Know one there to check in or out. Had to call Agent a few times. Agent called back and said he would call me right back. Which he never did. Called him back about 20 minutes later but no answer. Then i get a text telling me 1 minute please He called me 20 minutes later.Also had to wait over 45 minutes to check out. Will never pick up from there again. Never seen anyone. Location changedKeith. W.
Pick up was ok,. Had to do the hookup myself. Told owner it would be returned that evening. Parked trailer best I could concidering the location. Was called over a week later asking it had been returned. Hope I'm not being charged for the week.Terry S.

I was given a number by the location to call to get my truck checked in. I called that number several times and spoke with a representative named Wes who promised to go ahead and get it checked in after taking all of the necessary information for me. He never called me back and each time I spoke to him I had to initiate the call. He never actually got the truck checked in and I had to wait until I could get in contact with the place where I picked it up to get the truck checked in. And the last two times I called him instead of answering the phone as a U-Haul representative he just said hello. I thought I had reached the wrong phone number. I hope you will take these comments and provide whatever training is necessary in order to make the customer experience more satisfactoryFRANKIE J.
Dropoff is literally a gas station parking lot. Not drop box for keys and employees for gas station are not involved with Uhaul.RICHARD F.
Wes, the man who helped me, was great. But there was tons of confusion getting there (I was given the wrong address) and then my contract number, on a contract I had already paid for, could not be entered into the system and had to be cancelled. I waited almost two hours for what was supposed to be a simply mobile pick-up.Brandon C.
Once again, as with issues with pick up location, drop off was even worse. Address on contract does not exist for a Uhaul dealer. Ask a local contact, who sent me to a place a few miles away. Once again, not a dealer. Sent to another place, opposite of address given. One Uhaul trailer sitting outside a Chevron gas station and place supposedly a drop off. Clerk had zero clue on anything, other than someone picked up a trailer earlier that day, but she had no idea otherwise. So just leave truck, no paperwork or anything. Called Uhaul 800, which was little help at all. Read me the original address on my contractâ€¦.which didn't exist. She eventually said she would update my contract to show the address I was at. So blindly drop off the truck after an hour of driving around and asking questions in a 5 sq mile one horse town. Very disappointed with the entire process, other than the truck carrying me safely for 800 miles without issue. Will look other places if further need for truck rental.Michael B.
We drove 4 hours for a 9 am pickup. The truck was not there, after being told it was. We had to pick the truck up at another location, which was out of the way. Which put us way behind on getting the truck loaded up. The cab of the truck smelled awful of strong marjuannia use, which made us worried of driving the truck, being scared of being stopped or road block. I have used uhaul for many times and this was the worst experience that I have every had. I did this reservations online and a complete run around. I probably will not being using Uhaul again of this experience.vicki M.
