This is the second or third time that I have reserved equipment with your company and something inevitably goes wrong. This is the second or third time I reserved a truck and when I go to pick it up, they do not have my truck. Someone else got it. So they have to give me a different one. When they give me a different one, they credit me for the first truck and rebill for the 2nd truck. I have a printed copy of the credit, but it is not showing on my bank account. So the first bill is still there, and the 2nd bill is there, and now after they retrieved the keys from the lock box I received a third bill. And it has another day added to it. WRONG Now I have money taken from my account for three trucks, and no credits, they charged me the $20 for the "dropoff after hours" crap! Which stems from, when they had to sub me a truck (becaiuse my initial truck was gone}, I no longer had the option of one way rentall. I had no choice but to bring it back to the Hwy 5 locn. So I drop it off last night,and cannot get your website to accept any information. So I call the 1-800 number and Isaac (?) says that everything is fine, and to let them know he accepted my information. Now, this locn does not open until 9am and I received this email with a new bill @ 8:55 am. So your timing sux too. I have tried several times to get someone there on the phone and I keep getting put on hold and eventually it will drop the call. So - no recommendations, no return visits. I just want my money backj!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hours worked great for us. The only really bad thing is parking. It was horrible, no where to park. To many trucks there. Not easy to get in and out of.

I travelled from out of town (Virginia) and had a goal to expedite a rapid pack and move of household goods to a storage unit. Thanks to the prompt and efficient service of the staff at U-Haul I accomplished things smoothly. In all, it was a good experience working with the staff at your store.

It was Sunday evening when I dropped the truck off and the lot was very congested but it was fine. I have no complaints with Uhaul at all. I will definitely use Uhaul again.

Trying to reach the location on Hwy 5 in Douglasville was an absolute nightmare, the phones there continued to roll over, I tried for nearly a week. We were also charged $135.00 to close out our storage unit and told that my bill was past due, that was false, I was told that the manager would call me to explain and that was 48 hours ago, no call. I’ve used Uhual for years and have never been more disappointed, the customer service was absolutely horrible

What was stated in the above commentary extends to this drop off location as well. Lois was the only personnel that seemed caring enough toward my unusual situation. The 'supervisor' a male person was apatgetic & indifferent: how do I know he called the police to have my friend bring the key that I had given them. That could have waited to the NEXT DAY. IT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED 4. SEEMS he was taking instructions from the tow truck driver instead of making an Empowered Empathetic Customer Service decision. All in all. It is my Hope your Company will be Bought by my Brothers Firm and handled in a more Customer Friendly Service Capacity. Also to Shift some of your employee s Away from Customer Service to packing.

I ordered a truck via the U-Haul app. I went to pick up the truck and I could not get the lockbox open. I called the 800 number and I was told the code was not set for me to pick up the truck. I was told that the manager Holly would give me a call the next day. I didn’t want to wait for a call because my card was charged and I wanted a refund. I call three times and I got the run around to speak to Holly. I was told but two CSR that they sent her a message to call me. She never called me but I received an email for a refund for the truck that I was not able to pick up. The refund is less that the charge that debit my account. I need a full refund for the truck that I never received. Will someone contact me to make this right?

The Customer Service was great, however, when cleaning the inside of the trucks, please use chemicals that do not have a strong smell. The scent was a bit unpleasant.

I had reserved a trailer at the Villa Rica location but when I got there the UHaul woman had just left and they refused to take care of me and get me the trailer I had reserved. I had to drive 30 minutes Out of my to the Douglasville location to get a trailer. I was on a very strict time limit and this really hurt me. Very disappointing.

Returned truck with exact amount of fuel as when I leased it. I was charged $75 for fuel anyway. My only thought on this is that I rented a truck and then had to exchange it for a larger truck. The smaller truck had more fuel and I replaced more than I actually used. The larger truck was at 1/8 tank and I returned it slightly above 1/8 tank. I feel they took the fuel reading at the start of the smaller truck and then took the lower fuel reading on the larger truck when returned. Was still charged $75 for fuel.

I think you should rent the straps to tie down the load instead of having to buy them $30.00 DOLLARS ON TO TOP OF THE RENTAL PLUS GAS AND MILEAGE WAS $195 THATS A LITTLE MUCH FOR 6 HRS , NOW I HAVE STRAPS THAT I PROBABLY WON'T EVER USE AGAIN. NITA LOWERY

We had no problems with the truck but the app didnt work for us st all. We needed it longer than the time originally on contract. We were told to download the app to save $20 return fee. It was such a hassle we gave up after wasting 20 minutes trying to get verification codes via SMS and email. We tried both ways several times. Like I said we ended up just dropping it off at 11 PM. We didnt know what else to do
