Person manning the station was great. The amount of online contacts and needed online contacts with Uhaul was overwhelming. Prefer the people contact unless they are closed.

It was a bit nerve racking because the young man that I left it with was very vague and didn't seem to care--he just casually asked if there was anything wrong with it and said "okay just leave it".

This was my first time using the U-Haul app for a truck rental. This did enable me to rent a truck on a Sunday when the office was closed. Fortunately U-Haul consultants were available to help me work through the U-Haul app which is kind of “busy”. Now that I used the app once, it should go smoother next time.

Ashley was very helpful over the phone to explain the process to pick up the truck when the office was not yet going to be open.

I can't comment on whether the equipment was well maintained. The truck engine was loud and sounded "strained" most of the time. It needs new wiper blades. As for location, if someone lived in the area they could consider this location. I gave the overall rating because the representative adjusted my bill without my asking. It was greatly appreciated as I didn't fully understand U Haul's pricing model. She was nice about it. Thank you.

I asked for a 15' box on the truck. However, I was not told that two feet of that was only a couple of feet high over the cab. Therefore, one of the long items we needed to ship would not fit if we closed the back door! I suggest your representative give such crucial information when a potential customer hopes to rent a truck.

Our truck should never been rented. It never ran right for our entire trip. It completely stopped outside our destination. After a 3 hour wait for assistance it was towed to a repair facility in which it was determined by U-Haul to not fix it. It had a bad fuel pump, catalytic converter and 2 sensors on the transmission U-Haul decided to tow this to each of our drop off locations. This caused a delay for us by two days. U-Haul was completely uncaring regarding this and actually had the presence to charge us for an extra day. it was your fault not mine, but customer service and road side assistance didn't care. Needless to say I consider that theft and if you think I will give a good mark for the experience you gave me you are absolutely crazy.
