The woman was rude very unfriendly WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! Haf another Uhaul with me had to back up to let him out the woman came out and screamed at me to get out of there SO RUDE!!!

It was easy to reserve the truck and the staff at the pick up location was nice and helpful. The problem was when I tried to change the drop off location to another city after I picked it up. I sat on hold for over 30 min on the 1-800 UHaul number and never did get anyone to pick up. I ended up having to take the truck back to return it and then reserve it again with the new location. It cost me more than it should have since I had to pay for 2 rentals. It should be easier to make changes after you pick it up. Sometimes changes cannot be helped.

My truck was not added to "Truck Share" so I was not able to pick it up at my requested time. I had to wait until this store opened, which was an hour after I had wanted to pick it up.. Also, this was NOT my requested location for pick up. It was 5m miles away from the store I wanted to pick up from – so I ended up going over my allotted mileage by 4 miles and had to pay extra. This was a very frustrating experience.

They did not send the correct paper to the drop off about the gas hand so that means that I had to pay more money.

Person was not at the store .alarm was going off for 20 mins when they finally did show up at the store they were rude... saying they had the day off..... thinking about just buying my own trailer next time...... very poor and bad experience
