The customer service at this location is excellent. The 2 team members I dealt with are friendly, communicate services and terms clearly, and made sure I inspected the vehicle and understood how to operate it.

Philip DEvery thing about this location ( Westshore U Lock Mini Storage ) is Perfect. ....... However the U.S. National Driver License Verication System could use a second level of verification. I understand that the Driver's License needs to be primary, but the second consideration should be that the Driver's License it is for the right juristdiction, without contacting the E division. Your local systems need this for avoidable delays in providing outstanding customer service....... instead of using work arounds......

David HGas tank wasn't topped up. Not a big issue, but it was a little confusing with bringing it up to an uncommon level. I was uncertain about getting charged for fuel usage, but didn't want to overspend. Small inconvenience, though.... and the staff beyond excellent.

Jennifer WI normally don't write reviews but our experience was SO POSITIVE that I had to share. Every staff member we spoke to at this location was friendly, nice and made reserving, picking up and dropping off our trucks so enjoyable. We tried to reserve trucks at other locations and we either couldn't get through on the phone or they couldn't help us with a multi-day rental. I was so pleasantly surprised by our experience and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Westshore U Lock first.
Lori WI'd suggest streamlining the 3rd party pickup location software (or possibly software overall, but I've never rented from a U-Haul branded location). It was clear even without seeing the employee screen that the UI is not set intuitively or very capable of situational exceptions (for example: stating conditions for cash or debit rental on the customer terminal when the pickup truck I rented required a credit card)
