The young man took my money, and I didn’t notice until I was home. He charged me for the light for the trailer attachment but didn’t add it to the receipt. So when I got home I noticed that it was not on my receipt and it says that I have home $60 not $80.

Check in process was a little slow mostly because somebody cut in line and the person working just let them. But they were all really friendly and helpful so it made up for the wait. When the check in process takes a significantly long time you should get the actual allotted time from when you leave the store. For example we rented for 6 hours but the check in process took almost 45 mins. The 6 hours should start from when you leave/finish your transaction.

I had difficulty finding the entrance to the location when coming to pick up the truck. The sign posted at the Miles Rd entrance only said equipment return, so I passed it thinking it was only for returns. I had to go quite a distance to turn around and traffic was heavy. The sign at the entrance should say more to let customers know that it's the entrance for everything. I went around to the Northfield Road entrance, only to find the same sign, but I could see the store from that side. It was difficult because there is so much traffic in that area. Better signs would be so much more helpful as tis is a new location that I didn't even know was there. The process for returning the vehicle was difficult, but I got through it okay. Everybody is not so phone savvy.

Overall location was great however equipment information didn't agree with paperwork. If I had not verified I would've been charged for the discrepancies. I would think someone would verify info before putting back in cycle.

Customer service needs improvement. Front desk need to communicate with customers and wait times are extremely ridiculous.

Make the self-check in verification process easier and more user friendly. It took almost 20 minutes to load the app, find the correct info, verify my account just to have the screen say that there were no reservations in my account.....I was sitting in the van I reserved. No customer service available at 9pm at night either.

How about making things right with worrying about your previous customers! Then you can think about the "next" customer! The gas gauge was incorrect plus I had to wash the truck it was covered in mud and the inside was so bad I could barely see out the window.

My location pickup was changed to Miles. The woman at Miles was all smiles, very friendly and helpful. The woman at the original location- Mayfield Rd was dry and bland. Her customer service was lacking. Seemed like she didn't want to be there and her life sucked.

The location is convenient, however, the service is slloooowww and poorly rendered. The gentleman who assisted me with my rental was speaking on his phone at the time which appeared to be a personal call. I didn't know when he was speaking to me or the person in his ear set. Also, he didn't accompany me out to the truck as in past. I had to assume the truck I received was my rental...I have used UHaul for many years now...excellent improvement with the regards the the build structure for Northfield Miles location in Cleveland, OH....BUT lousy customer service!

The gentleman that checked me in and out at the desk was excellent, very cordial and friendly I'm sorry i don't remember his name. I believe he is the manager of the facility. The same is true of the lady that brought the van to me when I picked it up and the gentleman that checked me in when I dropped it off. Very good experience all the way around, thank you!

1. Uhaul called me the night before I was to pick up from another site. They re-directed me from that pick up site to the above pick up site 2. I asked a representative 3 different times and confirmed that my husband would be picking up and that he did not need my drivers license (as I was the one driving the truck to the new destination). When he got to the site they said they needed my drivers license because I would be driving the truck. After talking with the scheduling department they did allow him to pick up the truck. 3. I had requested a 10 foot track because I knew I was going to be going through narrow city streets and alleys. But when we went to pick up we were told that they gave away my 10 foot truck & upgraded me to a 15 foot for the same price. I appreciated the extra space but I did not need it and there was a reason I requested the 10 foot. I had called an hour and a half before pick up and they confirmed that they did have a 10 foot truck for me 4. The gas tank appeared to be full when we picked up but it was, in fact, 8 gallons short We are still waiting for Lemar to call us to settle the discrepancy. 5. When I asked Uhaul where I could drop off the truck in Columbus I was told by Uhaul to :” Google U-Haul in Columbus, choose a drop off site for the truck, look up the address and put it in your maps “. I specifically asked them if they could give me a drop off address in Columbus. He reiterated the above to me. I did this as I was told to do. When I got to the drop off site in Columbus that Uhaul representative refused to take in the truck and sent me to a different location . 6. The truck bed was neat. The steering wheel and cabin were filthy . Never again

The greatest asset that this location has is the attitude and work ethic of the staff. They were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I experienced nothing negative so I can't offer any advice for improvement. Great job!

The lack of care of the staff was apparent. The truck I rented had no working air and broken gauges. When I told the desk about this before moving, I was told “well I can cancel your reservation”. We count on UHaul to provide a truck in good condition not just drivable. We schedule our move dates as such and can’t just cancel the reservation. I will never rent from this location again and will look to other providers. It should not be acceptable to keep a truck with broken air and gauges in the field. It’s not something that happened randomly - it was never working. Coupled with the absolute lack of care from the staff, I had a very bad experience on an already stressful day of moving.
