Upgrade the servers and/or get servers to service customers within the State or Region that they're trying to rent a truck. It took an hour to get a rental on Saturday, Sept 28 due to the system crashing and crashing and stalling out. And the same scenario occurred when we returned the truck - on the same day. We waited an hour to check the truck in, and the system was so slow - we left without getting the final receipt. Luckily, I was able to provide an email address - to have the final receipt sent to me via email, which was sent on Sunday morning. And to put insult on top of the irritation of waiting so long to get a truck, the General Manger, white female, was so unprofessional with customers. She told one customer, who just wanted to ask a question, that she has heard enough questions for the day, and she wasn't trying to assist him at all. He had to wait in line just to ask his question. Mind you, that this was before 12, noon - it was still morning, and she telling customers that she's heard enough questions for the day? In addition, she was answering the phones - instead of assisting customers, who has been standing in line. The other two (2) clerks available were so overwhelmed with the fact that the system was stalling out and crashing. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. More than likely I'll be renting from Enterprise next time.

Truck was on E when I got it, they also left the tailgate open and didn’t tell me. Took about an hour to actually get the truck even though I did the “online checkin” which is supposed to be quicker. Really didn’t seem like anybody knew what they were doing.

The check-in process through my phone was a little frustrating. When I first signed-up they said I can pre-check in and when I got there it took me 30 minutes to check in. That was frustrating, but everything else went smoothly.

While there were multiple people working, only one (Casey) knew what he was doing. I was there for 1 hr and 40 min. to pick up my u-box and truck, which I had pre-ordered and checked in online for. Greg was helpful but unfamiliar with U-Boxes. A female worker was late, then outside on the phone cursing at someone on a personal call for awhile. She also had a friend visit her who kept using the n word. Casey and Greg both tried hard at least, and Casey was working his backside off. I don’t know how the poor guy hasn’t quit.

Took toooo long to check out. Agent stated that he had to take my picture just because I rented a van, this wasn't a request when I rented from Sinclair Rd location nor when I rented from 5th Ave location 2 weeks ago. Felt as though I was suspect.

Everyone was very nice at this location. The EL truck ran good, but the mirrors needed tightened up, as they would not hold position, plus the door hinges on the cab were very dry, and needed lubed bad. Easy things that could be fixed in a few minutes at the moving center.

When I needed to access my containers while they were being stored there, I called more than 24-hrs ahead but when I arrived I had to wait 25-30 min to access. Then boxes were not dropped off at my house within 2-hr timeframe, and were scheduled to be picked back up on Sunday but weren’t picked up till Tuesday. Lastly, I was charged an additional $15 ‘cleaning’ fee because the shipping blankets were not folded. This is after I had several issues with my Uboxes being delivered down in FL, including being delivered 4 days late. Would not recommend Uhaul/Ubox for your moving needs!

The vehicle was clean minus a ton of glitter in the truck that ended up all over myself and my stuff. However, the worst part was the vehicle functioning. The vehicle stalled, stopped, and the links started flashing on and off saying to service the stabilitrak and engine system.

Truck had not been cleaned from the previous user had a Red Bull can two water bottles and a Wendy's container in it. Also the fuel was only at 3/8 not a half a tank like the paperwork said. Also I was told to just drop the vehicle off at the U-Haul and I could use a drop off box. I was never told that they would be a $20 service fee if I drop the vehicle off after hours

The staff were friendly. I always do the online check in process but it never seems to carry through to when I check in at the store, I always have to repeat the information. I also always decline safetow but the past two times, it’s added on anyway.

I had two recent rentals and both were awful experiences. The first, I wanted a one-way rental to Athens, OH. I reminded the counter 3 times that this is what I needed and she assured me that I could drop it at any Athens location. I did but was not able to self return because the reservation said it was in town and needed to be back to Columbus. I ended up getting a nice extra fee for that. Then the rental back, when I got to the 5th Ave. location, an employee met me and directed me to where to drop the trailer. he used his device to check me in and said I was all set. over a week later I get a phone call and a bill saying I dropped the trailer off in Georgia. That got fixed luckily by the national number.

I made a guaranteed reservation for mobile device pickup several days before I needed to truck. I wanted mobile device pickup because I needed to truck at 8am - an hour before the location opened. As late as the night before, it was valid. I arrived at the location on time but when I tried to check out a truck, it said I had to wait until the location opened. Since they did not open until 9AM, I had no choice except to wait.There should have been some way to notify me it had been changed so I would not have to waste time. UHaul paid me $50 for the missed guarantee, but I having the truck on time was more valuable than the money. I had a dozen people waiting for me to have the truck on time. The location staff were great about getting a truck ready for me to use given the problems.

Have an employee inspect the vehicle visually w/ the customer to point out pre-existing damages. I didn't see any until I stopped for gas and then worried whether I would be charged just because I failed to take a picture of something I didn't notice in the hurry to get going! I called the vendor and they confirmed that the damage was pre-existing but it took awhile to do. Also, I couldn't send the pictures to the UHaul # so the employee gave me his personal #.

I find it absolutely preposterous to rent a truck for 2hrs and u bill me $141? Judging by the fact that the truck barely moved within N High street in Columbus area? Please kindly help refund this excess charge because its erroneously stated on my receipt that truck was returned 13 Aug on 3pm? Truck was rented 5pm on Aug 12 and returned 6:58pm on Aug 12! So why this outrageous billing? Kindly refund my money
