Either rent the equipment clean or don't charge a cleaning fee when it is returned in the same unclean condition it was when rented.

The owners are extremely rude. We’re very condescending because of my color. The worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone. He got in my husbands face and asked him if he was a tuff guy and deliberately went out of his way to make our experience miserable. I feared for my child because of how unsafe and hostile the environment was.

I booked on line. When I went to the location I was sent to they did not have a trailer the size I needed that was road worthy. They sent me across town to pick up a trailer. The location was a tire shop. The trailer I was assigned did not have any working lights. Since I did not have any other options I had to accept that trailer. I had to hook up the trailer with not assistance. Since I had already booked and reserved on line I did not understand why I had to do all the booking all over again as though I had not dine any of the information already. This made me even 30 minutes later which put me a whole hour behind my moving schedule with the furniture loaders. When I go to Alexandria, Louisiana for a stop over, I took the trailer to U-Haul to have the lights repaired. The on-site attendant was very helpful, but when he was not able to complete the work, his boss ( the lady who owned the franchise) told him that he could not help me any longer and that I had to use emergency service. Emergency services found a location across town that was able tor work on the lights. After about 4 hours the techs determined that they it be faster to replace the entire wiring harness. They were able to get most of the lights repaired except the left turn/brake light for the remaining part of my trip to Dallas from Mobile. Emergency road service was very helpful, but the local dealers were not helpful at all. U-Haul needs a better system of empowering local agents to make sure their products are road-worthy or even back-charging for releasing a product that is not working properly. If I had any other options other than U-Haul I would have gone there.

Male Ragging Rude Words, Dangerous Surrounding, Self Service pull out own truck, never received final bill couldn't get paperwork for inside truck while in possession... Return was horrible after noticing a nail in a front tire, I felt being it's a tire shop I should park in front I was approached by owner stating the truck need to be put back where I got it from.. I never got a total in my mileage n total charge... Plz email me my receipt...

Not a thing. The salespeople were courteous, helpful, friendly, took extra time to suggest possible equipment alternatives. It was a pleasant experience to do business with them. Would not hesitate to return to this business if equipment is needed in Pritchard in future.

Very rude! Extra $80+ charge on top of what I was quoted. Will never use this u-haul site ever again nor do I recommend anyone else to use. The real U-Haul center is much more professional and have better rates

Equipment was broken. Location is supposed to open at 9 AM, but no one arrived until 10:15AM. No one offered to help attach the equipment—had to do it myself. On the day of return, no one was at the location at 10:30 AM. While I waited for someone to arrive, three different customers came by looking to rent equipment, and left because there was no one there to help them. No one answered the phone number, nor was the voicemail working. I called the UHaul regional office, and they gave me permission to drop the trailer without check in.

Terrible access to trailer. Never saw a person. Had to check in over the phone. Just bad experience in comparison to other uhaul dealers.

This place was out of the way for us. Google said it was located one place and it ended up miles from us. The service was great but would have preferred it to be much closer.
