The vehicle cup holders had soda or coffee in them and the trailer had some left over brush and a crayon in it. Not a big deal. But I cannot say "clean" if something was obviously not cleaned and then I'm charged a cleaning fee for leaving it in exact or better condition than it was. I used the app. It was painful and to boot my contract got cancelled in the middle of my move. This made trying to pay the site painful and time consuming. I need the cleaning fee refunded.PHILIP M.
This location is running a scam. I returned my van at 9:15 AM and the store was closed. It was supposed to be open at 7AM. Prior to return I cleaned and swept out my vehicle. The person working charged me for cleaning fee and when I asked for proof of the mess she refused. I was charged for cleaned eve though I already did it. They are not helpful, the worker is rude, they are running a scam by charging extra fees. If they were open like they were supposed to be then I would of been able to see the van with the person and dispute the charges there in person. Avoid this locationMatthew H.

My pick up location was changed at the last minute. These attendants were totally incompetent. They charged me twice, overdrawing my account. They didn't know how to do the electronic paperwork, tried to give me a trailer instead of a truck, and had to call their boss to get the drop box combination in order to get me the keys. I am still awaiting my refund of the second charge.DARIN C.

Manager won't call me about the charges they charged. The staff is not knowledgeable, can't answer questions, they don't relay messages. very poor communication skills and rude.RHONDA P.

This uhaul place was very inexperienced and the employees are petty and nasty. They did not check truck before they gave it to me dirty but had the nerve to charge me a $25cleaning fee for a small piece of paper dropped on the floor, they did not give me the right sized truck and over charged me. I have used many different uhaul locations several times and this is the only location I've been too like this.ALMALANEEK J.

The attendant was busy manning his store and trying to complete my rental at the same time. He didn't know how to load a car on to the tow dolly. I had to pull it up on you tube. Plus the truck smelled like weed.ROBIN G.

Your agent is trying to charge me $64 ($34 for fuel plus a $30 service charge!) for fuel for a 29 mile trip! This is outrageous! I would gladly have topped up the fuel if I had been given a full tank to begin with, but the tank was less than Â¼ full when I took the truck out.clarence F.

Mileage noted at time of pickup for online service was incorrect. So "easy" self pickup was not so easy. Front tires were very low tread, should have asked for another vehicle but was already behind schedule because of pickup issuesAllan F.
I had a reservation to pick up at 10, did the online no contact check in. Lady inside had no clue what to do, made me wait for almost 45 minutes to hear from the owner how to check me in. She finally just tried to figure out herself. Gave me the key, checked the milage and sent me on my way. While we were moving, I received SEVERAL messages and texts from her AND the owner threatening to call the police for stealing!!! I called her as soon as I saw the messages and she said, Oh, its all taken care of. We didn't see that you paid, which of course I DID online... I returned the truck within two hours of renting it and was just told by a different guy, all he does is take the key, nothing to sign, no receipt.... I feel totally embarrassed that they actually called the police on me when I did everything I was supposed to! Wont rent here again...Cheryl M.
The lady had no idea of the process to turn the truck over to me. It's also a convenience store/gas station. I stood there while she served every person that walked in, she was the only employee employee, she was so new that she couldn't even ring items up successfully. She finally called her boss. After 30 minutes I decided to leave and said that I would be back much later. I came back 3 hours later, she still had no idea what to do. She called her boss again, on her personal cell phone and then handed me her phone to talk to him, in the middle of a pandemic, I was disgusted. Finally, myself, the boss/owner? and some Uhaul rep on the phone managed to authorize the rental of a truck that I had spent over an hour prior doing the check out on line which was a total waste of time, I was made to do everything over including saying my credit card number over her personal phone for the form of payment! I live nearby and can't drive two vehicles at the same time so I drove my vehicle home with the intention of getting the truck in the morning. I walked over, annotated that the front bumper was damaged (sorry did that the night before) when I started the truck the manager ran out and asked me what I was doing. He said that he rental wasn't listed on the books. I told him that I was taking the truck and that he should move. They totally overcharged me on the mileage, as to which no one has contacted me. If that is common practice it is worthy of a classic Class Action Law Suit. Horrendous.Karen J.
Person on staff did not know how to do the rental. He has not been trained. Called owner and he was not available. I had to call the 1-800 to get the uhaul supervisor on the phone. The overall rental too far to long. I had done most of it online.L Matthew W.
It took us 45 minutes to check out the vehicle and 30 minutes to return. The rep made me to clean the driver's floormat with some dirt on it. I definitely won't come back to this location.Vivian H.
