Margaret SitterThe original drop off location was CTJM One, Inc. 9196 Joliet Road, Hodgkins, IL. They would not accept my trailer without me unhooking in pouring rain in far distant lot. They would not accept blankets without me hauling them 50 yards into his shop and staking them in his back room. He is a complete jerk. Should not be a U-Haul rep. U-Stor It Managers LLC were great, very professional super nice.

John GirardLocation was supposed to be open at 10am on the day of my drop off. I left two messages with the property manager, but didn’t hear back until I’d already left the property. I waited for almost an hour at the site, before I decided to just leave the truck and drop the key in the mail bin. I’m sure it’s a fine location, but my first experience was poor.

Jose SaucedoI was not aware that I would need to prove my identity with a lease or a passport or two verifications. Perhaps I overlook back in the regulations that I read. I finally found two people who were home to vouch for me. The digital check-in seem to work fine. It did take me about 20 minutes, however.

Lee GoreeThe employees at the location were great. Your customer support staff leaves a ton to be desires. I was supposed to have a 24/7 pickup, spent almost an hour on the phone with them... still couldn't figure it out. Luckily the location opened and was able to get my rental done. An hour of mine and my helpers time wasted because of your "customer service" incompetence.

Brian FitzpatrickUHaul was very hard to find since it's run through a storage company's business location. If we hadn't seen a UHaul truck, we'd never know that was the proper location. UHaul is not well marked as all.

Daniel BinzThe UHaul app needs to be fixed. It was not working for me both on pick-up and drop-off and wasted two hours of my time when contactless pick-up was supposed to be convenient. If I ever use U-Haul again, it would NOT be through the broken mobile pick-up.

Kelly Gibbonswhen using the online return process the app used to return the vehicle is not very user friendly. The part to record the fuel level upon return would not allow an accurate level to be recorded and I was charged extra for fuel. the vehicle had more fuel than when I picked it up.
Gerald CASEYI expressed my displeasure at the gas mileage of the van. I drove a total of 6 miles filled it up & it took 2 gallons. That's nuts. A van that only gets 3 miles per gallon, you were ripped off when you purchased. However I thought the staff were great.
