaul and the assurance that my rental is terminated and that the card key was found and that I will not be billed after Friday March 24.

Recommend they bring straps for anything they want to tie down. A friend lent us straps & they are very helpful. The owner lent us two packing blankets which was above & beyond his duty! He was very friendly & helpful.

Locker door size is an inconvenience along with the 1.5 inch concrete lip on the door entry is cumbersome. Other than those two issues all is good.

The manager out at this location was extremely skeptical. I rent U-Haul atleast once every month. Inspite of me uploading DL online during reservation and providing Credit card info during online reservation, he took my phot via phone, again took my DL photo, asked me swipe credit card and asked a bunch of questions. He even called my wife to verify my identity. Even while retuning the truck, he literally took a stick and checked each tires by hitting the stick against the tires. I never experienced such things at any other U-Haul location. I would never visit this location again in my life. I am a working professional with 15+ years of experience and this was a disgusting experience.

I rented over the phone, as I was not in Phoenix at the time. Mr Adams, I believe, the manager, was very friendly, and offered to receive a shipment in my absence and to store it himself. I am very grateful for his willingness and professionalism.

Make the check in process faster and easier. I waited 32 minutes for my keys, and that was not time added to my rental, instead it was time taken away which added stress to the moving process.

The prices are great and it was fast and easy. The only big down side there is one exit which is very narrow and each side has units so if someone is unloading there is no way to pass them, you basically have to wait for them to finish to exit.

On our most recent rental I had locked the door with the key inside. I called the 800 number and the woman I spoke with was exceptionally helpful, polite and kind. She arranged having a locksmith come out to open the door. He came out very quickly (I think less than 30 minutes} and very soon had the door open. Very impressed and grateful for the excellent service experience. Will certainly be renting more Uhaul vehicles throughout the year. Also, there was no charge for the lockout and I hadn't expected that. Again, very grateful. Thank you!

Unit 250 has 5 side doors that allow an extraordinary amount of dust and sand to blow in. Everything I own is filthy. You should seal those doors off!

When a truck is brought back with more gas than when they took it, it should count for something. Also the truck should be better maintained and serviced truck felt unsafe compared to other trucks I've driven.

Best U Haul location we have ever been too! Had a terrible experience with another location so now we drive an additional 30-40 min to Phoenix (from East Mesa) JUST for the incredible service we get here! They are so nice and really helpful!! Dont go ANYWHERE else!

No lighting in the storage unit and the people where very curt, really didn't enjoy paying that much and got no friendly service but Landon was helpful..

The store manager did a great job with our reservation. We used a gift certificate and even though he was not sure how to process the payment using the certificate, he called UHaul tech support and figured out how to do it in a timely manner.

When hurricane Laura hit Louisiana I couldn't find a storage or a UHAUL Truck, so most of the arrangements was done in Phoenix, so all I had to do was show up. I can't thank Landon enough with his kind deeds, and renting was more than business, he made it personal and I recommend UHAUL on 40th street any time!

Other than someone breaking a key off in my storage lock, my experience was very good and I'd like to give Landon a special shout out because he was always polite and courteous to me. The rental agent was intelligent, skilled, and very pleasant to interact with. He also knew how to spell my name correctly! It is a very positive experience to feel that my name is not viewed as such an oddity that I have to always spell it out. It isn't such an odd name (Coppola.... you know, like the Director!). I can't believe the number of times I have said that and had someone look at me and say, "WHO???"

I was running back and forth between two locations, trying to manage a moving company while transporting a few items myself in a U-Haul which was incredibly exhausting and frustrating. As a result, I was late for my pickup in the morning and ended up needing to return the truck a few hours late. Landon could not have been more understanding or helpful. I was charged twice for a total of $187.92 ($108.36 & $79.56) for a bill that’s $37.92. The manager said he never seen that happen & I am currently on the phone w/ customer trying to get the situation resolved. If you need to move things from 1 shop to another home depot rents trucks at the same price w/out the headache.

Best UHaul renting experience I have encountered. Landon Moncada went above and beyond to take care of my return when he had no room in his facility. He offered to personally move the truck and trailer to another facility when the regional office accidentally assigned my return to his location. In addition, Landon offered a refund on the trailer rental to make up for previous UHaul errors during my move. Thank you!

The staff were alright the storage unit I had leaked on my 50.000 dollar bronco I complained was told it would be fixed it never was and when I first rented the unit I told the it was to hi priced they explained it was because my rate would never change. The rest of the storage company's were cheaper but would raise my rate after a month but Uhaul did not use that filmic. But three months later you raised my already over priced rate even more. No I would not recommend any one no way.

The management that was there in the beginning was terrible I lived out of town and they were rude and gave me a unit they knew had a broken door. It was the only big one available my shop equipment got broken due to the door falling on it and the manager at the time didn’t even help me get my claim resolved I’ve been paying for over a year for stuff I can’t use and had to replace my equipment and still have not been paid through the insurance! The new manager Landon is much better and is very helpful!! I wish he was there all along but glad he’s there now!!

Landon was super friendly and helpful however he said there was going to be a $100 deposit for paying with cash so when our total came out to 185 I believe we asked does that include our deposit and he said yes so when we turned the uhaul in we were thinking we was getting 100 back but only got 24 back so just a miscommunication but overall friendly and helpful

Only one way out and there is only room for 1 vehicle at a time and if you get stuck behind someone in their storage unit in the exit row then you're stuck until that person is done. I waited there for approximately 30 minutes one day just to leave because someone was organizing their unit.
