There was not enough information on how to pick the key, we have to call and wait for almost 35mins before we can get directions. Also the truck needs to be more clean and disinfected for another customer. Gracias
Ajose AThe steering was hard and the truck almost didn't start every time we turned it on. I spent an hour on check-in and nobody onsite nor did they answer the emergency phone.
Terra DCheckin process and pickup was way more complicated than it needed to be and it was hard to get assistance.

Rick LI was very frustrated with the pick up process but not because of the location because of the Uhaul website and application. The the website was very explicit about my ability to pick up my truck and supplies using the application before business hours for this location. Upon arrival and trying to follow the in app prompts I get a notice that the pick up was switched to an in person pick up and would not be available until 9:00 am. When I was finally able to pick up my truck I was informed that location has no ability to do an online through the UHAUL app pickup. The location was fine and the truck was great however, your app telling me I could make a plan then changing everything the morning of is terrible.

steven sThe staff and exterior of the units were fantastic. When I moved my stuff out, I found that the unit had leaks in it. I had several boxes and items that had to be thrown away because of water damage and black mold growth (from the water damage). There was also an enormous amount of spiders.

Lakeshia RAround October 1st, my debit card was compromised. I couldn't remember who all was on the card for auto deducts. On October 11th, I called and spoke with Cathy around 2:00 pm stating I was going there and wanted to know when the gate closed. Cathy advised and said she was at a doctor's appt and would be at the office after 5:00 pm. I understood. When we arrived around 6:30 pm, we noticed a red lock on our door. Cathy is NEVER in her office and it was closed and locked. We called her initially and left a message on her voicemail. I called a second time and left another voice mail. We drove to her home and her dogs were barking loudly. Someone came out and my husband was talking over the dogs to advised to call Monica Clark (as Cathy wasn't there either). We drove to the storage unit and waited. I called again and this time Cathy answered. She advised she'll be at the office by 7:30 pm. She also said "I'm a little preterbed at the fact that my husband was screaming at her 12-year old daughter and that she had her 12-year old daughter walk to the storage unit to take off the red lock and that we can settle with her the next day. I didn't have a chance to respond when Cathy simply hung up the phone on me. By 10/29/22, we emptied out unit and moved to another place in the area who has treated us with the upmost respect. We left because Cathy is never in her office anyway and gave such poor customer service. Why didn't she mention the red lock when we spoke earlier in the day or that there was an issue with my debit card? When I mentioned that to her, she said she doesn't notify anyone until they are two months late. Ridiculous way to run your business. Good-bye.

wesley cWe had to call for assistance though the office hours listed they were open at 7 am. We were there at 8, as scheduled. When someone did shoe up after we called the number on the sign, he seemed angry he had to be there , was curt, and less than friendly. Will NOT use this location again.

SaDaniel LThe U Stor It in Huntsville was great. She even helped me get to the location since, I was unfamiliar with the area. My only issue with the rental experience was the location was changed the night before only to get to location #2 early to find out the incoming trailer was not scheduled correctly and would be there 5 hours later than the 9am I needed. Moving company now had to be rescheduled for a later time. Uhaul then found me a trailer at location #3 (U Stor It) 45 min from the original location.

nathan bThe license plate was bent and got me pulled over while driving through the panhandle of Texas which warranted a complete search of my car stuffed of moving boxes. Causing me too lose two hours of travel time to California. The officer wrote me a ticket for "paraphernalia"when he found a 1 of 4 collector item yeti cup holder he considered a "hide". Now I have to pay a 300 dollar fine. Very ridiculous. Other than that the pick up and drop off was smooth and personal was kind.

Jason RThe online check in for pick-up was broken. I was on hold for 45 minutes so I could get in touch with a uhaul representative to fix the issue. The truck was very rough to drive right off the lot. It was an uncomfortable drive. The only reason I would recommend uhual again is because it is so much cheaper than the competition, but it shows. Overall uhaul made my move tough.
Jacob PThis uhaul was gross I cleaned it with Lysol Wipes and left them Inside so they could see how nasty it was. I will never use this location again. It was dusty, smelly, sticky and just filthy I don't think they clean. Or sanitize then at all You would think with covid they would.

DAVID JThe lady at the Palm St address in Huntsville Tx was VERY VERY rude!!!!! Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. UHaul needs to tell people that the Palm St address will only accept motorized uhauls not trailers.
