Peter KThey sold me a cheap lock that was too small to use to lock the truck. They lacked any other supplies. My reservation was for 8:00, they opened at 9:00. They were pleasant and polite.

Khema WThe absolute worse experience ever. Coming from West Palm I originally booked a UHaul in Wellington Florida around 930am for $600. I asked a UHaul rep if they had another UHaul in Fort Lauderdale, which is where I was picking up furniture). Rep replied YES and gave me the address to pickup the truck. I get to Fort Lauderdale, call my point of contact only to be told that invldividual had an emergency and they had another UHaul available 10 miles away. The rep from the new location called and said the UHaul needed to be cleaned and should be ready by 1pm. I expressed that I was pressed for time and to ensure the truck was ready by 1pm. I arrived to get the truck to only find out the truck isn’t ready. I called UHaul again to try and find me a truck. Finally was able to get a truck at 4pm. Worse experience ever!
ontario bI have no problem with the pick-up location, the attendant there was friendly and very helpful. However, U-Haul's web site and reservation system are a disaster; they were very confusing and error-prone for both me and the attendant.

Mailaya OLocation and staff was fine. I added a dolly to my reservation but was disappointed to find out they had none in stock when I picked my truck up. It cost me $90 to buy one myself so I wish there was notice or some sort of accommodation to have a different location ready with another.

KELLYBRANT CThe office was smoky - my husband is allergic so I had to do the process. The gentleman who helped us was nice however the truck wasn't clean, especially the inside cab, and only had a half a tank of fuel. We were instructed to bring it back at the same level, which we did, and we were charged two gallons of gas. I don't know if it's because we exceeded the 100 miles by 20 that we thought we'd use or what. Mainly, stepping into an office that wreaks of smoke, especially when you are serving the public is a real mistake in my opinion.
Robert HEverything was ok, but they have charged my credit card 4 times so now something else I have to deal with last time I rented from this location is went more smoothly. I got there he said I had to get the insurance and the 100 miles no problem. They charged me 107 for a 4 hour van rental now they have charged my card 2 more times for 57.

John HThis was my first Reservation with U-Haul and it did not go well. Arrived at location on St. Johns Bluff in Jax,Fl . Someone there changed my order and I was given the wrong truck size which resulted in me making 4 trips to my destination instead of 2, accumulated more mileage than necessary, and needing the truck for an extra day which I didn't want to do but had no choice . I was told that truck needed to be returned back with 1/4 tank of gas, I returned with over a 1/2 tank and still was charged $75 for gas. This experience was an overcharged nightmare in which I seeking a refund. Thanks to Najah Saddiq for her patience and great customer service, she put in request of review for refund as well as walking me through the truck return process. I'm waiting for the review manager to give me a call.......

Timothy FWasn’t allowed to come inside in the 40 degree weather, I wasn’t prepared for that. Reserved a hand cart, got to location to find there was none available- very shitty for single person moving. Gauges on dash malfunction from start, employee said it was normal. Employee didn’t tell me to check my texts to do a walk around before leaving lot. Got home to see a text that said before you leave…. Not thrilled about that.
darcie vIt would be nice to be able to check in at the location instead of finding a locked door and told you have to do it online when the link sent to you does not work. I then called uhaul and they told me not to worry I could check in onsite. Then the people on-site said no.

Elizabeth RRequested dollies during reservation but location did not have any and was told that they did not do refunds. Why was I able to choose during reservation then? There was an additional charge of $76 after the initial $190. I returned on time but had issue with app opening that I was probably charged another day. I will probably not use this location again or Uhaul for that matter.

Nicolas RUpon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes past reservation time for pickup. The rental vehicle was dirty, full of dog hair, smelt like urine and wet dog. Very disappointed in quality of rental.

lisa tI do not like that I was not compensated for a delayed pick up time of 3 hrs. Had I returned the vehicle 3 hrs late I would’ve been charged. I do not like that I made reservation and had a credit card hold on my account and yet not all the equipment was available for me to use. I-haul should have a better tracking system for all the rental items to know when things are dropped off and where.

Willie CThey gave us a truck that had the check engine light on, said they didn’t have another truck to give but insured our safety.. upon drop off to Melbourne location, they informed me that the cylinders were misfiring and that we are lucky we made it through the 3 hour drive without the truck breaking down.
Tiana MClean and repair the vehicle would be first start. The cab arear was filthy and full of ashes, the engine cover was not seated properly and rattled and made it loud and hot in there. The passenger door rubber trim kept falling out on you as you get in and out. The engine and transmission definitely need work. I would say it does 0-60 in about 5 minutes. Bad acceleration and it shakes , rattles and rolls down the roadway. Worst truck I have ever rented.
John POffice was closed though hours indicated it was open. Someone on site finally came out and took posession of the truck key. He was quite friendly and accommodcating, but the office issue was bothersome.
THOMAS HI reserved a truck, with a pick up of 8:00 in the morning through mobile ordering. As I arrived at the location and tried to complete the pick up process online, I was notified that I needed to wait for somebody to give me the keys, and that would be at 9:30 AM when they opened. I had movers scheduled to arrive at my home at 9 AM. Movers are paid by the hour. They were already enroute. The associate arrived at the rental location at 9 AM, unlocked the facility, and began to return previously rented trucks. I was then notified that the equipment I had requested along with the truck, two dollies and some pads, were unavailable. He offered to give me a appliance dolly, which is not the same thing. By the time I was able to complete the transaction and leave the facility it was 9:45 AM, with the movers already at my location with nothing to do because I didn’t have the truck at our agreed-upon time. I’m not really certain what the point of online ordering was, since I needed to spend an additional 90 minutes waiting for an associate to show up, resulting in additional fees due to the movers for their time, as well as the inconvenience of not being able to use the equipment that I had requested. This caused me aggravation, as well as more money out of pocket to the movers, because they were unable to complete the job in the estimated time frame due to lack of the truck to load. When we reached our destination, it caused additional stress and aggravation, because we did not have dollies to work with, and we needed to unload the truck completely by hand.
RoxAnne IThe reason why I would not recommend this location is we put fuel into the truck and filled it where the image said to fill it. 5/8 of a tank. (What an odd spot to fill to. Now I know why). However since it was an after hours drop off we were not able to speak with the associate and he claims that we were short two gallons. $11 and some change. The needle on that truck doesn't even move with two gallons of fuel. I know this is not alot but imagine if he does this to all the people renting it. The fees add up over the course of the year and he is ripping people off. There was also a $20 cleaning fee. We moved 1 countertop that was 10 feet long and was wrapped in blankets. I really want to know what he found in the truck to have to clean it. If you ask me this dealer is not reputable and has really put a bad taste in my mouth for UHaul.

Samuel WWe returned this truck on FULL and we were still charged for 1 gallon of gas. We filled the truck within less than 1/4 mile away. I know for a fact that this truck got good gas mileage because of the distance we drove and the amount we only needed to put it.

Leanne GThe truck A/C didn’t work The back door was difficult to use and the cable on the right side was broken that was supposed to help pull the door open and closed. The fuel efficiency was very bad The shifter got stuck between park and reverse multiple times
