PAUL HINCHFuel charges seem not right and we put gas on it before we return. Still the fuel indicator not showing right and we need to pay extra 16dollars we thinking something wrong with fuel indicator.

Amy SwaseyI was told the fuel tank was full and I noticed it was at a 1/4 tank. I was ordered back into the office and spent another 20 minutes re-doing the initial process again. I didn’t have any time constraints so it wasn’t an issue , just delayed. They were all kind and apologized for the wait. They need to check the fuel prior to renting.

poul christiansenThe tank wasn't full. It was about 45 miles away from being empty. I put more gas into it than what it came with. There will be no reimbursement. The engine light was on the moment I turned the vehicle on and stayed on throughout the move. The gas tank lid not on right warning light was also on throughout, even though I had it on right. The vehicle had some noise from one of its wheels - this is concerning!!! This vehicle needs some serious maintenance!!!

David SeitzThe inside windshield was filthy. Probably doesn’t usually matter but the day of my rental the sun was bright and low on the horizon making it very difficult to see. Other than that the truck was very clean.

Kevin BracherNo one at uhaul could answer what the environmental fee is used for. I guess another add on fee to generate profit. The daily rental charge is not really a daily rental but 6 hours. Daily rental to me should be 24 hours. The issue I have are with uhaul and uhaul only… the staff at this location are great and I have no problems recommending them to other people. Uhaul at corporate level are showing greed with their operations. Five stars to this location two stars for uhaul.

pierre barreWhy reinvent the wheel if it don't fail. Dog tired by end of it locked keys in truck like a moron would left it dirty(dog tired). They didn't charge me for the slim Jim maneuver. Thumbs up.
Keef GardellThey were awesome at this site! Van was ready to go, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff explained costs and other info such as gas tank capacity, etc, very clearly. They were welcoming and friendly as well. Would highly recommend this pickup location. We have already made another booking for next week!
