To vet priced but good

Jackson went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and correct computer error of incorrect size on available unit to avoid what I would consider "bait&switch". He used his own resoures to correct "

The manager, Jackson, was very personable and professional. He seemed busy (a brisk business), yet moved in a relaxed but efficient manner. He was helpful when meeting little obstacles (hitch fit).

The people we're very nice but my Ubox was not delivered on the time it was supposed to be or picked up in a timely manner. Had to call twice each time
