El camion estaba sucio, infestado de chiripas (roach) salia mucho humo por el escape del camion, la puerta trasera se trababa cuando subia y era muy difícil volverla a encajar, particularmente a ese camion le hace falta un buen mantenimiento

I made the reservation declining added insurance. When my sister, the driver, went to pick up the vehicle the person they told her it was required to get the vehicle. My sister explained she had insurance and was told U-Haul collision was required. I was not pleased when I, the paying party ,received the receipt for 1/3 more than quoted. I had to call the 800 to receive a refund. The customer “service” at this location was nonexistent and the clerk sarcastic and flippant. Avoid this location

When dropping off after-hours, location is dimly lit and feels a little unsafe. Better lighting is needed along with some type of survaillance signage (true or just for a deterrent).

I was told that the 10 miles that I estimate would not affect if I went a little bit over. I passed for 3 miles and I got charged $2.53 extra. ??

There was sand and leaves all over the inside of the truck (box), that we had to clean out. There was also a leak in the box part of the truck, which resulted in water damage to some of our property, as we traveled through heavy rain, but I do I realize something like that may not be obvious to the eye, upon inspection.

They never answer the phone here. Still charged me and had the truck 30 mins across the street, nothing carried or done with it waiting on them to answer the phone. Horrible experience.

I don't think it was right for my storage fee to increase from the amount charged when I first rented the unit. I also expected a refund since the unit was closed out before the month ended.

I had a reservation with the price included. When I receive my bill, the price was higher than the estimate. When I questioned the bill, the agent corrected it, but the computer went down and caused a 15 minute delay to get the correct price. The agent was very nice.

There was a pizza box with leftovers trash on the unit I rented. I check the unit before leaving the location and the staff help me cleaning the unit. But I believe an employee should check and clean units when received to avoid those issues. When i returned the unit the employee insisted in asking for tips. I am paying full rates for the units and i rent a couple of times a month, this was the first time the employee keep asking me for money for breakfast or drinks. I honestly would reconsider renting at this location if that behavior will repeat.

They overcharged me. They charged me for 100 miles and I only used 88 miles. When I tried to call the location the phone number was the wrong number so I could not get hold of anyone!!!!

The customer before me was very upset because he was unable to access his storage container because of an access pin. Maybe make it easier for the customer to access their belongings.

The outside of the facility was littered with empty dunkin donut boxes when I picked up the truck. 2 hrs later the same boxes were still laying around. The help wasn't very responsive when I returned the truck as well. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come out of the back room after being called 2 times by the front counter.

Well, there are several U-Haul locations on Colonial, so when you work with a telephone agent, you have to be very specific on which one you want to reserve a truck. Had some problems there, but the desk agent was able to rectify with a phone call.

Rats, rat traps in unit, roaches and an overwhelming smell of mothballs. Temp rarely under 85 in June/ August. Most of my visits the security gate and door were open. Not my 1st choice in storage.

The above questions don't apply to U-Box customers. My complaint is that the contents of the box looked like the box was flipped upside down! I had several broken items and I am very unhappy.

I was told I get 1 month free for purchasing a rental truck. Booked over phone. GM was rude, said I was wrong about getting 1 month free before I got a truck. Not my fault call center gave wrong info.

My UBOX was broken into and some of my personal belongings were stolen and my brand new TV was damaged. I also dealt with a billing issue for over a week delaying my delivery. NEVER AGAIN.

pod drop off and pick up was fast and convenient. The ladies who did both were in and out with no trouble. Friendly and efficient; were there earlier than they originally planned- driver called ahead.
