Gate was not open as promised for the return. No attendant on duty, even though signage said push call button for attendant on duty. Signs stated gates were open until 10:00 pm. We were there approximately 8:30 pm. Had to leave truck outside gate and worry all night if it was ok. There was a key Dropbox outside the gate so this is probably SOP. Would have been nice to have been told that when we rented. To be fair, the person who helped us said she was not the regular person at this location.Stephen T.

When we arrived there was a locked gate. It said to push the call button and I would be let in. Nothing happened. I called the number provided and two different times got a voicemail telling me everyone was busy and to leave a message if I wanted info about storage units. 10 min later someone else pulled up who wanted to get in, so we had to back up and move so they could get in. We ended up following them in. Once in, I told the man what I was doing and he said when he was done with the customer he would come look at our truck. I thought I was supposed to wait, so we waited for another 30 minutes. It would have been nice if there were instructions on what to do if someone wasn't answering the call button.WILLIAM EDWIN E.

Consider reducing "red tape" at sign in. U-Haul agent was very helpful, but it seems like there is an "over-kill" in process. Hopefully, next rental will be easier now that I'm in the system.MICHAEL THOMAS V.

U Store Saline came through in a pinch when the Clinton U-Haul location "lost" our reservation. Jeff was personable and helpful when we called for availability (26' truck) and notified us right away when he found an item we missed, stowed in the bulkhead. We would definitely recommend everyone call Saline U Store first! Thank you, Jeff!!Michael B.

We couldn't get through the gate after our drop off and whoever answered the posted telephone number was of no practical help.James L.
This location was great, as was Jennifer from the call center who finally helped me out. All of the other calls were horrific. I was sent to pick the truck up at 3 different locations I cludi f one an hour away from my home. Only when I canceled the reservation did one â€œmiraculouslyâ€ become available near me. The service at pickup was exceptional as was my final confirmation call with Jennifer. Otherwise the experience was beyond terrible. Can't believe you guys run a business this way.mike B.

Have a vehicle ready when someone makes a reservation. I used the online pick up and when I got to the location in Adrian, there was no equipment available. I called the number for Tedd and it went to voicemail every time. I called customer service and they located a truck for me, 30 miles the other direction. They gave me 40 extra miles and a big discount on my rental. Over it was okay, just having to drive 30 miles out of my way to get a vehicle that I reserved a few days prior. Will never use the online pick up. Will use actual human from now on.Sarah E.

There was an issue with the software functionality to identify the desired drop off location. The eventual drop off location was not listed as an option, but when "at will" was chosen the desired drop off location was printed. Please update you software or provide training for users to alleviate future issues.Matthew F.
