1. I did an online reservation a day ahead of time for a cargo van, when i arrived, they had no cargo van for me! 2. They gave me a 10 ft box truck, which is much more expensive on gas. 3. I got charged a $20 over night fee for what?? 4. I was quoted $42 and ended up being charged over $120! I WILL NEVER use uhaul or this location again! I am disgusted with the customer service and the price gouging that was.done to me!

When I picked up the Truck Staff was very professional, nice and friendly. When I returned Truck Staff was not professional or friendly.

Send the emails to the correct customer. Especially after they have already let you know you are sending to the wrong email.

My first rental was at Dunwoody location and my booked cargo van was not available. Local dealer said could not help as previous renter did not return on time. Hopeless when I called customer service due to long wait times. Called around and found Chamblee location had cargo van. Chamblee people were great but I was put to great lost time and expense as I had hired moving men by the hour and further mileage as Chamblee was further away.

There were charges added on after I signed contract. wasn't told about an after hours fee. Could have returned truck the next day, had it for 24 hours. Was charged for fuel although I put fuel in it. What the hell is a rental tax - wasn't told about it. Environmental fee??? $7 rental rate for what? Charged for a dolly which we did not have and did not use. had our own.

Dropped off the rental early when the store was supposed to be open. Employees locked the doors and turned off the lights in store. We used the key drop and thankfully took photos of the dashboard showing fuel and mileage. The next morning I received and email with a copy of my contract, showing that they charged me for “after hours“ service and for fuel stating that I returned the truck with fuel tank empty. Thankfully I had photos of the dash, a witness and a receipt for fuel. I was able to get the fuel charges removed from the invoice but on the next email I received it indicated that they charged me for moving pads which I did not rent. Be really careful with this company and double check your bill. Document your fuel and mileage.

I like the way every service is granularized and customizable. However, www.uhaul.com user experience for U-Box is very poor and was not easily understood. My delivery was set as self pick up with truck when i have never chosen that option. HAd to call customer service to fix it but then they fixed in a weird way. Chamblee storage agent on the phone was very rude to me, i understand they have lot of pressure and loaded with work. Uhaul need to work on addressing such issues.

UBox was canceled by the company accidentally the morning of my wedding. Every time I called, I was on hold for AT LEAST an hour and then the employee couldn’t help. Will never use U Haul again!!
