First truck was in better condition with less miles but it was on empty. Would have been nice to have the better truck driving 500 miles. Truck given had 73000 miles and had a bad shake at 65.

Never received the moving blankets that I payed for in advance. Returned the trailer to the drop off location 3 days in advance to then receive a phone call saying it need to be dropped off in an hour. The associate said he’ll leave notes and the manager would contact me within a hour, never got the call. A week or so later received another saying I need to return the trailer that it’s past due. Told him the exact same thing so I’m not sure what’s happening.

the one help my brother just tell him that is was 38 mile over but is didnt say they will charge him $10 for gas. I already got charge $10 gas first before driving off the truck and now another $10 is $20 when my brother drop off same amouth of gas I got

The wire harness was damaged and caused the perimeter lights on the trailer to not work. I was pulled over at night because of this but was not issued a citation. Also there were 4 sharp screws in the floor that I had to clean out so that I didn’t damage my furniture.

I was charged twenty dollars for dropping off after store hours as agreed because the computer system kept reporting a system at there end. This is inspite of me dropping it off as scheduled. Most likely be it will be reversed....

When a customer over fills the fuel tank and returns the vehicle with considerably more fuel than what was in it at the time of rental there should be some method of adjustment on the bill for this. You certainly have a method for charging it when it's "under". This is completely unacceptable customer service.

The guys working there are great. They even offered me a cup of coffee and made me laugh. They were professional. It was our first time rent a U-haul and a storage until there. Thank you guys.

The general manager advised me of their new policy to go and retrieve your own vehicle. I’ve used Uhaul too many times for me not to know they always bring it to the front of the store and do a walk through. Not do my paperwork in a 26 footer that was parked behind another 26 footer. He also did nothing to make the situation better after I paid over $400 for my rental that I had to walk around the parking lot trying to find. I have never had service like this and if that is Uhaul’s new policy I will no longer be using them.

The employees were helpful enough but the guy that hooked up my trailer forgot to tighten the clamping mechanism. I heard it clunking around so I pulled over at a business to check the connection. When I turned into the parking lot the trailer came detached from my hitch and started dragging on the ground. When I got out to inspect the vehicle, the clamp was completely loose. I naively trusted the hook up because the employee even made sure to take a picture before I left and told me everything was good. Luckily it did not damage my vehicle or the trailer but this could have been extremely dangerous if I hadn’t noticed it before getting on the highway. Please make sure the employees at this location are properly trained in safety procedures for trailers and all other equipment.

First of all they lied and said I would get one month free which never happened. Then they had everything put in my mom's name when it was my storage and I tried to get it off but it never happened.

Well organized facility with carts always readily available for use, of course I tried to use them during “off” hours-very nice personnel in the office!

I don't like the fact that I moved out on the 5th and I had to pay rent on the 3rd I feel that's unfair I paid to stay 2 days .Rent should be prorated .I feel that's a rip off .
