First truck had a flat tire. They gave me a different truck that I used for just over and hour and less than 20 miles. They charged thirty dollars over quoted price because they said I didn't put gas back in. Which was incorrect cause I have a receipt to show I did. Twenty miles and a hour cost me over $100. I was verbally assaulted and threatened for listening to customer service on where to park the truck because there gate wouldn't open. Because of me being on hold and all this wasted time. I missed my train and spent another $200 on an uber and hotel. I've worked in customer service almost my entire life and would never consider treating any customer like this. That being said the young lady who works there is a sweetheart. Pay extra and go elsewhere. Not worth it.Joseph V.

When calling over the phone to give truck location, give the exact location rather than street only. The street makes a rare turn and unless looking online one may not be thinking about the exact address. Ensure an email with the lock code is sent before arrival and the lock is in good working order.Christopher W.

Drop off was terrible. No contact from facility or information in my reservation about specifics of where to drop the truck off at. Address takes you to a gated facility. No answer from facility, online uhaul would not connect to my location despite following the instructions, called uhaul and chose the â€œat my location for pickup or returnâ€ option and it kept erroring out on me and telling me to call back later. Had to come back the next morning and wait for a while after opening hours. Still no answer and left. Finally got a call back from a snarky woman telling me I was supposed to take the vehicle to the back of the facility.Samantha H.

Rep asked if drop off location was ok. My husband was unsure. She suggested other locations without informing him that it added significantly to the cost. I called her immediately to change it back, she told me it wasn't a problem and gave me an 800 number, I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours, spoke to 4 reps and chatted online with a 5th...They.kept saying they were forwarding me to scheduling...over and over.. When coming from different time zones I would explain that ahead of time and accommodate for late drop off. Otherwise easy friendly and they definitely get back to all voice messages.Bionca Z.
