There was no gas in the van I picked up. I had to go straight to the gas station to prevent from running out of gas. The left blinker was also not working.

VALERIE BAlign the online reservation system with the selected location. I had to re-reserve equipment all over again in store after completing the online reservation. Also, the manager or supervisor of this location is very unprofessional and her example seems to serve as the standard for the rest of the staff.

Wilbur MJust communicate a little better with the customer as far as what to upload to the link when renting a U-haul before the customer drives off the lot with the U-haul truck. This would alleviate a lot of confusion for customers returning the vehicle.
Carmen AMy only issue is that when it started raining, the windshield wipers on the truck did not work. One literally started coming apart so I had to turn them off. Needless to say, I could not see the road. It was a very dangerous situation.

anita bAlthough the truck was clean, there was a leak coming from the roof. And I also think that something was off with the meter on the gas level. And in my opinion if a truck is given to the customer with under a 1/4 of a tank and they return it with more than how they received it, they should be credited more than $21.
tyra wThey were very busy with returns on Sunday and the staff was very attentive as we returned our truck processing the return in an acceptable amount of time. I appreciated how they prioritized those picking up over those returning even though I had to wait a little longer.

Chel HI will say that I really like working with the Brother and Sister at the UHaul on Livernois because they really listen to the client, they show compassion and have a good work ethic. My suggestion would be to have workers who show compassion like the Sister and Brother. On my check out of the first uhaul the console to hold drinks was dirty like something greasy spilled, and the outside of the truck was dirty. Immediately the Brother switched out my truck and went to investigate the truck. The second truck was better. When I returned the truck I even brought pictures of a UHaul and Trailer that's been on my block for over a week because I know prices has gone up due to theft. And the sister was very concerned and took the license plate down. The bald head guy was nonchalant and wasn't as passionate as she was. I used the UHaul for my business hauling items for the Black Doll Museum, the Detroit Doll Show or Pillow Paint Parties so having the trucks clean inside and out is important to me.

Harold ZI use the Uhaul Livernois & 7 Mile location often to rent a van or truck to access my pottery and art storage. This is the BEST location for me! The staff is always pleasant and professional. They don't waste time and they get customers in and out quickly when the store is extra busy. James E checked me in at the desk on my most recent visit and gave me the best customer service (as always)!! James S was in the lot and made sure I located the correct Uhaul van. LISA JMy cargo van was filthy seats stain wet wet god knows what steering wheel full of foul substance order in van foul. Customer service was good Chris did a good job. Otherwise second time in a month I got bad service have a credit nobody knows how to process. Inexcusable.

There need to be an elevator in this facility which would make it easier to move in and out. I called UHaul main number explained my situation she sent email to the manager about a ground level unit. No response or call from manager even after I emailed him about a ground level unit. I have since found another storage unit at a different facility with an elevator which met all of my needs.

I reserved a storage unit and put a card on file a month ago, I packed my truck up and went to move in and there was no unit reserved for me, but they had all my info saved in there system. I spoke with management and he had no solution to accommodate me and I ended up having to spend a extra $150 for there negligence
