William S | Overall ExperienceI've rented from this location when we bought our house 1997. I think you moved down the road since then, memory fading. LOL The man who checked me in was well mannered dealing with the public & his helper went over the truck. Done in 15 minutes I think, but I wasn't timing them. Even directed towards the inside where seats were as I was waiting for my wife to arrive. I stayed outside because she was on her way. He remained talkative passing the time until she pulled in. Greatly appreciated. 5 stars for these 2 employees.

Thomas RExcellent service, and fast install. Completed in about a half-hour, while I waited (I did not get wiring, just the hitch and install). Polite, great service, nice people! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Making an appointment on-line was easy. I had to change my initial appointment install date, and that was easily done by calling my local U-Haul. Price for the hitch and install was the best I found, locally, and for $5, a lifetime guarantee, even if destroyed in an accident. I had a few questions, all answered expertly. Received appointment reminder notifications, first when i made the appointment, an update when I changed it, and on the day of the install. This was my 2nd hitch installation at this facility, the last hitch lasted 10 years on another car, the life of that car (sold that hitch with the car).
Thomas SI recently had a issue with a rental item, Mr. David Macieski, the General Manager was available to hear my concerns. He promptly addressed the issue and recognized my viewpoint. Mr. Macieski went above and beyond and made a corrective action that surpassed my expectations. I am pleased to say, I will certainly do more business with Dave and his team at U-HAUL.

I received a phone call 15 minutes before I arrived (I was in transit), that i had to go to another Moving Center to secure a car trailer. The CSR on the phone was phenomenal..she apologized for the inconvenience, set up two possible locations to secure, and set forth the “reservation credit” due to me. Check in and hook up was quick, equipment was in good working order, and return was super quick

Gary SI added an extra lock on my door somebody took it off. They got into my storage area but the U-Haul lock was still on there and my stereo is missing and I haven’t had time to report it and I went to them the supervisor there and told him about it and he act like oh it didn’t happen. I know he had a negative attitude about it and I was I was so upset that I moved out the very next week.
